Chapter 52: The Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruit Matures
After negotiating the price, Redlight finally decided to buy 10,000 Water Wood Stones from her.
Redlight had originally wanted more, but Moira Lynch didn’t agree. ’Whether in business or in life, if you’re too agreeable, you’ll easily be taken advantage of.’

She was worried the transaction item might have a tracking function. ’Hiding in the space should prevent me from being located.’

Given the other party’s good conduct, Moira Lynch generously threw in an extra 200 Water-cooling Stones.
On the other side, a player looked at Redlight in confusion. "Boss, that transaction item clearly supports video trading. Why didn’t you use it? If you had, we might have been able to find out SoySauceDrunkard’s real identity."
Redlight shot the man a glare. "SoySauceDrunkard has been hiding her identity from the very beginning, which means she doesn’t want to be exposed. If we had done that, we would have only earned her disgust."
The fact that she was willing to part with Water Wood Stones showed she still cared about this country.
Right now, aside from them, other countries only knew about Water-cooling Stones; they had no idea something like Water Wood Stones even existed.
Besides, after their experts’ analysis, SoySauceDrunkard was likely not a man, as they first thought, but a young girl.

Hearing this, Redlight ignored the cold and hurried over. When he saw that they were indeed Water-cooling Stones, he was overcome with excitement.

A flurry of panicked activity followed. Finally, with the help of some tools, they managed to toss all the Water-cooling Stones into a tank full of water. A moment slower, and they might have been frozen into ice sculptures.
’So cold.’
Meanwhile, Moira Lynch hadn’t left her space.
Her breath hitched as she gazed at the Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruit Tree, which was laden with fruit.
Besides the Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruit Tree, the other few trees were also growing very well, but their fruits matured at different rates. For now, only the Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruit Tree was ripe.
Ripe Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruits were blue and translucent, looking as if they were filled with a flowing liquid.

After consulting Patience, Moira Lynch learned that consuming the Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruit involved two stages. The first stage was expelling impurities from the body.
The filth she had just washed off was the impurities that had accumulated inside her.
The second stage was improving and strengthening her constitution.
The first stage could be completed quickly by taking the fruit multiple times, while the second stage required long-term consumption.
Moira Lynch decided to clear out all the impurities from her body first. So, right there in the bathroom, she took out several more Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruits and started eating them.
’I’ll have to wash up again in a bit when the impurities are expelled anyway. This way, I can avoid getting another set of clothes dirty.’
And so, Moira Lynch grimaced in pain as agony shot through her body, but her hands never stopped bringing fruit to her mouth. Every so often, she had to take a moment to wipe the filth from her skin.
Moira Lynch kept this up until the next morning. After eating more than twenty Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruits, she finally felt no more pain, and her body stopped expelling filth.
According to Patience, as long as her body no longer felt pain, it meant the first stage was successfully completed, and she could begin the second.
Looking at herself in the mirror again, she was still the same person, but the impression she gave off had changed drastically.
Moira Lynch stared at her reflection. It was no exaggeration to say that her skin was now smoother than a freshly peeled hard-boiled egg.
’It feels like all those skincare products I stockpiled are a bit beneath me now.’
