Age of Adepts

Chapter 1527 - Small World of Flames

"Drops, resolves one of the basic flame rules, the effect is scorching..."

"Drops, resolves one of the basic flame rules, the effect is burning..."

"Drops, resolves one of the basic flame rules, the effect is high temperature..."

"Drops, resolving one of the basic flame rules, the effect is extended..."

........

........

A series of beautiful prompts simply made Grim's heart flutter.

As a Fire Witch, the more basic flame rules one controlled, the higher the probability of fusing them into higher-order rule characteristics.

Just like the 'indestructible' rule that Grim had mastered, it was a fusion of the five basic rules of burning, spreading, fusing, and igniting. The previous 'mirror image' rules also only fused seven, while the 'split' after the advancement jumped to eleven....

It was conceivable that if all of these basic flame rules were successfully parsed, the wider the path that Grim could expand in the realm of flames would also become wider. Which one was more suitable for him or her, the options were much wider than before.

What's more, this Original Flame contained a large number of unknown flame rules, which was even more invaluable!

Without this convenience, I'm afraid that if Grim wanted to collect so many basic flame rules, he would have to trek through countless bits and explore many dangerous places to accumulate a little bit.

The dangers involved were also imaginable!

And as far as Grim understood, the usual path of development for a rule wizard who wanted to go further was to fuse more and more extensive rules of fire into a complete system similar to the rules of the bit plane in general.

At that point, the sorcerer would have a miniature little world hidden inside him, no longer affected by changes in external rules or magical energies.

This also meant that after the Rule Sorcerer was promoted to the 7th rank, he would also have a separate and self-contained small world system, and most of his power would no longer pretend to be external. At this level, such a guy could only be sealed and would be difficult to kill completely.

At least without destroying his small world, he was already immortal!

Therefore, 5th stage was only theoretically immortal, immune to normal life, old age, sickness and death, but once it suffered an irresistible overcoming blow, it would still fall and decay. And at the 7th rank, it was already difficult for external attacks to completely obliterate its soul mark.

For such a fellow, only if an even higher-ranked existence made a move to strip its soul imprint from its world origin and annihilate it, would it be possible to truly and completely erase 'its' existence.

Otherwise, even if its flesh* body and soul were destroyed, after a long period of time of accumulation and convergence, it would still find a way to be 'reborn'!

This was actually the most frightening part of the High Grand Wizard!

Eternal life...embodied very perfectly in them!

But it was precisely because of the terrifying nature of high ranked Grand Sorcerers that their numbers were undoubtedly very scarce as well. At least compared to the huge number of 5th and 6th rank Grand Sorcerers, there were truly not many 7th rank or even higher.

Fifty-three Basic Flame Rules, the number was not much, not much, but it was enough for Grim to condense them to form a miniature version of a small world of flames. It was just that Grim was only at the 5th stage, and his mental energy was clearly not enough to support the formation of the Small World of Flames.

So, as a first step, he could only try to use these powers to enhance his burning field.

After all, the Burning Domain could already be seen as the prototype of a miniature Small World of Flames!

Parsing out a flame base rule, Grim incorporates it into his own burning field. The ones that acted as catalysts in it were the massive amount of flame energy and the newly plundered divine nature.

It had to be said that divinity really was a top-notch resource with the highest price/performance ratio.

After wiping away the will of the divine spirit within it, it was an energy essence filled with ultra-high activity. It was because it was so pure and pure that it could be used to raise life limits, could be used to attach divine characteristics to equipment, and could reconcile the conflict of different types of energy....

The more research into the divine, the more Grim became thirsty for this top resource.

Now he completely understood the great sorcerers who were active on the battlefields of the bits, whose hunger for the Divine Origin had reached the point where they were undaunted!

Most of the physical and spiritual potential has been exhausted after a sorcerer advances to the 5th level. At this stage, to take a small step forward and raise the basic physical attributes a little, it would easily take hundreds of years of effort and torment.

And the only thing that could speed up this process was higher-order resources.

In all seriousness, most of the resources within the bits were already ineffective against the Grand Sorcerers. Only some of the best and rarest resources were still of some slight use.

And such resources were usually kept in the hands of those bit rulers or powerful clans.

To obtain them, one would inevitably have to go to war with the entire plane.

Therefore, the process of collecting the resources was extremely long and arduous, usually accompanied by endless killings and bloody wars!

This process was a bit trivial and complicated, but it was very safe for the Grand Sorcerers.

But only a large-scale bit war like the Battle of the Felling Beast could bring the Grand Sorcerers a surge of power in a short period of time.

Like Grim taking the risk of devouring that Hall itself, it also gave them a solid foundation for their development. At the very least, all the hurdles of this long journey from 5th to 6th level had been cleared by him in one fell swoop.

With this Original Spark, with the large amount of divinity that had been looted, with the 7 remaining fragments of the divine Grid in his hand... Grim would be able to climb up to the 6th rank level even after spending 2-3 thousand years in seclusion somewhere.

This was the so-called 'adventure for a while, happiness for a lifetime'!

Only the danger and horror of it was something that only he, as the party in question, could appreciate.

With these reserves, to participate in the subsequent beast-cutting battles would be to seek his own death.

Grim dared to say that he had definitely become a thorn in the side of the Beast God Department now. If he dared to set foot on the battlefield again, even those high ranking deities wouldn't mind chasing him to his death by bullying the small and the big.

And his enemies might not only be on the deity's side.

With a huge treasure hidden in his body and still not knowing how to restrain himself, I'm afraid that there were quite a few guys on the Sorcerer's side who were thinking about and plotting against him. Once they caught him, just being a mere ally didn't seem to be enough to protect him.

Therefore, after the deal between Grim and that Irunwald Grand Sorcerer was completed, he recuperated for a while, put off the follow-up mission to go out to war, and left straight away after receiving the rewards from the previous quests.

............

Fire Elemental Plane, Altar of Molten Fire.

As soon as Grim stepped out of the teleportation array, he was drawn to the tall and magnificent Sorcerer's Tower in front of him.

In the lava lake where the flames churned and the magma surged, a 300-meter tall, one-mile square Wizard Tower towered silently, its base plunging straight into the dark red, sticky, hot magma, with a layer of dark red light curtain lingering around the entire tower.

Sensing Grim's soul breath, a gap silently opened in the invisible protective force field of the witch tower. With a single flame jump, Grim appeared inside a sorcery hall inside the witch tower.

"Welcome back master!"

The Ashes Web Spider Mother, Lakebeth, and Split Brain Sock led a group of Demonic Armament Warriors in two compartments, bowing to Grim in unison. And behind them were many flaming creatures of various forms piled up, including the leader of that 3rd level Molten Core Giant.

"You have done well, I will reward you later on!" Grim was perched high on the stone platform of the palace, calmly examining the two meritocrats before him and said, "Has the initiation ceremony been prepared?"

"It's ready and waiting for your return!" Fractional Brain Sock smiled obsequiously.

"Let's get started, then!" When Grim gave the order, the crowd immediately split up and got busy.

The Enlightenment Ceremony was the most important ceremony after the completion of the Sorcerer's Tower.

The Sorcerer needed to split out a portion of his soul fragments to be placed in the Sorcerer Tower's main control crystal in order to serve as the main consciousness of the tower spirits in the future. This was very important and could not be done without the help of others.

And only the Sorcerer's Gauntlet that held the initiation ceremony was truly complete!

As Grim's long-term private residence for the next few thousand years, the Witch Tower was named the Flame Throne in honor of the nest that had been destroyed in the middle of the continent.

As the Crimson Clan Chief, Grim had left the Wizarding World, but still had absolute control over the family affairs within the bit. Under his mobilization, the energy room in the underground level of the Witch Tower had two super magic melting furnaces added in addition to the most basic elemental altar and elemental pool.

That was the power source of the entire Witch Tower.

Powerful and turbulent void energy was drawn in by the Super Magical Furnace and injected into the energy pool in a steady stream. From there, the purifying witch arrays engraved on the four walls of the energy pool break down the rampant chaotic energy into tame and obedient magical energy, which is then transferred to all corners of the Tower through magical channels.

The earth, fire, water, wind and water extracted from the Elemental Altar are injected into different elemental pools, which are mainly used for the daily operation of the Tower. The magical energy extracted from the magic furnace is the core energy to support the huge witch array system.

The two completely different energy systems complemented each other, creating a perfect and harmonious Super Sorcerer Tower!

Activate the inter-energy....

The initiation....

Splitting heterogeneous space to create private storage....

These miscellaneous matters kept Grim busy for three days and three nights before they were initially brought to an end. During this time, a hidden and obscure spiritual fluctuation had been silently paying attention to his every move.

However, the moment the Tower Spirit was born, the defense system of the Witch Tower rose, and the strange spirit fluctuation that couldn't be stopped was blocked out, unable to penetrate the Witch Tower any longer.

As if sensing Grim's determination, the spirit wave gently touched the Witch Tower's defense, sending a message to Grim that he wanted to communicate.
