"Wait for it to come."

Above the crippled world of cognition, the huge flying object was flying slowly.

It had been moving around here for a long time.

There was no sign of it causing any effects at the moment, while Sarine decided to make a capture of it.

The main reason was to see what this thing ...... was actually made of.

Although it felt that it was most likely just as likely a 'thought projection'.

Lynn also wanted to see it, so she and Sharlene modified many of the aircraft here, they were originally airliners, and airplanes and such were common in this world that the ershmin knew.

But they usually don't start, because they've been sitting here too long.

But it was easy enough for Lynn and Salem to fix and transform them, and while this projection of consciousness couldn't split into soldiers, it could turn into various shapes, or become huge to make changes to various things.

"It's almost coming over here ...... "Sharlene and Lynn were in an airfield at the moment, and the vast field around them was full of modified planes that looked pretty much the same as before, and their placement hadn't changed.

This probably won't alert the target.

At this time ...... Lynn also saw the target.

This black object, tens of meters in size, appeared beneath a sky of incomplete colors in the distance.

It was approaching here at the same time that all the planes ...... were moving.

They didn't move on the runway, but just flew straight into the sky towards the target.

The black thing immediately turned to fly away now, it seemed to want to dodge rather than fight, but it wasn't flying very fast.

At least slower than these modified planes, a plane soon approached it, the head of what had been a passenger plane opened quickly at this point and bit into the black object like it was a mouth.

The original idea was to try to get any debris structure off of it so that we could find out what it was made of.

The black object now fought back, and its 'back' cracked open, and then out of it flew a large number of birds.

The birds looked very much like a creature known as a crow, but they were about the size of a normal ershmin.

They flew right into the open 'beak' of the airliner and then crashed into the inner cabin ...... killing some of them.

But some of the ones that came in later still landed safely in the cabin, and these raven-like creatures attacked ...... everywhere in the cabin.

Instead of a bird's beak, their beak was a drill-like object that could easily drill holes in the cabin.

But they also suffered a counterattack as those original chairs in the cabin moved.

Lynn transformed them into some very simple mechanical weapons that were meant to be spit out and used as attacking weapons, but now they were just right for defense against these ...... crows.

The chairs themselves were simple, attacking and moving through the several legs that spread out underneath them, which ended in blades that could easily split these crows.

Although Lynn herself is not on the plane, the chairs are equipped with a communication system that sends a signal back to Lynn about what they see.

Thus Lynn could discover ...... that these ravens themselves were cellular organisms, a mixture of species to be precise.

Some of their structures and internal organs were made of various metals and other things, and their beaks were replaced with drills that were activated by signals from their brains.

Originally Lynn thought they were supposed to be a species similar to the Mide Hollow creatures, but they still seemed to be Ersh creatures.

But the creature was supposed to be its own creation.

Meanwhile, other planes were approaching the black thing, and the black thing released a large number of creatures on all of them as it had done before.

In addition to the crows from before, there were many ...... terrestrial creatures.

They screamed in the air the moment they were thrown out and then crashed into the planes and broke into pieces.

Lynn wondered at the significance of it throwing these creatures.

After all, it was the plane that had opened its beak before, and that's why some of the crows that were thrown out flew in and survived ...... Now because it didn't open, the creatures all just crashed to death.

After throwing out a lot of strange creatures, one plane also managed to get close to its target, it opened its beak and bit on it the moment it got close to 10 meters away

The black object was shaped like an irregular stone, and when it was bitten Lynn felt as if she had bitten into a soft object that deformed directly under the force of the squeeze.

Lynn also found that it was indeed not what was here, its 'material' structure was similar to that of Lynn and Sharlene's, sort of a projection.

There were only a few differences, and it was necessary to bite off a piece of it and come back to examine it carefully.

And the plane itself had no teeth, as soon as it bit its target, the large number of chairs in the cabin moved, and they quickly ran towards the part of the black thing that had been swallowed, and then went through the bladed legs to cut through the black thing's skin.

The black object is not very strong, so it is easily cut through and the chairs that acquired a small portion of the black object will leave.

They jump straight out of the air through the escape exit and land back on the ground.

The black thing began to struggle constantly now, it just disconnected part of its body and once it got rid of the part that was bitten by the plane it began to flee towards the sky at high speed.

Lynn didn't pursue it further, as ...... also wanted to leave it behind to see what it would continue to do.

Now that it had gotten a part of its body, it could begin to study it more closely.

"I originally thought it might have some kind of powerful counterattack, but I didn't expect it to be that easy ......"

Looking at the flock flying back, Saeryn said, "I think it's affecting the creatures here through more normal means."

"It is indeed quite normal." After carefully studying the black object that was brought back, Lynn thought so too.

Since it itself was a projection of consciousness just like Lynn and Saeryn, Lynn could sense the location of its consciousness through contact.

Although it had come in with Lynn at a portal, its consciousness was not in the same location as Lynn's.

Simply put, it wasn't in the Chaos Battleship, but in a very peculiar place at .......

This location if felt carefully, Lynn found that it was in here.

Consciousness itself was in this cognitive world ...... This point was quite wonderful, and Lynn was curious to know how it got there.

It gave Lynn the impression that it wasn't projecting from the outside, but rather remotely controlling the black object right here.

Just a short distance away from this crippled cognitive ersh, almost 300,000 km ...... close to where the moon is.

The people of Ersh have very little cognition of the moon, so it's invisible on the surface, but there will probably be some debris there.

It would be good to build a flying machine to go there now and have a look.
