Why future generations were certain about the existence of the treasure in Kazan mainly stemmed from official Soviet archives, as Nicholas II fell into the hands of the Labor Party, from whom they naturally obtained some key information.

According to later rumors, this treasure was Nicholas II’s backup plan and resources for a comeback, but it wasn’t originally intended to deal with the Labor Party or the former Russian capitalist provisional government.

It was before 1914 that Nicholas II considered the possibility of defeat, especially after declaring war with Germany and Austria, he had to consider the outcome of a defeat for Russia.

However, Nicholas II never imagined that the ultimate downfall of his regime would come not from the Allies but from the provisional government and Labor Party regime, nor did he anticipate that the Labor Party would emerge victorious.

After all, the establishment of a Labor Party government was a first in world history, the previous Paris Labor Party didn’t successfully establish a state.

Though later, the Russian Labor Party learned of the existence of Kazan’s national treasury from Nicholas II and his confidants, by the time they attacked Kazan, it was already too late.

The East African National Defense Security Bureau seized upon this information gap and timing to exploit Kazan’s national treasury.

"General, now we’ve become regular troops!" Chubalov said excitedly to Berezovka, flushed with emotion.

Although the battle was over, Chubalov’s mood was still very excited, as yesterday he could hardly have imagined his small force could take Kazan.

"But General, we lack management talent for these tasks..." Chubalov expressed concern.

Berezovka replied leisurely: "What’s there to worry about? Kazan City has ready talent, just put a gun to their heads, they’ll work for us, keep a close eye on their families, should anyone waver."

Chubalov and the others praised, "Brilliant, General!"

However, Chubalov then asked, "General, what should we do about another force within the city?"

The "Kazan Army" dared not argue with Berezovka, as the area controlled by this unidentified force only occupied a small part of Kazan and was near the outskirts.

Thus Chubalov and other leaders didn’t worry about them sharing the credit, as the banks, residential areas of nobility and affluent individuals, factories, and most valuable places were under their control.

Of course, Chubalov remained curious about this force, as they hadn’t heard of this group’s existence before.

So Chubalov probed, "General, are the group in the west of the city also your troops?"

Berezovka answered, "Naturally, without insiders, do you think I would attack Kazan? Without their assistance, taking Kazan yesterday wouldn’t have been easy."

Chubalov couldn’t disagree, as the whole situation seemed too coincidental, with both sides attacking Kazan simultaneously, resulting in the city’s fall, evidently Berezovka had connections with these people.

Thus Chubalov and others naturally considered this force as Berezovka’s secretly controlled and developed army.

"Now hurry and implement my plans to seize control over Kazan City, this is our base; no nobles or wealthy individuals are permitted to leave the city," Berezovka continued.

"Moreover, quickly recruit within Kazan City, at least tripling our ranks, then continue expanding based from Kazan onwards."

Berezovka systematically laid out the operations, seemingly intent on developing Kazan as the "Land of Dragon’s Ascension," significantly motivating the "Kazan Army" members.
