The spiral staircase of the Silver Spire did not creak beneath Leon Graves’ boots. The living silverwood simply accepted his weight and remained silent, as though the structure itself understood that resistance would only accelerate its own decay.

He ascended at a measured pace. The Aura of the End-Game remained tightly compressed around his frame, a fifty-foot sphere of absolute darkness that erased every ambient mana current the moment it entered the circle. Floating crystal lanterns lining the walls dimmed as he passed, their stored starlight turning to gray powder that drifted down the central shaft like soft snow.

Through the Ashen Fog he mapped the next three platforms. The second level held a barracks of twelve Level 63 Arcane Sentinels already forming into defensive ranks. The third level contained a ritual chamber where three Level 65 Arcane Magisters were attempting to open a long-range communication channel to the upper Concord. The fourth level, still beyond immediate reach, radiated the denser signature of a regional commander.

Leon did not rush. He allowed the tower’s own alarm protocols to work against it. Every second the Concord spent coordinating was another second their mana reserves were diverted into defensive barriers that his domain would simply unmake.

He reached the second-level landing and stepped into the open barracks without slowing.

Twelve pairs of crystalline lenses snapped toward him. Twelve longstaves rose in unison. The lead Sentinel projected a sharp mental command.

"Contain the anomaly. Seal the stairwell. Do not allow—"

The sentence died as the Aura of the End-Game expanded.

BOOM.

Absolute darkness flooded the circular chamber. The layered mana shields of the twelve Sentinels collapsed into curling ash. Their attributes dropped by forty percent under the passive weight of Finality. Gravity inside the circle multiplied, forcing several of the lighter-framed elves to one knee.

Leon activated Abyssal Step.

Six seconds of complete erasure. He moved through the formation like a shadow given purpose, the Abyssal Stinger leaving and returning to its sheath in a series of silent, precise motions. Necrotic Injection discharged with every thrust, severing cores before distress signals could form.

When the stealth timer expired he was already standing in the center of twelve neat mounds of gray sand.

Cool streams of extracted power settled into his framework. His status matrix updated without fanfare.

He continued upward.

The third-level ritual chamber was a wide circular platform open to the sapphire night. Three Level 65 Arcane Magisters stood around a floating crystal array, their hands weaving complex sigils of long-range communication. The moment Leon stepped onto the platform the array flared in alarm.

The lead Magister turned, silver hair whipping in the sudden wind of his domain.

"You will not silence the Concord, paradox. The High Sages already know of your presence."

Leon did not answer with words.

He raised one hand.

"[Activating Skill: Calamity Tide]"

A forty-foot wave of dark violet fire erupted from his palm, the scale enhanced by previous upgrades and the mana-cost reduction of the Signet of Finality. The necrotic tide did not simply burn the Magisters; it consumed the very structure of their ritual array. The three high-tier casters and the floating crystal platform dissolved into fine gray sand within a single heartbeat.

Leon stood alone on the empty platform, residual violet smoke curling from his knuckles. The night air of Floor 7 was cold and clean. Far above, the upper chambers of the Silver Spire continued to radiate denser signatures—the regional commander and whatever high-concept vault the Concord had hidden at the summit.

He adjusted the collar of his duster coat, the Void Monarch Set drinking the starlight, and continued the ascent.

The tower’s remaining defenses were already folding under the pressure of his presence. The Architects had placed their first advanced magical faction on Floor 7 believing the arcane density would slow any terrestrial anomaly. They had not accounted for a class that treated mana itself as just another form of matter to be reduced to ash.

Leon Graves climbed higher, the Aura of the End-Game trailing behind him like a living mantle of absolute finality.
