A Chronicle of Life in a Different World

Episode 323: The King's Capital of Lovama Part 5

After I had an unexpected reunion with Louis.

Reurus and the others were attracted to the rental house and spending a lot of time without even walking around.

One step out of the rental house and I reunited with Louis. I can't find out how much information is out there, but if I try to go out again, it's no wonder that Sofia with the Spirit is waiting with a smile, just like yesterday.

It was the king's capital of Mataroi, which excluded the Gregorians, but it seemed convincing even if Canna, Laurent and Rebecca attacked it on the go.

With regard to food, there is no problem even if you do not go out because there is still enough money left to travel to King's Landing. So Reurus decided to wait for Natalia to come back, hoping that no one would come.

"The eldest son of the House of Värg came out... hey"

And in the evening, Reurus told Natalia that Lewis had visited him when he brought back Collard, who looked tired.

It seems that Natalia has spent the whole day putting her face where she knows her and has applied for a visit to the royal castle, but unlike Collard, she doesn't look tired.

Natalia was surprised to hear that Reurus and the others had not gone out, but she was convinced with a bitter smile when she explained the situation.

"Something wrong?

I didn't say anything particularly strange, but Reurus questions it. If I were to mention a strong problem, it would be that Lewis visited and was not prepared to entertain.

I wonder if Natalia was aware of it, or if she bought tea leaves and daily snacks as a souvenir on the go.

For the record, the tea leaves Natalia bought were used quickly. Collard, who was given tea leaves, made tea with his familiar hands and offered it to Natalia, who sat on the sofa.

"Mu... I'm sorry, but it's delicious..."

Didn't she teach you how to make tea? Eliza regretted drinking the tea that Collard made.

I also tried Reurus, which explained the situation to Natalia, but I didn't know the good or bad tea leaves and it tasted delicious.

"Did you even tell me that you could name the Viscount of Werg if you wanted to? It's about providing me with information, but it's also possible that I just wanted to see you as long as I heard."

Natalia says, gracefully tilting the teacup. Behind it, Collard, wearing knighted armor, stood still, but Reurus tried not to look.

"... really?

Aren't you thinking about something behind the scenes? Natalia smiles bitterly at Reurus.

"As long as I'm glad you're cautious. But, you know, we in Laval Abandoned City are the same, but sometimes we feel obliged to be called aristocrats."

Natalia forgives me for saying so, but as a realuse, I had the impression that the noble race did not know what to do behind it.

That's why I doubt that there will be anything else for this visit to Louis.

"You came all the way to see me, Gilba, in the absence of Collard… I mean, not as a nobleman, but personally as Lord Lewis."

Speaking of individuals, did they ride in a carriage with family crests?

Eliza, sitting next to Reurus, also asked, tilting the teacup. The work seemed sophisticated from Reurus' point of view, and Eliza's cultivation was enlightened.

"It might be convenient for you as a nobleman... the day after we arrived in King's Landing, I came to see you. In other words, you want to show the“ friendship ”between the abandoned city of Laval and the Viscount of Velg. I'm going to be independent, so it makes sense to spit on me."

While saying so, Natalia puts the teacup on the table. And when he narrowed his eyes as he thought, he slightly put aside and opened his mouth.

"Just because I said I could name the House of Värg if I wanted to... I think I owe you some mud."

"... what is the provision of information for you?

Are you grateful that Ruvillia's body has healed, or do you have other ideas, or are there multiple emotions and ideas mixed in?

Because we don't know what's going on around here unless we peek into Lewis's head, Reurus temporarily puts it on the shelf and shakes other topics. Natalia smiled deeply.

"Even people who are not my main character say that they can give me their family name. I'm pretty sure there's a replacement. It must have something to do with Lord Lewis visiting King's Landing."

(Seriously... is it not strange that Mr. Lewis was the "substitute” for Count Werg...?

From Reurus' point of view, Louis is a young man who is a little over twenty years old, but he will soon inherit the governor of the Vicomte de Velg.

I didn't know if it was too early or too late to look aristocratically, but I decided to be convinced for the time being.

"Now that I'm still a quasi-bar, I wouldn't have been able to speak to you in person... but I know how much I like you when you give me that kind of information informally."

"... I've had a lot of trouble with Ruvillia. I'll take that as a consideration, yeah."

While putting the sugar from the sugar pot into the tea to comfort her, Reurus nods like a doll again and again.

"But, well, what... is it noble to give that kind of information? No matter how much I owe you about Ruvillia, I don't think I can“ personally "put too much on my shoulder...."

- Prioritize territory and “home” over personal feelings.

There are some interesting parts of Reurus, but that's what Ruvillia taught us.

"Of course, it's a good thing that personal affection takes precedence over nobility... but that's not how Louis deals with us. I'm going to the royal castle a few times, but there might be something."

It's Natalia who keeps her mind tight, but Reurus has only a few things to do. Therefore, I asked as a confirmation.

"The royal castle... is that the only place you're going?

"Yes. It's not like I need an escort, and I might be offended to say this, but you're not“ climbing identities ”... and Collard will do his best as usual."

"Hmm... I'm not saying I'm not interested, but it's a troublesome place. I'm very quiet."

Or face the spiritual church. With that addition, Reurus turned his eyes to Collard, who was still standing behind Natalia.

The upright immobility was more like a butler or servant than a knight, and could no longer be ignored.

"By the way... Mr. Collard, are you okay?

"It's easier than a skirmish at the border or being sent to another country like this."

"... isn't there something wrong with the comparison target?

…………

Collard is silent, but Natalia seems to be exhausted. Neddy, who was drinking the cup of tea, rushed to Collard's side and slapped him lightly.

"... good luck, huh?

"... yes"

Looks like Neddy's long journey through Ruvillia's treatment has helped him fight Collard a little bit. However, as you answer Neddy's encouragement in honor, perhaps the limit is close.

"Um... uh, Mr. Kanji? I wonder if Mr. Collard is pathetic..."

Having seen Collard's reaction, Reurus hides his voice and asks Natalia. I'm not from the abandoned city of Laval, but I've been taught swordsmanship and traveled with you.

Natalia replied with a faint smile, whispering to Reurus, asking if she could do something more.

"I didn't tell him this... neither did I, but Collard is right now. I'm helping because I'm good, but I'm prepared for the reward."

"That's...."

Listening to Natalia's words, Reurus looked at Collard with a face that he did not think.

Speaking of which, Collard was encouraged by Sarah, who followed Neddy with an additional number of hits on the back. And I can see that Meer is warm and wondering if Sarah and Neddy should be stopped.

(I wonder if you're withholding promotion... or pretending that the current situation is difficult.)

Apparently, Natalia is not touching Collard meaninglessly and harshly.

So convinced Reurus pulled back honestly and left his back on the couch.

"... I'm back."

Then, at that time, Gilba returns home. However, the voice felt different and stiff, and Reurus looked back with doubt.

"Welcome back, Gilba-san... is something wrong?

Looking back at Gilba's face, Reurus asked with surprise. Usually Gilba always had a smile on her face, but her expression was very serious.

"I went out to gather information as planned..."

While saying so, Zilba presents the white object removed from her pocket to Reurus. Reurus leaned his neck and received it, dropping his gaze on the object.

(Envelope... letter?

It is an envelope made of white, high quality paper. It was properly sealed with wax, and it still had a crest that looked like a flower.

(Don't you feel the magic...? That's right, if you open it, Dokan, it won't happen.....)

For some reason, the word parcel bomb was just behind Reurus' brain. As a result, Jilba answers with her face when she turns to Jilba asking about the contents.

"From Sofia."

He said he was sending an envoy, but apparently he tailored Zilba, who had gone out to gather information, as an envoy.

Without a step out of the house, trouble seems to be coming from the other side.

Reurus, who concluded so, fell into the sofa as if he were weak.
