Chapter 568 - 376: Let Blood Flow Like Rivers, Let the Wilderness Burn! (Part 2)
They had long considered themselves to be true members of the Ignas Dragon Group deep in their hearts.
As for the Dominican Dragon Group, it was merely an original clan filled with oppression and pain, one that should have been abandoned long ago.
The tail of Blue Dragon Heryam flicked, scales crackling and sparking with tiny arcs of electricity, heart surging with emotion.
He said in a deep voice, "The great King of Molten Iron is willing to go to war for us against the Dominican Dragon Group. No matter what happens, I will follow him to the death."
The King of Molten Iron was not present at the scene to hear his declaration.
Yet he couldn’t help but express his inner loyalty and excitement aloud.
To be honest, no matter how much they contributed to the tribe, considering they were only adolescent dragons at the moment, in the eyes of any rational Dragon Group leader, they were far from being an indispensable core.
If it were any other Dragon Group, facing the conditions set by the Dominican Dragon Group, they might choose to hand them over in exchange for tangible gold or gemstones to settle the matter.
Once, deep down, Heryam also had thoughts of leaving after the agreement expired to develop himself.
After all, leading a group of his own and becoming the Master of the Dragon Clans is a dream etched deep in the souls of most Blue Dragons. Clearly, this was unattainable in the Ignas Dragon Group.
But at this moment, his thoughts had completely changed.
How could leading some weak Dragons as a nameless, struggling Master of a small Dragon Group compare to following under the banner of the Ignas Dragon Group, beside the King of Molten Iron Galos, to seize more victories and earn greater honors?
"Follow the great King of Molten Iron to the death!"
The other three adolescent dragons—Kahill, Ludwig, and Seraphina—also solemnly expressed their commitment in unison.
Red Dragon Samantha snorted two clusters of scorching sparks from her nostrils and said cynically, "Listen, you little brats, your wholehearted choice to follow the Ignas Dragon Group is the wisest decision of your lives, and it’s your honor!"
She then continued, "But, pretty words are easy to speak."
"Want to repay the protection of the Dragon Group? Then prove it with actual actions!"
Listening to the conversation among the Giant Dragons, the three powerful Lords nearby also seemed thoughtful, with an invisible sense of belonging and trust in the Ignas Dragon Group slightly enhanced.
After all, a Dragon Group willing to bear risks for its members and not easily abandon them is certainly more worthy of being followed than one that would casually trade its members for wealth.
Not long after.
The clouds in the sky were violently torn apart by a swift stream of light.
A burning meteor, dragging a long dark red tail flame, appeared in the view of all the Giant Dragons and Giant Beasts at an incredible speed.
The King of Molten Iron waved his immense wings, the rolling tail flame behind him resembling a red carpet laid out for a monarch.
His speed was astonishing, his silhouette transforming from a tiny dark speck on the distant horizon to an exceptionally clear and imposing presence overhead in just a few breaths.
The Red Iron Dragon folded its wings, reducing its descent speed and landing steadily on the ground, stirring up a slight circle of dust.
His size had grown even more colossal and majestic, and the life force emanating from him had significantly increased with his ascension in rank, making him the most noticeable presence upon landing and drawing all eyes to him.
"Strong, powerful, fierce... wow, you’ve gained a more powerful aesthetic over time,"
Phoenix Angela’s eyes sparkled with admiration, genuinely praising him.
—Although not quite as flawless as me in terms of allure, she added silently to herself.
Galos lightly nodded in the direction of the Phoenix, calmly accepting the praise.
Then, his gaze swept over the gathered subordinates, wasting no time on unnecessary pleasantries and directly addressing the matter at hand: "The purpose of your assembly, Solrog has informed you just now."
"Our negotiations with the Dominican Dragon Group have broken down; war is inevitable."
He paused, his tone unwavering, "The Molten Iron Tribe and the Ignas Dragon Group are about to launch into the Central Region!"
On the way, Iron Dragon Solrog had already relayed all that had transpired here, including the statements of the adolescent dragons, to him through their blood connection.
Galos did not elaborate further, turning his gaze to the Iron Dragon.
He said, "Solrog, go over the intelligence we have on the Dominican Dragon Group once more here, then discuss your strategic approach."
This intelligence was mainly revealed by Blue Dragon Zoraya and combined with the Ignas Dragon Group’s exploration results in the Central Region.
There may be some errors, but the overall framework and key information would not differ significantly.
Iron Dragon Solrog nodded slightly, taking a step forward.
"The Dominican Dragon Group is led by the mature Blue Dragon, ’Heart of Thunder’ Peregrine."
"According to current intelligence, discounting those in the juvenile stage or younger, the Dragon Group has a total of twenty-five Giant Dragons."
He stated clearly, "Among them, there are two mature Blue Dragons: Heart of Thunder Peregrine, the group’s leader, life level 20, and his direct offspring, Blue Dragon Zoraya, life level 16."
"There are eight adult Dragons in total, with life levels ranging from 12 to 15, and half of them are Blue Dragons with life levels around 14."
