The Cold-blooded Snake Beastman looked down at her, hissing as his tongue flicked out.
But just then, the fiery-red High Mountain Fire Red Eagle Beastman, Chi Xiao, descended from the sky.
The massive Red Eagle dove toward Xuan Jin, roaring in fury, "You damned snake! What do you think you’re doing to my cub?!"
The instant the Red Eagle attacked, Xuan Jin moved in front of Nan Zishi, his ferocious tail whipping violently toward Chi Xiao.
After one strike, the two swiftly separated.
The fierce commotion attracted the attention of the Bird Beastmen.
Scores of Bird Beastmen flew out of their respective caves and perched on the tree branches.
"A Snake Beastman! It’s the Cold-blooded Snake Beastman, Xuan Jin!"
"Why is he here again?"
"Is he here to steal the High Mountain Red Eagle Clan’s female?"

He then looked up at Chi Xiao and Han Feng and sneered. "What, in the Bird Beastman Tribe, does a Xiong Jing require multiple participants?"
