After the mind manages to keep the thoughts clean, the body and mind need to maintain themselves. This is the longest and most difficult part. The fourth stage involves recovery. After a few minutes in the third stage, the body begins to recover. The entire body and mind are working differently. Fatigue, diseases, and other problems are treated in this stage. The fifth stage involves fulfillment. The body and mind begin to consider meditation as something beyond that and replace sleep with meditation. Although the fourth stage can recover the body, the fifth stage works as a form of improved sleep. Five minutes in this stage recover most diseases and are equivalent to more than two hours of sleep. Many masters use this stage to recover from long periods of work.
However, the third stage also recovers part of the energy, but not in the same way as the more advanced stages.
There was also the sixth stage, but few could reach it. At this stage, people enter a mode in which the body itself begins to change. All understanding of the class and recovery become beyond the limits considered human.
For example, in the second stage, someone can manage to understand how a skill works or unlock new skills, but this involves a lot of time and training. The sixth stage does this automatically. Any possible skill of the class is learned and understood within minutes. Even all diseases are completely cured. A cut takes a few minutes or hours to be completely healed in the fourth and fifth stages. In the sixth stage, the time is only a few seconds, and more serious diseases take no more than five minutes. Even amputated limbs are restored in less than an hour.
But because it was rare and few could reach it, this stage made many believe that only specific classes could achieve it.
Haru managed to reach the third stage. He observed himself shooting. He saw the movements he made when using the pistol and understood how he could improve.

’So, what is this aura?’ he thought as he left the third stage and returned to normal.
