Almark – Northern Sword, Southern Wand
Father's figure
Early the next morning.
There are no classes from today.
It's usually time to go to the school building.
Almark was walking around the garden.
Looking up at the sky, I recall the magical fireworks that painted the night sky on the last day of the exam.
I remembered the fireworks once again when I became brighter, and something new was about to sprout in Almark.
It seemed to be in a clear shape, and it wasn't easy, when Almark gave up and tried to return to the dorm.
I noticed a figure walking from the dorm.
"Leila"
Almark speaks up.
Leila, with a large leather bag and a small cloth bag, was about to walk on her feet.
She noticed Almark and frowned openly.
"What are you doing here?"
"Let's take a walk. Leila's leaving."
Well...
"Did you pick him up?
I've got people waiting in the harbor.
Too much passing by Almark, saying so.
Be careful.
Almark nodded to the extent he was sorry.
Leila walked away from the main gate without looking back.
The Kugan family, Leila's parents, is said to be a famous minister in the Rogosha Kingdom of Nakahara.
However, the Rogosha kingdom itself is like a branch of the Foretta kingdom, which is a great power, and it seems to be politically complicated, but Almark doesn't know much about the situation around it and is not very interested.
But Leila used to say, "I don't have time," and as noble as she is today, she goes home as if she were avoiding people.
Almark knew that there were complications with Leila.
As the sun rose high, many adults continued to walk through the main gate into the school. Everyone goes through the garden to the dormitory.
The students also can't wait quietly in the dormitory, and there are many who go to the main gate to pick them up, and there are many who wander and wait outside the garden and dormitory.
Almark watched with interest from his room window.
Well, as Morgan and Nelson said, it's a spectacular view.
The way students are greeted varies, as do the outfits of incoming adults.
A noble butler, a man and a servant.
A merchant, a wealthy man and woman.
There are also peasants and humble men who would have worn their best stranger clothes.
Some men in colourful and unusual ethnic costumes are rare to see around here.
Those are the clothes of the Brokians, far west of the kingdom of Foretta in Nakahara. Ah, Almark wondered if there were any students from that far away.
There's Eldo.
My parents have already arrived and Eldo is happily bouncing around them.
The figure is a child who is everywhere in the world, and it is very unlikely that he will always preach to Almark from above.
I'm glad you were able to help Eldo.
Of course, I hadn't thought about going home on vacation from the beginning, but Eldo's chest tingled.
If my father comes to pick me up, like the parents of the other children. Almark imagines.
Black Wolf Cavalry Commander “Black Wolf” Gerus' one-arm, "Shadow Fang” Raise.
When I go to negotiate with the contractor as the deputy leader. When you go to a meeting with another mercenary group. When you are approaching the Ace of the enemy mercenary regiment.
Almark's memorable Father Raise costume was always a dull, black metal armor.
"It's too late to think I should have put on my armor."
That was my father's theory. Never be alarmed at any time. Always be prepared for the worst.
But that's not all.
The figure of my father in black armor was majestic. There was a silent sense of intimidation that mercenaries were not allowed to be treated as mercenaries.
It must have been indispensable in conducting tough negotiations.
Almark was very proud of his father.
Nevertheless, if a scene like today were to happen to our parents and children, our father would never come to pick us up with his armor on.
So what are you going to wear?
Even if you think about it, Almark doesn't really think of a father other than armor.
If only my father had come in six years of college life.
Almark thought.
That's when Almark will know the answer for the first time.
