The journey after defeating the detonating needle was surprisingly quiet. Some aspects were more comfortable than the journey at the beginning because the heat eased as the altitude increased. However, in mountain-type labyrinths, problems appear that are not found in forest or cave labyrinths. That's thinness of air. All this wasn't a matter of Zem's healing magic doing something about it.

Temporary headaches are cured by healing magic. In addition, dehydration, which is common in alpine mountains, can be managed by replenishment. But the only thing I can do is drain fast. I just have to take the time to get used to my body or take a break.

But the thinness of the air has come up high enough to affect your physical condition, which also means that the end is near. The labyrinth city is high enough to look small, and the sea and harbour towns at the end of the city are also visible. [Survivors] were taking their last break while watching the view.

"You see the summit..."

The peaks of Firebird Peak are not the only ones you can see. From where I am now, I was able to put three of the five summits of the Olympic mountains in sight.

The first, of course, is the summit of Firebird Peak, which we are all aiming for. The fire escape is even wider than the burst needle territory, with a slippery bowl-shaped fire escape. Just saying that the fire exit has not recorded a eruption for more than a few hundred years and is seen as completely dead as a volcano.

The second is Thousand Swords Peak. It is an even more peculiar labyrinth than Flamingo Peak. If Firebird Peak is all to be a demonic nest with flame protection, this is a demonic nest beloved by the sword. Every demon that appears here has a sword in his hand. It is where the pure power of the avant-garde is tested, and whether or not you can attack this place becomes one divide as an adventurer.

And the third is in the middle of the Olympic mountain streak. One of the greatest labyrinths of difficulty, not only in this mountain, but also in flipping all over this continent.

"That's the Fallen Angel Mountain Plug..."

To Tiana's whining, Nick nodded.

"That's right. I don't even know if I can climb the mountain if I get a higher rank."

It is not a monster that inhabits the Fallen Angel Mountain Plug. It's the Demon Clan, the top species of demons. Moreover, it is home to one of the most powerful of them, the Fallen Angel, and even advanced adventurers of Class A and B rarely get permission to enter the mountain.

Most importantly, Fallen Angels do not look to people who are weaker than themselves because they are tied to the values of "Man", something that is more struggling, and always dawns over hundreds of years into a struggle between Fallen Angels inside the Labyrinth. The status quo was regarded as safe, as there had never been a single outbreak of fallen angels rampaging and rampaging outside. This way [Survivor] can even afford to see the mountain.

"But the air is thin. Everybody all right?

"I hope I can handle this sorcery, too."

"I don't have a choice. So much for magic..."

"No, there's got to be."

Kizna blocked Nick's words.

"Are you serious?

"Instead, magic is a new function of human beings born to protect or expand their living environment. Attack magic is a better way to go."

"Really?

Nick asks Tiana, not Kizna.

"I hear you are. People in the Divine Age were never born with magic. There were no beasts or elves."

"Heh... that's inconvenient again. I don't know how I lived."

"They were sourcing magic from the outside. It seems that magic props and technology were more developed. I don't know if it's the ancient period since the end of the Divine Age that I've been equipped for since I was born with magic... well, I don't know because I have all these theories."

"So what about demons? Even demons have had magic since birth."

"It's a mystery there"

"What?"

"I don't know because some crazy, smart people are studying it, so suddenly you can't figure it out."

"Don't be so angry. I'm sorry I made it easy on you."

"It's good to be exploratory, though. It's important to admit that the unknown is unknown."

That's how Tiana began to gently flex and spin her arms on the spot.

"Is your body following you?

"I don't know... but Karan seems fine"

"I mean, it's fine, the air's thin or something. I'm not too sure."

The Dragon Nation is strong against environmental change. Resistant to cold and warm differences, but the body seems to move fine even in thin, airy environments. Tiana stares at Karan with envy.

"That's good...... Even on a low pressure day, I'm fine, and I envy you."

"There's physique there too... but not all the advantages to that, Zo. Sleep longer than a human species."

"Well, it's good to sleep properly. Besides, I'm the slowest sleeper."

"It's hard to scratch. What about the sole?... but it's an adventurer's privilege not to have to wake up early at a set time every day"

Everyone nods bitterly at Nick's smug words.

"Well, it's time to go"

Nick stands up as he pays off his bread and dust.

And I stared with a rugged eye at the summit I should be aiming for.

Firebird Peak boss, Firebird Giant, exists here on the summit of the mountain.

Firebirds are about the size of normal eagles, but firebirds are bigger than cattle and horses. Everyone will be afraid if they see that huge figure flying in the sky.

"GUAAAAAH!!!

And a fireball was thrown out of its mouth with a roar that sounded low.

Huge fireballs strike [survivors].

"Ku......! Ah, give me a real break already..." The Wind "!

Tiana unleashed the magic of the wind attribute.

As the name suggests, it's magic that causes a gust of wind. Changing the wind direction is trying to reduce the impending fireball momentum a little bit. It was a bitter measure for the Ice Shield to be as useless.

"Bye!

But it worked. Karan slammed a dragonbone sword against a loosened fireball of speed. The orbit is completely off course, and the fireballs fall in the direction of the unanswered.

"Kaaaa!

Flaming giant birds soar and fly in a loud arc. I guess he understands that fireballs are ineffective and intends to attack with momentum. The spooky silence before the attack arrives wraps the scene.

"Then why don't we let him eat this one big...!

Tiana began to concentrate her magic.

"Oh, wait, Tiana!

"What, just a little more..."

"If it's lightning magic, stop it, it's pointless!

"Oh, my God, I've never heard of a firebird resistant to lightning."

"Well...... maybe it works if you hit it. If you hit it. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Not a chance, but you want to try?

"I've already built up my magic... Thunder Shots!

As soon as Tiana bewitched, a painful cloud arrived in the sky as soon as possible.

And the unpleasant hunching noise that everyone was accustomed to hearing rang from the sky to the ground, and finally a strip of light fell from heaven with a tremendous noise.

"Yay... that?

But the Firebird didn't take any damage.

I'm not living with thunder.

I didn't hit it in the first place.

"I heard the story, but I knew it wouldn't work..."

"Doh, what do you mean...!?"

Tiana stares at Nick with a stunned look.

I couldn't get through my best Special Attack and seemed shocked by the boulders.

"It seems there are minefield needles made by ancient civilizations at the top of other mountains. Both the thunder of the natural phenomenon and the thunder we called in magic will be sucked in that way. No, I've never seen it in my eyes before, but it seems true..."

"Well... tell me..."

"No, I'm sorry"

Nick raised his voice to delude Tiana as she sidelined him.

"All right, let's get you back on your mind and go! Karan! Kizna! Combination A!

"Understand!

"I don't like that!

"We're going because it's good!

Nick carried a sword-state Kizna and ran out toward Karan.

Karan set the dragonbone sword on the lower level facing the front. But I lay my sword aside from normal. Nick jumped on there.

"Fly!

And I lifted Nick up and flew him so Karan could soften up.

Nick also jumps up to the serious height he has in humans by jumping at the right time.

"Qua!?"

The flaming giant bird opened his eyes in amazement.

Bird-shaped demons are basically established in the style of being located above and attacking enemies on the ground. Thus, dealing with beings who take a higher position than themselves is often neglected.

"Eat!"

However, the firebird avoided Nick's attack at the spot. After you jump up, you have to fall. I can do enough to read the track. Unless Nick is also a Merger, he can't change his orbit over it or anything.

But Nick wasn't alone.

"Go, Kizna!

"Then don't throw it away - eh!?"

Kizna, which was the state of the sword of bond, transformed into a human body, and at the same time split up using Parallel (Parallel). Kizna, divided into three, slaughters the Firebird.

"Cure aaaaaah!?"

It is the wind-cut feathers that matter when a bird wings the sky. Wind-cut feathers, especially on the outside of the blades, are necessary to gain lifting power and are difficult to jump up high when damaged there. Most demons don't just fly in the wind. Magical forces seem to be working to lift huge bodies, but that doesn't cover everything. Kizna walked through the steeple precisely as she seemed to be in a hurry. The flaming giant bird falls as he splashes his wings.

"Eat Rae......!

And before it fell, Karan was waiting.

Reinforced by Zem, it concentrates its power on the last blow.

I usually use Fire Dragon Slash, but this time it's a pure swing.

"Kaaaatsu......!

A dragonbone sword breaks the neck of a firebird.

A body of unwilling shells was slammed to the top of the mountain with dust raised.
