I Favor the Villainess

122. Strength test

At the Royal College, there are strength tests at this time of year.

It was this exam that Master Claire and I had our first battle.

After the revolution, various reforms have been attempted at the Royal College, but it has not changed that there are strength tests.

"Let's start with the exam for upbringing."

Speaking of which, I am the supervisor of the exam today.

The role is to distribute exam questions to students and monitor for fraud.

Observing how they are, it feels like 60% of people are nervous, 30% are unusual, and the remaining 10% are other.

Although the strength test itself remains the same, changes have been made to the test contents.

First, the courtesy exam is gone.

This has a significant impact on the abolition of the aristocratic system from the Kingdom.

Essential courtesies for the privileged class are also no longer mandatory subjects now that the aristocracy is no longer in place.

Instead, the magic power test was divided into two types.

Each is a basic magic strength test and a magic prop manipulation test.

I hope you will recall the details of these received by Claire and me before.

Each one of them became independent.

The subjects of the upbringing that the students are now undergoing are basically the same as the conventional ones.

Because the college is a place to train the next generation of people, they are also required to be educated to some extent.

However, there have been some changes in the content of the education being questioned.

Questions about history in particular have been shredded about the great old history and, for that matter, more about near-modern times.

The flow around here may be described as the same situation as in Japan in the twenty-first century.

"The time limit is sixty minutes. So... here we go"

The students simultaneously changed the exam forms.

After that, only the crisp and pencil sounded quiet.

……

I don't even think that a good student who is allowed to enroll in the Royal College would do cheap misconduct, such as canning, but I take supervisory work seriously because it's a job at once.

I checked to see if the magic inhibition magic props were working properly.

It's working fine.

This is primarily a fraudulent measure that envisages a wind magic discourse.

As you know, Master Manaria used it before, but when I use pronunciation, I can do whatever injustice I want among the operators.

Other than that, there is not necessarily any magical injustice that the College does not envisage.

As such, the use of magic is forbidden during exams of upbringing.

……

Walk slowly among the students, being careful not to make any noise.

I saw a few students studying the magic technique in my charge.

First, Lana-Rana.

He is the child who will approach me once the example is done.

More than half of Lana's answer forms were filled, even though not so much had happened since the study began.

He said he wasn't good at studying, but was that humble?

And, I thought, I started rolling pencils.

Wow.

Lana keeps filling in more and more answer fields.

The results are unlikely to be expected.

The next person I found was Eve-Nunn, also from Euclid.

Her answers are filled by about a third.

As far as light flushing and reading, everything was correct.

Excellent.

Two, Eve and I got eyes on each other.

……

He stared at me with hateful eyes again.

According to Lana, I'm supposed to have taken Eve's lover, but really, how is there such a misconception?

Eve and I would like to discuss this carefully for once, but so far we have not been blessed with that opportunity.

The last thing I noticed was Yoel-Santana.

Joel is heading to the answer sheet as he writes that he has a hairstyle.

Thank you. They're struggling.

If you steal the answer sheet, you can still see little or no mistake in the answers that are buried.

He's not humble that he said he wasn't good at studying.

After that, no particular problems arose, and the exams of upbringing were completed.

I retrieved the answer sheet and went back to the staff room.

"Ah, Master Claire."

"Ray, good luck with the director."

There was Lady Claire.

Seeing where she has the answer, she also seems to have finished supervising exams in corrections.

"Master Claire is tired too."

"This year's students are excellent, aren't they? I don't think you're a civilian."

"Dear Claire, I'm not a civilian. Citizen."

"Oops. You did. Excuse me."

Dear Claire, who cheers and deludes and laughs.

It's also nice where it's a little out.

"Because there are many excellent children in Master Claire's class. From what I've seen, it was normal, wasn't it?

"Really?

"Yes."

One of the reforms undertaken by the College is the formation of classes by competency.

It's about classifying according to academic merit.

There was also a lot of disagreement with this, but eventually it was pushed through by the principal, Dr. Tridd.

I'm sure many of you have forgotten about Dr. Trid, so let me explain, he is the only trycaster in the kingdom and the one who has contributed so much to the magical culture of the kingdom.

Apparently, the teacher was opposed to classifying students more graphically than before.

Ideally, it would be nice to treat the students fairly, but as a matter of fact, there are individual differences in literacy and ability.

Ignoring that difference and giving lectures at the same level is, after all, unfortunate for all the students - it is Dr. Tridd's conclusion.

I generally agree with this, too.

I think it would definitely stretch to take classes that were on each person's level.

It may not be better for a person who is at a certain stage to take an even higher stage of classes while leaving the stirrups unattended.

Though Master Claire seemed to have another opinion.

And, with that in mind, I gave the answer sheet to the grader's teacher.

"The next step is basic magic."

"Yes, I'm very excited to see what kind of delicacies are hidden this year."

Master Claire, saying that sounds like a real pleasure.

Lady Claire makes it a superior pleasure to shine light on talent that has never seen the eyes of the day before.

I used to say that I might be suitable for teachers, but I really do too.

Most importantly, in the case of Claire, it is flawed in the balls that the expectations are too high and the teaching method is only a little Spartan.

"Dear Claire, that sounds like fun"

"? Yeah. Something you shouldn't do?

To my word, Master Claire looked strange.

"No, there's nothing I shouldn't do."

"Well, what is it?"

"... no, I knew it would be fine"

"What is it? Don't be so sure."

Master Claire urged me.

Uh, but hey.

"Won't you pull?

"Is it like pulling?

"It's not a good idea to ask questions back."

"If that's what you mean, I'm the first one to ask you a question. If you have something to say, just say it."

Hmm.

No, tell me.

"I miss you."

"What?"

"I'm very happy for you, Claire, to have a full teacher life every day, but I simply miss the less time you get to make up for it."

"Hey, hey...!

Master Claire hastily blocked my mouth.

"Ray! This is the academy, that's the staff room too!? What do you suddenly say!?

"Something."

"Oh, I'm sorry"

Master Claire let go of my hand.

"Wouldn't that be nice? I'm not hiding it."

"That's not the problem."

Master Claire and I are not hiding anything from each other.

I'm not even appealing to you big time, but I still think almost all of my colleagues know that.

Some teachers have been around since we were college students, so a few of them have been watching my enthusiastic approach.

"Put on the public and private bullies. What the sexual minority sees only emphasizing the sexual aspect is that Ray doesn't like it either, right? What are you going to do if you do something that promotes prejudice?"

"Because..."

Master Claire is perfectly right.

But I've been pretty patient, haven't I?

Dear Claire, the lack of supply of ingredients is the limit.

"... ha... Be patient today. I'll give you plenty of cuteness when I get home."

"Are you sure!?

"Be happy. Ray can sometimes look younger than Mae or Alea, right?

"I feel a bubble in Master Claire"

"Bab mi...?

"No, it's nothing"

I shouldn't.

Self-weight, self-weight.

"It's a promise, Master Claire."

"Yes, sir. So seriously work for me, huh?

"Of course!

I also earnestly worked as an afternoon magic-related exam supervisor.

It was a long time since I enjoyed Master Claire that night, Maru.
