Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Episode One Hundred Four: Like Dancing with Shadows

The Great Hall of the Royal Palace was in a commotion.

The non-drunk of the military moved simultaneously for the protection of dignitaries. The nobles are evacuated to a safe place, without even knowing it. Still not perfect, but it would be far better than nothing.

I don't know what happened, but no one could ask Setuna because he was summoning a black spear. Everyone was breathtaking when they saw a subpoena weapon that killed numerous enemies.

Setsuna stares at the terrace without worrying about the situation in the Great Hall. A disastrous black spear cut in his hand also tells Lux the hunch of the struggle.

"What? What the hell."

"Come on?"

The head and deputy head of the mercenary regiment seemed obsessed with the prey in front of them and showed no particular interest. Lux thought foolishly that he would be like those two in the future.

Setuna moves while she does. I swirled the spear and slapped down on what. A piece of glass pierced the meat at his feet and a man who was near the table slipped out his hips. Did a piece of glass come from the terrace? If so, someone must have thrown it and dropped it over. There's been a time difference since Setuna broke the window and jumped in.

"Enemy."

"Do you fight with something like that"

"Uh..."

Sigurd, who was glancing at him with a duplicity of knives and forks, quickly turned out to be one evil looking face with a word of gin. Dinner party. Naturally, I haven't brought in weapons or anything. Because with a knife for meals, you can't fight as much as you want. Depending on how you fight, it is possible to repel or kill your enemies.

In the first place, it is the hub of a heavily guarded Wangdu defensive network. The solidity of not letting one rat through should have shown true value only at times like this.

Is that what was broken?

"Setuna, what...!

Apparently Faria tried to scream like she blamed it, but it ends in an attempt. The enemy moved. From the terrace, something flies towards Setuna. Lux could recognize it as a human body because Setsuna took the opponent's flying kick with a spear. The skirt of the service clothes flips. When he twisted his body and kicked the pattern with his other leg, he made him jump even more with recoil. Landing without making any noise on the table, which was about five metres behind Setuna. There was a foot on the gap between the dishes and the dishes. I didn't make the dishes or the glass slight.

Sports like a light trader. It's not like I can imitate it overnight.

Setsuna turns back to the woman. The woman clasped her hands gently. And a dining knife that appeared out of nowhere flew away in the face of Setuna. Setuna knocks the knife off without being frightened. A fork headed towards Setuna without watermark. I slashed him with a blade to return, and let him crush all three plates that flew in like this. Fragments are scattered and dinner venues are messed up.

Many things seemed to have an open mouth unblocked by the sight as if they were also watching in magic. I can't even scream. And who, as one, can't stop the two of you from fighting.

"That woman, she's using steel wire."

Sigurd, who at some point let go of the dish, had his eyes narrowed. At that time, was it the eyes of Lux that seemed to have majesty in the wild appearance of the commander?

"Steel wire..."

Lux watched over the woman's fingertips as the dishes that arrived at Setuna were lightly destroyed and the high crushing noise rang. Though I do the trick of wiggling my arms from time to time, the only thing the woman was basically moving was her fingertips. At first glance, it doesn't look like you have anything. But as I gazed and looked, I could recognize the reflection of light. From the ten fingertips, you can see the filamentous one extending.

If you know that much, the rest is easy. The steel thread, manipulated by the movement of arms and fingers, runs endlessly through the void and catches knives, forks and empty plates from the table there, throwing them towards Setuna. Of course, such artistry, it's not easy. It is not a human endeavour, such as freely manipulating long long iron threads.

Even Lux remembers war. So many skilled people have never appeared on the table before? As far as unilateral offense is concerned enough to take a black spear setuna in your hand, if you were on the battlefield somewhere, you must have given it a brave name. Most likely, the woman Setsuna attacked alone doesn't seem like someone who would live on the battlefield. Is it the assassin or something standing close to it? Because it made too much noise.

Lux, while wanting to try to fit in once, also didn't want to be involved. Both felt honest. It's unlikely that people like that woman who fight in absurd ways will go around on the battlefield, and I'd like to try to fight in that sense. I didn't even want to fight in the sense that it might end pointlessly.

The sound of destruction stopped. A woman stopped the attack. But who knows that's not the end of it? The woman had her hands over her head. The behavior as if to show off even looked like a performance.

The next moment, a knife and fork descend like a waterfall from over Setuna's head. Setsuna flew without confrontation. Forward, heading for the woman. The knife and fork pierced the table or jumped the floor. Setsuna quickly reduced her distance from the woman. The woman seems to have laughed. Cross your arms in front of your chest. Setuna slaps a black spear, as if to ignore the opponent's behavior. Severe metal noises sting my ears. A wall of steel wire built in front of a woman caught a black spear.

Setuna, turning her eyes round to unexpected developments, was flying behind her hating to fight back. The woman didn't chase just by unraveling the steel wire barrier. I don't even throw dishes. I'm watching.

Setuna, who landed at another table, rebuilt the black spear. The woman doesn't have any particular plans. A woman who freely manipulates long range steel wires. I guess I don't need to set it up. No, maybe that natural-like posture is the woman's fighting attitude.

The sense of urgency filled the Great Hall of the Royal Palace. Who, as one, can't help but notice the confrontation between the two? Noblemen, soldiers and guests alike saw him and her in battle. It turns out you don't have to tremble in fear. I could understand that the woman's purpose was to be alone in Setuna. The common perception that black spears would not lose was creating relief.

Again, you two stagger. Whenever Setuna slams a spear, the woman builds a steel wire shield on the orbit of the spear and makes it take it. Every time a clash sounded, a spark bloomed. It's like you two are dancing. The dance of death risking each other's lives. Even something that doesn't know the battlefield is breathtaking and an awesome clash to fall in love with. Spears dance, steel wires dance. Gorgeously, harshly.

(Hmm...)

Lux regretted that the two of them had not been able to fight for real. The woman is only showing a bare gesture aimed at Setsuna's neck if there is a gap, but she is not trying to create a gap. Setsuna was also Setsuna and had not released the full force of the black spear. I also stepped on it that I could defeat it. But even to lure her outside, there's no woman on board. I have no choice but to keep dancing in circles.

When I wondered how long it would last, the applause echoed. Setsuna and the woman, the two react perfectly. The two immediately flew away and landed at separate tables. At Setuna's feet the dishes dance and no change occurs to the woman's table. The difference in skill was clear. If they were serious, Setsuna might be the one whose neck was flying.

Setuna pointed the tip of the black spear toward heaven. As it marks the end of the battle.

It was King Leongand who was applauding. The king, protected by his men, slowly opened his mouth as he pushed them away and stepped forward, waiting for the gaze of the people of the quiet venue to gather themselves.

"How was it, the performance of my black spear. I'm going to try to be hospitable so that you can see what he's capable of, but didn't you like it?"

The venue is wrapped up and turned into cheer. The applause comes from nobles who don't know the battlefield. Those of us in the military who had never seen Setuna fight would have wrapped our tongues around its awesomeness. It must have been an uninteresting offering if you tried it on the old Logner people, and some of them might have made your mind feel bad about Gandhia not least. This would have been the only way to put the place away.

Jumping off the table as Setsuna looks like a bunch of bad guys.

The other woman, she was gone at some point. The woman erased the signs when the crowd concentrated on the king. Lux noticed the disappearance of the signs, but when he returned his gaze to where the woman was, it was completely gone. Again, it's not just something.

I could see people moving away so that they could have a big circle around Setuna. With the black spear in his hand, he had something hard to get close to. That was an understandable emotion for Lux as well, and it's impossible to tell the audience to perceive Setuna's mood.

Setsuna didn't know what to do and looked like she was on her way.

"Totally no more..."

I don't even know that Faria holds her head.

"Setuna, thank you for your hard work. You can go back now."

I could see Setuna stroking her chest down relieved by Leongand's helpship. When he bowed his head deeply to the king, he sent back the black spear and returned to the table of the sleaze and the phalia.

"That's a good summary."

"Sort of."

Elsewhere to admire the two, Lux realized that the dishes were not missing from their table. Other tables are beginning to carry substitute dishes. Suppliers and servants are also busy moving to clean up pieces of dishes scattered throughout the premises. I don't have one injured person, whether I was lucky or not. Even if they weren't targeted by a woman, they could have been injured by scattered fragments.

"How did you see the battle?

Asked by Sigurd, Lux shifted his gaze to Setuna. He has a restful face like a load on his shoulder.

"I don't know what to say. All I can say is it's just crap. Setuna didn't mean it, and so did the other guy. I watched and I had nothing to gain"

If you're serious, you won't be fighting like that. It also seems like a big show. With that in mind, King Leongand's words may not be a lie, either. Performance to show off the strength of a black spear. It would be successful at that. The eyes of the people looking away at Setuna were as if they had been different from the beginning of the dinner party.

Nevertheless, it did not seem to me that Setuna had been informed. He is now listening to Faria's sermon with a relieved face. Not the face of someone who knew everything from the beginning.

"Sure. But don't you have a choice? You know what happens if he takes it seriously."

"Yes."

The place is the place. A large hall where large numbers of dignitaries met together. If the black spear takes it seriously, it's not something I've figured out how many people will die in the convolutions. The way the black spear fights is just harsh. Even if it wasn't a way to fight like killing allies, there was a great chance of winding up in a place like this. He was restraining himself. but the way it was suppressed was too awkward.

I was being pushed by someone I was just playing with. Though I wasn't overwhelmed, I would have just followed the path to twitching and defeat more than I could make a decision.

He has no control over his powers. If he had ruled the subpoena armed and understood how to draw its power and use it, he would not have been pushed in the current battle either.

If it's a battlefield where you just have to kill it, that's fine. But that's not all there is to it. Sometimes it should be necessary to contain the power.

"I know. He says he can only be seen on the battlefield."

So, this story was supposed to end.
