Age of Adepts

Chapter 510: Toxic Halo

Two days later, the first poisonous seed was finally born.

So the bug witch, Billis, became the first sorcerer to leave.

Large troops continue to advance towards Anwemar, where the capital of the Empire is situated, while Billis turns south with poisonous seeds. Grimm entrusted it with the task of immersing the seeds of the spirit in the wells or sources of water in every goblin village and city for a moment.

Such a task is not difficult, it is not easy.

It requires, first and foremost, that mandate-holders possess a means of latent hiding, otherwise a heterogeneous person travels through the territory of a vast empire of earth, but also close to the water sources on which they depend for their livelihood. This is a challenge in itself!

But with the bug witch Billis scattering the invisible body, the difficulty is nothing.

According to the information obtained during these days, Grimm has drawn up a topographical map of the entire territory with Anweimar, the capital, at the centre of the entire area. Surrounded by mountains and steep terrain, it is easily guarded and difficult to attack by ordinary creatures.

So the goblins built a metal city - the Iron and Steel Capital - in the most dangerous parts of the mountains, thanks to their strong engineering and mechanical abilities.

It is home to 120,000 high-end goblins all year round, and is the capital of science and technology and the city of wonder where goblin engineers, inventors and alchemists flock.

Over the past millennium, in order to give constant impetus to the mechanical civilization, the goblins have almost emptied the mountain belly beneath the Iron and Steel Capital, supporting the operation of the Iron and Steel Capital with massive coal and steam power.

Now, with the advent of magic, the goblins built a massive 10-story space furnace in the belly of the mountain, and then used the magic energy from the space furnace to propel geogenic civilization toward massive magic applications.

The Goblins do not seem to have any sense of confidentiality about these contents, but rather massively promote the advantages and benefits of magic within the community and call on more geotechnical engineers and alchemists to learn more about research magic.

Unfortunately, the study of spermatozoa in the Empire was too shallow and crude, and the study of miniaturization and miniaturization of space furnaces was slow. Otherwise, each battle magic is fitted with a mini-space furnace, so that they can break free of the magic battery and become a battle machine that never stops killing.

Until now, the Great Empire has only been able to place space furnaces on large machines such as floating giant ships. Use them as a source of power for small and miniature magic to sustain the constant fighting and killing of the Legion of Magic.

However, it is still a question of whether the physical qualities of the quasi-wolf mechanic can afford this constant battle. After all, like Tikool, there are still a few individuals who cross the threshold of excellence, and most geomechanics are still flesh and blood, need to eat and drink, need to excrete, need to sleep.

Even after a bloody battle, most sperm mechanics create additional psychological burdens. This is inevitable even for Tikool, a first-order precision mechanic. Who called it extraordinary body without the spirit and soul that matched it.

So Tikool the 1st tier masters the 2nd tier metal goblin and can barely use his pseudo-2nd tier strength!

Grimm doesn't like the Metropolis of Iron and Steel, a city that the Great Empire of Geodesy has worked so hard to build. There's only one reason, and that's... these idiots actually built a space furnace underneath the Iron and Steel Capital. Doesn't this... mean that the most elite group of high-ranking goblins in the entire Enormous Empire live on a supermassive barrel of gunpowder?

And they're stuffed with gunpowder in this barrel day and night!

Of course, as an indigenous goblin, they may find hundreds of reasons to do so. After all, under the rule of sperm and sperm cannons, Cerser trembled, and there was no enemy inside the position that could threaten the order of the sperm's reign.

Moreover, if the vast Iron and Steel Capital is to continue to operate for millions of years, the search for a clean, pollution-free and continuous source of energy is the top priority to ensure the continuation of refined civilization.

So in the absence of internal worries, the absence of external afflictions, and the urgent need for energy themselves, the rulers of the great empire made such choices, which is not too frightening. But now that Grimm and others have arrived, any hidden dangers and defects above the seemingly enormous body of the Empire will be exploited by the wizards to become the first cards of Camino to push down the sophisticated civilization!

And one of the things Grimm wants to do right now is sneak into that iron and steel capital and throw it into a fireball in that super-space furnace that the magicians built. I'm sure it will be a huge fireworks show that shook the whole place!

However, there are difficult tasks that need to be done step by step in order to achieve this goal.

So the only thing Grimm can do right now is desperately spread the plague's poisonous seeds across the geological spectrum, adding a little more leverage to later negotiations.

There's no way Grimm could have gotten this sperm in a way that's double-defeated, or the plague would have spread out, and the creatures that could have survived this spell would have survived one in ten steps.

By then, perhaps this face will have lost its resistance and its foundational strength. Where would Grimm look for so much free labor if he wanted to develop the resources in this position in depth?

To buy cheap interracial slaves in the world of wizards? The development of a position requires not hundreds of thousands of basic labour, but tens of thousands of adult slaves with strong physical strength, and a mature social system within the position that can feed the larger population derived from it.

To obtain large quantities of rare metals, a large amount of labor must be organized to dig for metal ore underground and then transport them to the surface. This is not the end of the spectrum, but the crude ore needs to be screened and filtered, and then the high quality ore is initially smelted and turned into metal ingots.

In this process, extraction and purification of rare metals are often accompanied.

Therefore, the large-scale exploitation of metallic mines and some rare resources in the field must be accomplished by relying on intrinsic social systems.

If all the indigenous people in this position are wiped out by the plague, and Grimm is allowed to create a social system from scratch to scratch to complete the development of the frontal resources, then... there hasn't been a hundred years to do it!

It is with this in mind that Grimm intends to have a strictly regulated plague on the geographic surface. Neither a heavy blow to the Great Empire nor the overthrow of the entire force.

Seriously, such an idea is purely easy to understand.

But for the sake of my ideals and beliefs, Grimm can only try!

Good thing you don't own it in this geographic area yet, so do your best to make the most of it. If, after detonating the super-space furnace, the ruler of the Enormous Empire persists, Grimm does not mind letting the entire geophysical spectrum die.

After all, only the benefits are yours. Grimm doesn't mind smashing the whole shop to pieces if he can't walk the whole way.

Meat rots in your own pot!

Two more days later, after the appearance of the second poisonous seed, Mary also left the team and rushed * to the western part of the Dixie Continent alone.

However, just the day after Mary left, the three Grimes were caught up in a wilderness by a pack of magic legions.

But the Legion of Magic came fast, and so did the retreat!

And the other party's willingness to give up tracking their enemies for six days is due to the presence of a horrible sorcerer in Grimm's team, Toxic Endo.

After a six-day break, Grimm and others were finally caught up again, and hundreds of battle magic from the windy Legion of Magic struck like a swarm of bees from all sides.

And they are greeted by the poisonous halo of Toronto!

Poisonoundo laid a small altar in the wilderness and used it to enhance the enclosure of his own highly toxic halo, spreading it from the original 100 metres to the present 500 metres.

As a result, the battle magic burst into a highly poisonous aura and was almost unconscious.

When Toxic Endo drives the Toxic Bullet, the instantaneous outbreak of Toxic Damage overwhelms the presence of nearly 100 battle magic.

One time, above the sky, a battle magic falls like rain.

Once they had stuck their heads above the earth, there had been no movement.

The perforated poison directly poisoned the inner goblin mechanic through the vents of the battle magic body watch. Even if the power of battle magic is stronger, without the manipulation of a mechanic, it's just a cold goose.

So, in front of Poison Endo, as long as the goblin mechanics need to breathe, they have no hope of survival!

Grim and others, of course, knew all about this kind of witchcraft principle, but the legions of magic that could attack them knew nothing.

The leader of the leading Magic Legion is also urging his men to join the Legion quickly, and do not release several Evil Wizards. But who can imagine that the ugly and evil old witch of the other side only had a green flash in her hand, and nearly a hundred battle magic pieces had lost their soul and the earth had been planted quietly.

No response can be obtained from those battle magic, no matter how the Magic Legion Leader calls. And the magic pieces sent in later were just a few moments into the war circle, and suddenly all of a sudden they fell to the ground without signs, and I couldn't reach them anymore.

In the face of such a strange scene, the Commander of the Legion of Magic almost went straight insane!

It is understandable to sacrifice in intense combat. Death in a harsh natural environment is understandable.

But... like in front of me, everything was fine before, the other hand was just a green flash, and everyone died in battle. Such a thing is simply unacceptable with its barren brain!

Therefore, the leader of the Magic Legion, frightened by the fear of the unknown, can only order the retreat!

Hundreds of battle magic previously coming from the sky were largely destroyed, and fewer than two hands were able to escape. Such tragic casualties left the goblins grieving, and they only dared to wait until the wizards had gone away before secretly returning to the scene to take some magic.

After an exam by a geophysician, it was discovered that all the geomechanics had died of severe poison.

Only then did the Goblin know that there was such a horrible loophole in the battle magic!
