The next morning. When I came to the field after my magic practice, there was a crowd of face fairies full of them and Marcus who looked tired after watering.

"Morning, Marcus. Thanks for the watering."

I greeted him in the morning as I approached him.

"Oh, the fairies are so cordial and polite to teach us, we're all safe this morning."

Marcus laughed and clasped his shoulders as he watched the fairies drifting around the field with a jealous face.

"Today, I want you to remember another job."

Marcus, work? and tilt his neck.

"You know what distilled water is?

I ask Marcus a question while unlocking the lab cabin.

"No, I don't"

Marcus shakes his head.

"So what's normal water like?

To my question, Marcus twists his neck.

"Well, then, get me some well water in this wooden barrel. Then, check [Appraisal] to see what it looks like."

I handed Marcus a barrel of wood from and sent him to fetch water.

After a while, Marcus returned with an excited face.

"Well water contains all sorts of things!

Marcus first saw something called 'water' in [appraisal] 's eyes, apparently.

"Yes, that's why I can't use this for alchemy anymore."

Invite Marcus to a table lined with glassware as he instructs him to put the wooden barrels inside the cabin.

"So what does water use?

Again, Marcus doesn't even know if the glassware in question is in front of him. My job as an alchemist probably hasn't allowed me to do much until now.

"The answer is in the glassware right in front of you. So take out the pure water called" distilled water. "

Marcus blinks when he sees glassware that I tell him, that I've seen, but never let him touch it.

"... could a new job make me use this?

Horrible, but with anticipation, Marcus asks me.

"Yeah. Now it's your morning job to make 'distilled water'!

I have two chairs, so one prompts me to sit down and the other to sit down on Marcus.

"I'll give it a shot first, look at it"

"Oh!"

Marcus nodded loudly as he stared at the instrument with curious eyes.

"First of all, a beautiful flask... when I say flask, you mean this kind of bottle with a round bottom and a long neck. Add well water to this and set it in a 'distiller'. Install a beautiful, empty flask on the other side."

I put water in the original flask and set the flask in the distiller.

"And switch on the heating magic prop under the original flask and the cooling magic prop on top."

And switch on the demon prop.

Gradually, bubbles start to form around the flask, which becomes something bigger and bigger. Water vapor starts standing, and droplets accumulate in the lid area and flow to the flask for receiving.

Point to the accumulating and running water, and teach Marcus, "This is the distilled water".

After a while, I moved to the obvious receiving side, so I turn off the demon prop switch.

"Come on, compare the water in both flasks"

[Water]

Classification: Liquid

Quality: good quality

Details: Distilled water. Pure water.

This is the case for the first flask to keep the water in.

[Water]

Classification: Liquid

Quality: Normal -

Details: Water with concentrated impurities. Waste.

"The water broke up with something beautiful and something dirty!

Marcus is so excited.

"It's going to be a daily job, so calm down. Then it's Marcus' turn."

I removed the still hot flask with thick gloves and threw away the water. The distilled water was then transferred into a larger water gap for experimentation.

"Here's how you wash your dirty equipment."

I add a little distilled water from the water drain to the original flask, turn it around and wash it. I dumped the water and placed the flask in the basket where I would keep the appliance waiting to dry.

Take two beautiful flasks and hand them to Marcus.

"Well, do it and see."

Marcus took a big deep breath to calm himself down, excited.

I set the appliance using the procedure that Daisy showed me earlier and started moving the distiller. I reproduced exactly what I saw to complete the distillation operation and added the distilled water to the water drain.

Marcus filled his chest with emotion by doing what seemed like alchemy for the first time.
