Abe the Wizard

Chapter 3: Shadow Leopard

The early morning sun illuminated the entire castle, which, in the sun, revealed its immense figure, which, compared to a knight's castle of equal rank, had been handed down to the first generation, Lord Bennett, who had spent a decade building it.

Due to the incompetence of some of the successive generations, Bennett's title was lost and only one knight was retained, which annoyed the knight every time he spoke of it.

The biggest regret of Knight Bennett was that he had not gained enough success, and in his war with the Orcs, despite his heroism and tenacity, Knight Bennett had not accumulated enough battle power in exchange for the title.

So Knight Bennett's dedication to his children's education is twelve points, especially his eldest son Zach. As long as Zach can become a Knight by the age of thirty, the castle will be guaranteed to pass on, and Zach will then see how hard he can work on his own to raise his title.

Knight Bennett had no demands on his youngest son. He was going to find someone to teach him some arithmetic when his youngest son was young and then help him find a better job in the city. But his youngest son chose the knight's path, which made it a little less comfortable for Knight Bennett. The youngest son chose this path than his brother, because without his castle, without his own horses and armor, his youngest son would later become a vagrant knight, a profession that did not recognize nobility, slowly relying on his life outside to buy some money for his horses and armor, it would be good to settle down before he was forty, and most of these vagrant knights would fall on the road.

“Did you get promoted? ”

The Bennett knight in the training field was somewhat surprised to discover that his youngest son, Abel, succeeded in being promoted to a first-degree trainee knight after two months of training, knowing that it took him four months to advance himself and four and a half months for his eldest son, Zach, to advance to a first-degree trainee knight without having the resources to pay attention.

“Yes, Father, I was successfully promoted last night. ”

Zach hugged Abel in front of him, and the tall Zach held Abel up and circled him in the air, laughing and screaming, "My dearest brother, you're a genius. ”

In Abel's constant struggle, Zach dropped Abel, and he slapped Abel on the shoulder, affirming, "You're a genius. ”

And the knight Bennett shook his head with some joy and some sadness. He sighed and said, "Too bad, too bad. ”

If Abel was his eldest son, or a knight who earned more, he would have done his best to raise Abel, but this is how it is, making sure Zach's training is no longer easy, let alone Abel's.

Yesterday I got the Heradic squares, although there is no way to use the town transfer scroll, but the Heradic squares as artifacts are not ordinary things. After getting up in the morning, Abel has been remembering the Heradic squares formula, and there are not many formulas that he can use right now, so I'm going to the town today to see what helps me.

“Father, I want to go to Libourg today.” Abel did not hesitate to make any demands directly to his father, which is a feature of the Knights family. There is nothing to ask directly. There is no need to turn around. From the beginning, Abel was not used to it and has fully adapted to this way of speaking.

“Well, you just got promoted, don't train today, you can go to town and relax. ”

“I'll help you with the horse," Zach said. ”

Running to the mall, he found a horse, fastened Abel's saddle, held Abel to his horse, and sneaked him a gold coin.

Knight Bennett sees everything in his eyes and says nothing, but his face is overflowing with words of comfort. It is only when he knows that the brothers of countless aristocratic families are mutilated that this brotherly affair becomes precious.

Horses, other than horses, are called horses because horses eat special oats and soybeans, which cost 10 gold coins per month. Without these special fodder, horses will fall in a very short period of time, unable to run quickly, and become ordinary horses.

Abel rides this pony, a two-year-old pony, although it is a pony, but it is also the seed of a warring horse at home, only because he is unable to feed it.

Abel was riding a horse, followed by Norman, a servant wearing a fur coat and a long sword. Norman was not riding a horse, he was just running behind a horse. Fortunately, it was a pony, and the horse was not fast, plus it was a pony, and Norman was running without effort.

Norman, a veteran brought back from the battlefield by the Knight of Bennett, settled with the Knight of Bennett, along with his family, in the Castle of Bennett. This is also an attitude of nobility towards his servants, who are both grateful to the nobility and fundamentally assured of their loyalty.

Norman swordsmanship is superb, relying on the warrior secrets provided by Knight Bennett to become a level 6 warrior. Although there are no stunts, relying on the skill of swordsmanship and the strength of battle is also very powerful, so when Abel goes out, Knight Bennett always reassures Norman to accompany him.

“Young Master, stop. ”

Norman had pulled his sword out of his back, held it in his hand and looked into the woods by the road. It's half an hour from the castle and half an hour from Fort Lee, and there's nothing you can do about it on either side.

Abraham grabbed the horse and pulled the fine iron dagger from Zach's waist and asked softly, "What have you found? ”

Abel was a lot taller than Norman immediately, but after careful observation, he found nothing. At odd times, in a roar, a shadow came out of the woods, and now Abel saw clearly that it was a shadow leopard.

The Shadow Leopard is too fast. He runs a few steps to the front of the horse and bites towards the horse's neck. This horse is the descendant of the war horse. At this critical time, the horse howls and jumps backwards, just enough to let this shadow leopard bite.

Norman has rushed up, the sword has been slashed forward, there is a tsunami in the air, and the sword has been slashed into the Shadow Panther. Shadow Leopard is not an ordinary leopard, it does not usually appear during the day, and it still appears on the road. Its favorite is hiding in the dark, waiting for the prey to pass, biting the neck of the prey. Today, it is estimated that this shadow leopard is too hungry to rush out of the forest to find prey.

The Shadow Leopard is going too fast, Norman is dodged by the Shadow Leopard for every blow, and the Shadow Leopard attack is of little use, and the experienced Norman is always able to successfully block the Shadow Leopard attack with his sword.

Abel jumped off the horse and slowly approached the battlefield. The Shadow Panther did not care about this short human being. Experience told him that if he defeated the man with the sword in front of him, there would be enough food.

Without immediate access to the battlefield, Abel was just slowly searching around the battlefield for an opportunity, and entering the battlefield now would only add trouble to Norman, and for Shadow Panther, the weak dwarf could not break his fur, even if he did his best.

When Norman's first contact with the Shadow Leopard began, Norman's long sword was cut on the back of the Shadow Leopard, a sword that was supposed to be cut to the neck, and a twist in the Shadow Leopard made way for the point. The Shadow Leopard's tail was smothered on Norman's leg, and Norman's face showed a painful expression, and his retreating footsteps were slightly crippled by the leg injury.

Just at this moment, Abel took a deep breath and a powerful force gushed out of the pulse, which is a way for the trainee knight to overrun his body. There is only one blow, and a lot of air in the pulse is instantly converted into strength. If there is a second blow, the pulse is broken and can't be cleaned up.

He said that as soon as it was too late, the shadow leopard had a pause in the sky at the moment of his sword and throwing out his tail. This is Abel waiting for a long chance to step on the ground, people had rushed out. The shadow leopard in the sky also saw Abel's figure, but the wound was not lethal, but it also affected his movement. Abel's dagger reached out behind the shadow leopard and inserted it through its back door.

“Oh ~ ~" the shadow leopard howled, by which time Abel had released the dagger in his hand, and the man had retreated, then swept a black tail from Abel's front.

Norman put Abraham behind him with a cripple, as the shadow leopard had rolled over the ground, screaming less and less and slowly stopped moving.

Abel was about to look forward, and Norman grabbed Abel and said, "Be careful.” After taking the sheath off his back, he threw it at the shadow leopard. At the moment when he was about to hit the shadow leopard, the shadow leopard stretched out his claws and grabbed it on the sheath, and there was no more sound.

Norman picked up the sheath from the ground and looked at the paw print on it and said to Abel: "Young Master, many beasts are used to the last blow. ”

Then he lifted the shadow leopard's body from the ground, looked at the wound at the back door, and took the dagger out of the wound, laughing and saying: “This was killed by the young master, what did he say to deal with it? ”

“Take it to town and sell it. ”

Abel looked at Norman's leg and said, "Next, you ride a horse and put the Shadow Panther on it. ”

Norman had no courtesy. For him, his life belonged to the Bennett family. Injuries did not affect the hurry. The best way was to ride his own horse.
