Age of Adepts

Chapter 1060 - Rebellion on the Rise

When Winlier and Cappy arrived at the door of Winnisha's abode with a large number of men, they were stopped by a squad of battle fiends waiting there.

The goblin captain who headed the squad had a strong and brutal attitude and was determined not to let them through without orders from Chief Tigure. After several negotiations unable to communicate, the angry Cappy nearly stormed off.

Wenlier, worthy of being a seasoned old fox, reached out to stop Kabi, who was about to command his men to charge, and then sneered at the goblin captain, saying: "We came here on the orders of Lord Wenliel, and even Lord Tigure has no right to stop us. Since you are paying lip service to the chief's orders, contact Lord Tigure now and see what it has to say..."

The lead goblin captain hesitated for a moment, but had to pull out a black button-like communicator and desperately began to call out to the leader, Tigure. Unfortunately, left to its own devices, there was no sound in it other than the strange murmur of zipper-la-la-la.

Such a situation had never happened before.

For a while, even that goblin captain's head was covered in cold sweat.

"Out of the way, all of you... That Winnisha is involved in a rebellion, and any of you who dares to block it is one of her gang. I can kill here on the orders of the Lord of the House, no mercy!" Cappy jumped three feet high in a hurry and waved his hand to release the 3rd stage elemental magic weapon from the puppet amulet.

There was a dull, loud thud.

Even the sturdy floor, which had been reinforced many times by sorcery, could not withstand the incredibly heavy weight of the Elemental Demon Armament. Where the Elemental Demonic Armament appeared, the floor caved downwards into a shallow pit, filled with spiderweb-like fine cracks.

"Elemental Demonic Armament... it's the Elemental Demonic Armament of the Lord of the House!"

The corridor resounded with horrified calls from the goblins as the Elemental Demon Armament steadily rose upright from inside the shallow pit.

The goblins at the controls of the Combat Magic Weapons swallowed their saliva in unison.

My goodness, the Battle Demon Weapons they were handling were like white rabbits in front of a powerful Elemental Demon Weapon in front of a lion, what else could they do but tremble!

The Elemental Magic Armament was a Tier 3 creation created by the Lord of the House himself, and naturally no one within the Crimson Family knew about it. Therefore, the Combat Demon Armor squad suddenly saw the Elemental Demon Armor appear and could only dodge to the sides, no longer daring to stop the Goblin Cappy.

"Charge, smash the gate for me!"

The first time it commanded and manipulated such a high-grade sorcery creation, Goblin Cappy was almost inexpressibly excited. In the midst of its furious roar, the Elemental Demon Armor dwarfed and lifted its metallic steel armor behind it, revealing dozens of glowing blue jets, which then spewed out high-temperature flames of up to ten meters in length in unison.

In the next second, the Elemental Demonic Armament's massive body smoothed forward at an astonishing speed, striking the alloy door of the residence with a fierce punch.

"Not good..."

Cappy, who was commanding the elemental magic weapon just now, instantly realized that it was bad and hurriedly crouched down to cover his ears tightly. Unfortunately, in the next moment, an earth-shattering metallic roar erupted in the small, enclosed corridor of the Witch Tower.

Almost instantly, all the goblins and vampires present shook under the terrifying shockwave of sound, their eyes, ears, and nostrils simultaneously dripping snakes of purple and black blood.

The alloy door that was twenty centimeters thick instantly split apart under the impact of such a violent and massive force, and flew into the residence. The Elemental Demonic Armament, on the other hand, stomped on the floor beneath its feet like it was unaware of it, and strode into the gate.

Holy crap, this was too powerful!

Spouting nonsensically as he did so, Cappy desperately got up from the ground and rushed into the residence along with him.

The dwelling was already a mess.

The flying door had swept across the living room and crashed against the stone wall on the other side, stirring the interior into a mess.

But at a glance, there was no trace of anyone inside the living room except for a tall battle demon weapon that was standing silently in the corner of the hall.

Battle Demon Armament?

"This is our chief's magic weapon...where is our chief?" The goblin captain who headed it couldn't help but scream.

The goblin ripper's cockpit door was open, and half a figure could not be seen inside.

And on the floor in the middle of the living room, a puddle of purple and black blood stains could be seen.

Blood...whose blood? Winnisha or Tiguille?

No, Winnisha was a mechanical witch now, and there was no blood in her body long ago. So........

Winlier and Cappy, who had entered the residence, looked at each other and both secretly cried out in their hearts.

The former even waved his hand and shouted "Search", and more than a dozen sturdy vampire figures immediately sprang out from behind them, quickly rushing to various places in the residence.

A moment later, Wenlier and the others appeared in front of the five goblin teleporters, staring at these damn machines with an unkind look.

The goblin engineer following the team went forward and fiddled with them a few times, quickly coming to a conclusion.

The five goblin teleporters were pointing in five directions around the White Tower, and the one pointing in the southwest direction seemed to have just been used.

Southwest direction? There seems to be a large settlement of the White Tower Lords 20 miles away.

It seemed that Princess Winnisha should have secretly set up a meeting point there for the private contact of the inner members. It was no wonder that the surveillance cast sent by the old fox, Winelier, couldn't detect Winnisha's anomaly.

"Hmph, it really is cunning enough, chase!"

But before the few of them could step out of the door of their dwelling, the witch tower underneath them swayed lightly, and a dull bang came from down the corridor. There was a dull bang along the corridor, followed by noisy and frightened shouts from outside.

Wenlier and Cappy looked at each other and shouted "teleportation" at the same time.

Cappy panicked and was about to rush out to see what was going on, but was stopped by Wenlier.

"Why are you stopping me? Hurry up and let me go see what's going on." Cappy shrieked in confusion.

By now, Winlier's face had instead completely calmed down, shaking his head at Cappy, "We were wrong in our estimation beforehand. We thought that these guys would run away as soon as they realized that they were exposed, but now it seems... not only did they not choose to run away, they chose to push the plan forward forcefully instead. Therefore, the important thing now is not to capture that Winnisha, but..."

"Instead, protect the teleportation array!" Being reminded by the old fox, Cappy also sobered up in an instant, "Since something happened to the teleportation array here, their next target must be the teleportation array over at the Goblin Plane Mechanical City."

"You don't have to worry about the White Tower side, that teleportation array on the upper level is not accessible with Winnisha's authority, so the most she can do is blow up that public teleportation array in the teleportation square. So, you are now on your way to Mechanical City immediately to assist Lord Desera in guarding the teleportation array there. That is the key to this incident! As soon as I'm done here, I'll bring the right people over there to help you..."

"Understood, you can leave the Mechanical City to me!"

Cappy nodded in understanding, returned to put away his elemental magic weapon, and with a group of his henchmen, led by a vampire sorcerer, he quickly made his way to the internal teleportation array located on the eleventh floor of the White Tower.

A moment later, with a flash of white light, Cappy emerged with more than twenty of his henchmen in a public teleportation array in the mechanical city of the Goblin Plane.

Just once past the stun of teleportation, Cappy heard the dense and wild sounds of musket blasts and energy rays saving around the teleportation array, then heard a familiar shout.

"Get down..."

It was Wind Witch Desera's voice.

Cappy was also an old man of the Crimson Family, and was very familiar with Wind Witch Desera, so when he heard his indignant voice, he immediately lay down without hesitation.

Ccccccccccccccccccc....

Pfffft....

A dense barrage of energy rays saved up, and the large number of men that Kabi had brought with him were not able to recover from the teleportation stun as quickly as Kabi had, and in a trance, they were beaten into a sieve by the dense energy rays.

"Damn, something really happened here!"

Cappy cursed with hatred as he raised his hand and let out his Level 3 Elemental Weapon.

With a muffled thud, the tall Level 3 Elemental Weapon revealed itself and immediately blocked the long-range attacks coming from in front of it.

"Attack...attack...kill those enemies!"

At Cappy's furious roar, the Elemental Demon Armament slowly stretched its body, allowing the intense attacks to crackle and crunch on the metal body without caring. Woodland, the countless metal hidden plates on the Elemental Demon Armor's chest and arms flipped open, revealing the dense energy cannons beneath.

In the next flex, nearly a hundred dazzling red manes shot out, instantly covering the madly attacking ranks of Demonic Armament not far away.

A series of dense bursts of energy fireballs drowned the opposing team in a matter of seconds.

And then, the elemental Demon Armament arms closed, behind the flame jet opened, the entire body turned into a meteor and swiftly rushed into the sea of fire. Two iron fists swung left and right, one punched smashing the chest mount of the Metal Demon Armor, smashing the goblin technician inside into pulp. One fist smashed the head of the other Metal Demon Armor into the chest cavity, splattering purple and black blood outwards along the gaps in the metal body with a frenzied burst of electrical sparks.

The energy cannon that was constantly bombarding the chest of the Elemental Demon was not nearly as fierce as its melee attacks, although the attacks were incredibly powerful. The metal demons that were attacking madly might only survive a single energy cannon shot, but they would not survive a single iron fist.

For a while, the elemental demons were guarding the metal gate leading to the teleportation array, and they were in such a mess that hundreds of metal demons were being beaten to death. The opponent's intense and fierce attacks that hit the Elemental Demonic Armament were either blocked by the energy shield outside of its body, or were blocked back by its indestructible alloy body, unable to inflict enough damage on it.

"Its body is made of an aversion to magic alloy, so don't attack it with magic energy. Go up, go up... and fight it in close combat!" A small leader among the rebels seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable, and judging from the phosphorescent light reflected from the energy rays hitting the elemental magic weapons, he immediately called out to his men to change tactics.

The Wind Witch Desera, who was being pressed by the 'rebels' near the teleportation array, heard the other party's roar, and immediately his eyes turned white, his body lingering around its violent and unparalleled natural storm.

The rebel's body rose up under the wind, gazing at the rebel's small leader's position, and waved his hands up and down. With a thunderclap from the clear sky, hundreds of twisting electric snakes of thunder and lightning thunder descended from the sky, slashing down in a frenzy towards the enemy in the area of the gaze lock.
