Almark – Northern Sword, Southern Wand

Leila's Medicinal Hot Water

Morgan returns from Wendy's shift and starts stirring the pan with Zap and an unforgettable chat.

Wendy told Almark,

"You're tired. There's still a long way to go, so let's take a break."

And smile.

That's right.

Almark nodded and threw a piece of firewood into the mold.

Wendy, tell me something.

There was Norish's voice over there.

Turning around, Norish and Nelson waved in front of each other.

"Nelson did something weird, so I couldn't figure it out on the way."

"It's not weird. I was just trying to make a proper potion."

"Ah, yeah. I'm coming."

Wendy answers and looks back at Almark.

I'll be right there.

"Yeah."

Almark nodded.

I'm coming, too.

That's what Pheta said when she completely missed Wendy. She went to Norish with Wendy.

Almark, who was alone, looked at the other groups without a doubt.

Nelson's group is as lively as ever.

Whatever you do, your laughter goes hand in hand.

Now it seems that there was some trouble when I switched from Nelson's insect repellent medicinal water to ordinary medicinal water, and everyone, including Pillman and Curime, peeked into the pot.

Wendy and Fita joined in, and we just started talking.

In the torque group, the leader's torque remains indifferent, stirring the pot in a boring manner, but Deg and Serrah seem to be totally communicating with the second-year students, making them feel comfortable and enjoyable.

The torque seems to be slightly bad at the air, and even though it is useless when the pot is not mixed, it is wandering around.

Speaking of which, Almark remembers that he passed me twice before. [M]

Wallis' group is no longer a buyer's stand-off.

Wallis also serves as the overall leader, leaving most of his group to the buyer. Buyers use as many as three molasses to make medicinal water.

Except for the occasional help from Liluti, he is stirring up three pots from the pan without having to rest, but the appearance seems to be really enjoyable.

In Leila's group, you can see Leido talking calmly to Garaine.

Garaine also nods occasionally, and it seems like a mechanical trick to keep stirring the pan silently.

When I thought Leila was gone, I stood in front of the corner without noticing. There was a small pot, and Leila had a difficult face and stirred the contents.

What did Reido say to make me drink?

Almark looks back at Morgan as he begins to feel sorry for his difficult expression.

"Morgan, I'm gonna go check something else out."

"Oh, take your time. I'll mix it properly."

Morgan waves his hand, keeping an eye on the pan.

I wonder if I can do something to make it taste good.

"It's not cooking. That's why the teacher just pissed me off."

Zap kneads Morgan peeking at the pan with an unpretentious face.

"That's right. Hmm."

Morgan explores Robe's sleeves unconsciously.

Zap shouted in a hurry.

"Morgan! He's trying to pull something out again!

Ha.

Morgan looks like he's awake.

"Watch out, I was about to shake the salt again on my own. Thank you for stopping me."

"Zap, I need Morgan."

Zap nods with his face to Almark's words.

"Yeah, because without me, Morgan wouldn't know what to start."

"Exactly."

Morgan nods.

"Please, Zap."

"Be a little careful yourself."

He waved his hand at Zap, who looked stunned, and Al Mark left their barrels.

Curime rushed towards Leila when she was about to go.

Almark, wait.

"Hey, Culime. Is the pot okay?"

"Yeah, Wendy's here, so I think I can handle it."

That's how Curime looked up at Almark and her cheeks were flushing.

"You know, Wallis told me."

"Did you tell me?

After a brief moment, Almark nodded as soon as he thought of it.

"Oh, you're talking about Lilty. Speaking of which, you said you'd talk to him during practice."

"Yeah, so did Lilty."

Almark smiled at Curime's happy face.

I see. Good, then. Then so is the script. "

"Yeah."

Curime nodded strongly.

"I think we'll be able to show them soon."

"Great. I'm looking forward to it."

After saying that with a smile, Almark asks quietly.

"By the way, am I going to be in the play? I don't know how many people are actually leaving."

What are you talking about?

Curime laughed joyfully.

"Everyone but me is supposed to come out."

After breaking up with Curime, Almark walks to Leila, who has a difficult face in the corner of the kitchen.

"Leila"

When she spoke, Leila raised her face in surprise.

"Almark"

I usually have long hair on my face in this kind of time, but today I tie it together in the back for practice, so I can clearly see the bright side of my face.

"What are you doing here alone?"

When asked deliberately, Leila stared at the pot in front of her.

"I'm trying to make myself another potion."

What kind of medicinal water is this?

Almark peeks into the turbid liquid in dark green.

"I wanted you to drink it."

"To me."

Almark was surprised to learn that what Leido said was true.

"Thank you, but there's almost no deviation in soul. If you care about that."

Yeah, I know that.

Leila nods lightly.

"I don't care about that anymore, so you don't have to be weird."

Ah, yeah.

Almark nodded.

Um, well, this potion...

"I've wanted to make it for a long time. It's a medicinal bath that I learned in the third year of middle school, but when I looked into it, I realized that if there were five species of Isenbikarigusa, I could make them, so I'm trying."

Leila stirs the pan as she says so.

"Oh, the magic isn't spreading well. It's a little difficult."

I see.

Almark sneaked into the pan again.

"This also means research for your future."

Yes, it is.

Leila nods.

"But for the first time, I don't know if I'm going to succeed."

"Yeah, I guess so."

"I don't know what happens if I don't try it, but you can't let a rare person drink it. That's why I remembered. You're used to drinking an incredible amount of medicinal water."

Yeah, well...

I thought the way you said it was flawed, but Almark nodded for now.

"So if you want me to drink it, I think it's okay if I fail."

"The experimental bench."

Almark laughs bitterly.

"Well, that's what happens when I say it clearly."

Leila doesn't deny it.

"I won't force you if you don't want to. I'll drink it myself."

"No, I'll have a drink."

Almark answered.

"If Leila makes it, she'll be fine."

"I can't tell you that."

Leila wrinkles her neck.

"I'll call you when I can. Ah, magic doesn't spread."

It was bad to disturb Leila, who shouted in a hurry, so Almark left the scene gently.

Alternatively with Morgen, while stirring the pot, Almark remembered that he didn't ask what kind of medicinal water Leila was making.
