Sienna Hale shot Theodore Quinn a curious glance. She was puzzled. He never spoke during meals, but today, he had actually made an exception.

Seth Quinn glanced at Clara Grant and said lightly, "No rush. Clara hasn’t graduated yet. Let’s wait until she graduates."

Clara Grant nodded in agreement. Truthfully, graduating wasn’t her main concern. She just felt that planning a wedding would be a hassle. Besides, with Sarah’s situation still unresolved, ’how can I have a grand, fabulous wedding?’

Theodore Quinn respected their decision and nodded. "Then we’ll do as you wish. We’ll hold it after Clara graduates."

Sienna Hale didn’t mind either way. A wedding or no wedding, it was all the same to her.

So, the matter was dropped for the time being.

The meal was not as quiet as it usually was at the Quinn residence. Instead of only the clinking of bowls and spoons, there was occasional conversation, mostly from Theodore Quinn and Miles Quinn.

Gradually, Clara Grant began to relax, and the rest of the meal passed in a pleasant atmosphere.

...

Meanwhile, an uninvited guest arrived at the Shelby Family’s home—no, to be precise, two of them.

When the maid opened the door after a knock, Yvette Zimmerman was stunned to see Sierra Sutton walk in.

"Sierra, you... what are you doing back here?"

The moment the words left her mouth, her gaze fell on the adorable, big-eyed baby in his arms, and she couldn’t contain her excitement.

She slowly rose and walked over to the man and the small child. Her eyes were fixed on the baby. After a long moment, she glanced at Sierra Sutton, then back at the baby, and asked, "Is this... Autumn’s... baby?"

It wasn’t that she had never seen the child before, but that was almost half a year ago. Moreover, in the three-plus months since Autumn had returned, she had never mentioned wanting to see the baby, so Yvette didn’t dare ask, even though she wanted to.

But this was the age when children grew the fastest, changing from one day to the next. After half a year, the baby had already gotten so big.

Sierra Sutton nodded at her. "He’ll be one year old soon."

Yvette Zimmerman glanced upstairs hesitantly. She was afraid Autumn would come down, see Sierra Sutton, and get angry. A part of her wanted Sierra to take the child and leave quickly, but another part of her couldn’t bear to let the baby go.

After all, this was Autumn’s biological son, her own grandson. How could she not love him? Especially when he was so adorable.

While she was hesitating, the baby started babbling. Sierra Sutton said to him patiently, "Baby, this is Grandma. Come on, say ’Grandma’."

The baby seemed to understand, making a little sputtering sound. He just couldn’t quite get the pronunciation right.

"Such a good boy," Sierra Sutton praised him gently.

Then he looked at Yvette Zimmerman and explained, "He’s not an early talker. He can’t speak very clearly yet."

Hearing the baby’s soft, sweet sounds, Yvette Zimmerman’s resolve melted. She reached out and took the child into her arms, her eyes welling with tears.

"Not late at all, not late at all. He’s only one, and he grew up in the U.S.A. Being able to say this much is already very good."

She held the baby close and kissed his little cheek. The baby giggled, and Yvette Zimmerman couldn’t bear to put him down.

Sierra Sutton opened his mouth to speak but hesitated, unsure of how to address her. ’Should I still call her "Auntie" like before? But Autumn and I have a child together.’

’Should I call her "Mom"? But it seems Autumn hasn’t officially acknowledged me as her husband.’

In the end, he decided to forgo a title and said, "We actually got back yesterday. I’m only coming over today because I tried calling Autumn, but she didn’t answer. I found a hotel for us, and the baby wasn’t feeling well yesterday, so we were delayed by a day."
