A Chronicle of Life in a Different World

Episode 219: Uninvited Guests Part 2

When Carlo arrived at the Reurus, he ran off the horse, and his nose filled a rough distance. Blue muscles appeared on her forehead, and her bloody eyes were moving calmly.

As I've seen before, I don't carry a spear, but I have a sword on my hips. As far as the unusual appearance was concerned, it did not seem strange to pull out the sword at any time.

"Carlo... I told you to be careful.

Ignoring Carlo's appearance, Louis asked with a cold voice. The eyes were sharply narrowed, looking straight at Carlo, a sudden intruder.

"What a precaution! What are you talking about? How long have you been great enough to give me an order!? Answer me, Louis!"

However, Carlo screamed as if he had heard such a Lewis saying. The force seemed to blow the corner bubbles, and to endure the anger, or still had to bite his teeth.

(If you didn't think I'd be careful... why don't you come here in that state?

I'm not worried about Carlo, but objectively, I know he's doing something very unpleasant. I don't know how caution affects knights, but at least it's not a good influence.

"I have ordered you, the knight who serves us, to act as Lord of the House of Värg. Are you telling me you're not satisfied with that order?

"What a house!” Your position would have been mine!?

Lewis spins his words calmly, and Carlo heats up more and more every time he spits them out. Carlo was so excited that he couldn't fly anymore, but Louis sighed deeply and shook his neck sideways.

"Your father... it was sad as a nephew that your uncle died of illness. But my uncle died before he inherited the governor. Are you dissatisfied that my father, the second son of my grandfather, has succeeded me and that I am now acting on behalf of my lord?

Lewis says you wouldn't have succeeded the governor. [M]

(Home disturbances... I don't know what life is like when you're reborn.)

From the side, it seemed that Lewis had legitimacy. Of course, it has nothing to do with Reurus.

"Are you dissatisfied...? You must be unhappy!? What about them!?

In the meantime, let's drink tea and smooth out all the confectionery. That was the idea of Reurus, but Carlo's gaze turned towards Reurus.

"Not only did you let such a lowlife enter the premises of my Viscount Werg, but you also let him meet with Ruvillia? What the hell are you up to, Louis!?

Instead of running blood, Carlo seems to be bleeding out of her eyes. Ruvillia, who was sitting opposite Reurus, screamed small in her eyes, even seeping with death, but Reurus did not care to parry.

"Carlo, not only have you broken the precautionary order, but you can't even watch the rumours against our guests..."

There is not only Reurus, but also Esther. Esther is more accustomed to the scene than she thought. She is not afraid of Carlo's sword and is looking at her quiet eyes.

But I guess they didn't like the attitude of the Reurus. I thought it sounded loud, and I reached out to the sword on my hips.

…………

When he saw it, Reurus grasped the "Dragon Slash" and stood up silently. I'm not going to set it up on my own, but if it comes, I'll have to escort Esther.

In front of Louis and the others, if possible, I'm going to beat you up.

Come on, Carlo.

Louis makes a cold voice to control Reurus, not Carlo.

"My step-in-law to my uncle, from the friendship I played with when I was a kid... and so was this riot, but your attitude“ here recently ”is unbelievable."

When Lewis got up from his chair, he turned a colder gaze than ever before.

"This is the last warmth. Apologize and leave now. Then I will save only my life. If I refuse, I can take the blame myself."

Is it authentic or does it combine with poses to revulsions and esters? Louis, holding his fist, declared so.

Is Louis going to stop Carlo himself and apologize to the Reurus - especially Esther? Lewis takes a stand against Carlo, who is carrying a sword.

(Are you serious with each other...?

Suddenly, I leaned my neck inside wondering what happened to the disturbed Reurus.

Carlo's behavior is strange at all costs. No matter how unarmed and unplanned he is, Carlo's actions seem more like a circumventional suicide than a hoax.

Why does Lewis need to deal with him directly in the first place? If you order the soldiers to lock you up, that should be the end of it.

(... hmm? Speaking of which, there are soldiers at the gate, right? The one on the horse who's obviously acting weird.

Even if the gate soldiers were to pass through Carlo, the residence of the Viscount Velg was packed with guards and soldiers besides servants. Not only outside the Mansion, but also inside.

Is it possible to leave it unaware of this disturbance? At least Collard would have noticed and run.

It was a Reurus that I thought something was wrong, but Louis and Carlo are killing each other to the point where they're about to bump into each other.

Killing each other in front of customers is not a scandalous noise. Is it okay for Reus to stop because of the danger to Ester?

Sebastian and Anemone had slightly changed their standing positions.

Sebastian moves behind Carlo so that he can suppress him as soon as he moves, and Anemone moves without even making footsteps to cover not only Ruvillia, but also Louis.

It was a Reurus that Lewis thought would attract attention and Sebastian would take it, but if we start fighting as it is, Lewis would be in danger.

"Carlo... can you use magic? How risky is it for Mr. Lewis to stand up?

Reurus whispers to Ruvillia to avoid stimulating Carlo. Ruvillia was frightened by Carlo's sword and decided to calm down a little by speaking up.

It's much smaller than the confronting Louis, but Carlo is also releasing magic. Lewis would be at a disadvantage if he had a weapon even if he could only use "reinforcements."

However, as far as Sebastian's casual movements are concerned, his worries must be meaningless.

If there's anything to worry about, it could mean that Lewis is going to look pale again after Carlo's capture.

The magnitude of magic does not determine the match, but compared to Louis, Carlo's magic is one-tenth or less. This does not mean that Lewis has extraordinarily large magic powers, only that Carlo's magic is “too small”.

"Er... Carlo Niisama uses magic? I've never heard of such a story....."

An unexpected response from Ruvillia stopped Reurus from thinking.

"Ah! Reurus! Something's coming!

But Sarah's call returned to me immediately. Reus grabbed the "Dragon Slasher" in that unusual plummeted voice.

"Direction and distance!?

"It's still far away, but it's getting closer! The direction... uh, uh... right above you!?

Sarah's response was unexpected to Reurus. Reurus looks reflexively at the house of the Viscount of Velg, but there is nothing on the roof.

Other things, such as the height that exists in the surrounding area, are like watchtowers. However, there is a distance from the garden and no scratch can reach directly above it.

The unobstructed blue sky just spreads over Reurus' heads, making them wonder if Sarah was mistaken. Still, Reurus believed Sarah and looked up - and found a shadow there.

Although the exact size cannot be measured because of the distance, it would be more than 10 meters from head to tail. The huge body is covered with hard scales, with eagle-like legs and a head reminiscent of reptiles showing signs of ferocity.

Whether it was gliding or flying, wings resembling bat wings stretched out of the arm. And the tail looks like a snake, with multiple sharp thorns at its tip.

"--Wing Dragon!?

Reurus shouted unexpectedly at the familiar figure of the distance. Why are you in such a place, and it's coming in a straight line like falling from the sky?

I was concerned about Carlo's madness, but the dragon that attacked with obvious hostility would be more threatening. More than twice the size of the winged dragon that we encountered before also increased the vigilance of Reurus.

"Eliza and the others, protect Esther! I'm the lizard!?

Before Reurus could say it, the Winged Dragon emitted a huge amount of magic.

The flame rained down to cover the head of the Reurus, which realized that it was a sign of magic.
