Redlight took the newly acquired Water Wood Stone to be studied by experts, unaware that the only reason Moira Lynch had given it up was because she had far more Water Wood Stones than Water-cooling Stones.

She set up a trade-in option in one of her shop’s slots, while continuing to list Water-cooling Stones—and this time, Water Wood Stones as well—in the others. Then, she closed the shop and opened the System Mall.

For seventeen thousand Gold Coins plus thirteen Energy Ores, Moira Lynch was finally able to buy the Illusion Cloak.

She couldn’t wait to put it on.

The semi-transparent cloak immediately became invisible after she put it on.

"Illusion Cloak detected. Connecting to Intelligent Brain automatically."

A Light Screen that only she could see appeared before her eyes, displaying information about the Illusion Cloak.

The Illusion Cloak had two modes. One was Invisible Mode, which was active now. In this mode, it was like she wasn’t wearing anything at all; it didn’t interfere with showering, eating, or changing clothes. The other was Stealth Mode.

For Stealth Mode, Moira Lynch needed to manually pull the hood over her head. Of course, at critical moments when her hands were full, she could also have Patience do it for her, which was extremely convenient.

’With this Illusion Cloak, no one should be able to find me now.’

Moira Lynch gazed contentedly at herself in the mirror. Well, the Illusion Cloak was currently in Invisible Mode, so she couldn’t actually see or feel anything.

"According to interstellar statistics, divination-type talents are ranked tenth on the list of lousiest talents."

Patience’s words piqued Moira Lynch’s curiosity. "Why is that?"

"Because every divination requires a price. The more powerful the subject and the more detailed the information, the greater the price. Some fortune tellers in the galaxy have died after a divination before they could even speak the results."

That’s why in the galaxy, divination-type talents are only useful for minor things, like finding a lost cat or telling someone’s romantic fortune.

"Divination is tenth. What are the top nine?" Moira Lynch asked, her curiosity piqued.

"Ninth place: Flying Talent. Before personal Flying Devices became widespread, this ability was actually very popular."

’So the Flying Talent was basically made obsolete by technology.’

"Eighth place: Mind Reading Technique."

"Mind Reading Technique... is lousy?" Moira Lynch’s eyes widened.

"The Mind Reading Technique can read others’ thoughts and feelings, but it has range limitations. Furthermore, if the target is prepared, the reading is very likely to fail. Also, the galaxy has already developed devices specifically to counter it."

"Seventh place: X-ray vision. It allows one to see through objects to the things or structures behind them, but it has no offensive power whatsoever."

"Sixth place: Resonance Perception. The ability to empathize with others and experience their emotions."

"Fifth place: Time Reversal. One can return to a past moment in time, but cannot change it."

"Fourth place: Memory Storage. The ability to store one’s own memories within an object."

"Third place: Future Foresight. It has been proven that a foreseen future cannot be changed. Therefore, if The Interstellar Federation discovers someone with this talent, that person is placed under immediate surveillance. Unauthorized use of the ability results in immediate execution."

"Second place: Color Vision. Their world is in color."

"First place: Perverted Healing. It allows the user to transfer all of a patient’s illnesses to themselves, thus curing the patient. However, a person with this talent cannot cure themselves of these diseases."

Hearing Patience list out the ten lousiest talents, Moira could only think how lucky she was not to have awakened any of them. Otherwise, she wouldn’t even know what she would have done.

She checked the time on her phone. It was already five o’clock. Moira Lynch decided not to waste any more time in bed; she had a pile of things planned for the day.

First, before the water, power, and gas were shut off, she wanted to prepare more cooked food.

Who would have thought that in this third round of the game, her biggest expenditure would be food?

During the game, Moira Lynch didn’t really have fixed meal times. Most of the time, she’d be walking along, feel hungry, and just pull out a lunch box to wolf down a few bites of rice and side dishes.

She hadn’t thought much of it at first, not until she’d eaten every single lunch box in her Space Button.

To be on the safe side, she had prepared a whole month’s worth of food, based on three meals a day.

Moreover, knowing her appetite had increased recently, she had prepared three lunch boxes and two large steamed buns for every single meal.

After leaving the game, when Moira Lynch checked her Space Button, she found that she had eaten every last bit of the food she’d prepared.

In other words, she had eaten thirty days’ worth of food in seven days.

Realizing this, Moira Lynch quickly hopped on a scale. One hundred pounds. She hadn’t gained weight—in fact, she’d lost four pounds. What was going on?

Moira Lynch weighed herself several more times, even trying a few different scales. Her weight remained stable at around one hundred pounds. The scales definitely weren’t broken.

It seemed that frequent use of her abilities unconsciously increased her appetite.

Having figured out the key, Moira Lynch decided to use this time to cook more food and store it in her space.

No sooner said than done. Moira Lynch pulled a huge pile of ingredients out of her space.

She turned off all the air conditioners, otherwise using too many rice cookers at once might trip the circuit breaker. The lights in her house had been flickering a lot lately.

Then, she set out the Water-cooling Stones.

She cooked rice, steamed buns, steamed filled buns, and washed vegetables.

The dough was left to rise inside her space, since the temperature outside was a bit too low and would affect the yeast’s fermentation.

While she waited, Moira Lynch washed all the lunch containers she had saved up and set them aside.

With Patience there to help, Moira Lynch directly uploaded everything she had downloaded to the Intelligent Brain. It was both convenient and hassle-free.

Moreover, the Intelligent Brain could help her monitor the cooking temperature for her stir-fries and the progress of the rising dough.

With Patience’s help, Moira Lynch went from a kitchen novice to being able to cook several dishes at once.

She was busy until after ten in the morning. She didn’t just fill up all the empty lunch containers, she made so much extra that she had to use large stainless steel basins to hold it all.

As for staples like steamed buns, filled buns, and flower rolls, she made a countless number of them. Since it was all for her, she didn’t care about how they looked. As a result, the shapes of her steamed buns and flower rolls were, to put it mildly, whatever she felt like.

The steamed buns were just roughly rolled into balls, the flower rolls were given a casual twist, and as for the filled buns, Moira Lynch had only one requirement: they just had to not leak.

By the time Moira Lynch finished her work and walked out of the kitchen, the outer room was already shrouded in a thick layer of steam.

Even before the extreme heat, a room in this state would have been unbearably hot. But now, Moira Lynch didn’t feel a thing. In fact, she found the temperature to be just right.
