"Has Keith... passed away"

Leongand snapped pompously as he read with his eyes the fastest letter ever delivered from Gandion. A slight twitch occurs.

Not only were the usual faces aligned indoors, but there were three right-eyed generals, Astar-Lanadies, the Royal SS Lion's Tail, and Princess Lemanifla, Naj Zier-Lemanifla.

"Is Keith-Relga..."

"Oh."

The letter noted that Keith-Relga was found dead tomorrow morning, Sept. 2, that the body had no trauma whatsoever, that it was not another killing, and that it did not appear to be a death due to illness. Other than that, it also says that although there are signs that something was burned in his room, there was nothing discernible from the burning. And on the piece of paper he was holding was that it was only marked "the dragon breathed back".

A dragon is Zalwarn. Dragon House to the Pendragon clan. It was a fitting word to indicate that country on the edge of a dragon. Breathe back - which must mean that the poison of the ambush was exposed. Zalwarn should now be seen to have become a blood eye or have already been removed to remove the poison that spread into his body. Nares-Ragnahorn should be seen as either captured or killed. On top of that, Keith committed suicide for fear of leaking information from Heath. The Lerga brothers shared not only words, but also life.

I did not expect the last measure of the Predecessor to be broken at this time when the invasion operation against Zalwarn was set in motion. At the very least, I wanted you to continue your undercover work for another month, but I can't help what's broken. There was an urgent need to review the strategy premised on the Nares' leap. Significant operational changes will be required.

The shock is huge. but I have too much more to do than that to even react that I was shocked. The proximity would have understood instantly, but they also had a solemn look on their face.

"Keith-Relga? Heath-Lerga would know..."

"Heath and Keith are twins. You look just like me, but I'm not gonna tell you which one's my brother or my brother, he was a good brother."

Zephyr was the one who answered Setuna's twinkle. The dark look on Zephyr's face would be due to his personal feelings. Apparently, he and Keith had a horse fit in and talked a lot outside of the conference room.

"Were you..."

Setuna must have lurked her voice because the crush just sounded more than she thought. It was a big room, but if it was quiet, the little noise sounded loud too. Faria smiled like she was going to poke Setuna, but it wasn't a soothing situation.

Leongand glanced at Barrett and Zephyr, then saw Astal. She won't even understand what Keith's death means. No, she's not the only one. Both Setsuna and Nage were decent enough to swallow up the situation. However, I guess Leongands figured out that it was an emergency. The tension was filling the place.

Countless thoughts pass through Leongand's head. Different possibilities disappear when they come to the web of thought. What you're looking for, it's not complicated. The simplest and most understandable picture is the answer.

He ordered the neighbors.

"Gather all armies in Myram. Call the General. And General Left Eye."

"Ha."

Barrett takes his seat and disappears outdoors at a tremendous rate.

"Request reinforcements from Lucion and Mion. Put your use out on Berel, too. At least don't get your hands on it."

"Ha"

Now Zephyr headed outside the room at a windy rate.

"General Left Eye, put the Logner army together in Recondar and Myram. Defensive combat is fine at the very least. I want you to gather as many troops as you can."

"... immediately"

I guess I just guessed Leongand's explanation. The general will also refresh the room.

All that remained were the Royal SS and the princesses of other countries.

"And then, Master Nage"

When Leongand looked at Nage, the brown princess, just stunned. I guess I can't keep up with my accomplishments, but my usual spare look was broken, and that felt adorable.

"Yes?"

"We will form an alliance. Do you mind if I take your name?

"That's troublesome. We need to get Menish out of Gandion."

That's just a solid princess, Leongand thought. Even if things can't be swallowed up, thoughts change when they become a relevant topic of their own. Her expression turns into a glossy smile.

"Besides, Your Majesty's aim remains with the King's capital."

Nage seems to be out of his mind. I see Leongand's purpose in an instant. No, it may well be so perceptible. Under this circumstance, I can only count enough reasons to decide on an alliance I've been reluctant to make. It's an increase in strength. Nage, along with an elite force of five hundred, had come a long way to Gandia. That, for Gandia, the force she will want so much that she can get her hands out of her throat is a souvenir at the time of the alliance and must be the measure of King Ishgel of Lemanifla to facilitate the alliance negotiations. And it was Leongando's conclusion that we should get on with the measure.

"Hmmm...... ok. Fly pigeons to Gandion. And."

"Now what?

"Let's get married"

"Yes!?

When Leongand told her, she turned her eyes round. I didn't even hear the voice Hicha, but in my heart it didn't seem strange to scream like that.

In short, it is a political marriage. If a country becomes related to each other, its ties will be stronger. That's how Gandia deepens her bond with Lucion now. It's abrupt, though. Even the offer from Lemanifla meant that the alliance would be fruitful about marriage and that it would be fine at dawn on the track.

"It's not too late to know each other after we're married. So if you don't mind, you can go back to your country."

"Ko, Ko, what kind of blow is this!?

I'm guessing Nage shouted in confusion because Leongando has been a lazy escape so far.

She searched for a samurai to patronize her gaze, but Nage's samurai was supposed to be waiting outside the room. The fact that there is a nage, in itself, can be called special. It was only with the assumption that we would form an alliance that we would have called it such a place.

"The situation has moved. We must attack Zalwarn immediately."

Keep the battlefield out of your territory.

It is the teachings of the Sius Cloud and the idea of the Nares.

And the fact that Nahless has been lurking in Zalwarn as a poison for years is no alternative to making that country a battlefield.

But there are a little more soldiers for that. The soldier, she has. But I wanted to use it not as an ally soldier, but as a soldier in my own country. How do I do that? I like being tied to her. If you become a family, her soldiers will be able to use it at will.

Besides, I didn't just make this decision with my intentions and calculations. Leongand was beginning to like a rampant woman named Nage.

It is the king's duty to wield the lives of others. but it is neither swinging by others nor feeling out of the blue.

"Your Majesty, may I?

Nage's eyes were shining as if she were a maiden in love, like the wind blowing where the Setsunas were flashing.

"Of course. Princess, am I offended?

Inquiring, she turned bright red in her face and popped out of the room. After a while, I heard Nage's maids cheering from outside the room. Seeing where everyone is blessed, I guess she is admired and loved. That's one of the reasons I decided to welcome her later, Nage, and I have the expectation that I can do well with my mother, Gracia.

"I still can't."

"What is it?

Leongand smiled back as Setuna had heard it with a pure face.

"In the end, all I think about is the country"
