"It's Halberg. What do you think of that man?"

The only time Halwar Ray-Lucion used the word "man" to talk about Leongando Ray-Gandhia was when both parents and children were alone. If anyone else, I pointed him in the words King Leongand or His Majesty Leongand, or King Gandhia, the Allies, etc.

It was obvious from Halberg's perspective that Halwar had an unrivalled aversion to Leongand. Since Leongand's childhood. Apparently, I don't think it's pulling the blood of the Sius Cloud, I don't want to, which is why I hate it furiously.

Sius Cloud, Gandia's predecessor, seems to have been a good friend and a comrade to Halwar. He was one of those who lined up and shared his dreams with each other. That's why he said he made an alliance with Gandia. And I saw a hero in the Sius Cloud. He was convinced that he would cut countries and turn a small country called Gandhia into a mighty country. But Sius Cloud fell into an unexplained disease and the hero's dream was over.

Leongando, who should inherit the trail, was considered a fool. Some were slandered as “lying" and Gandhia's future closed to darkness.

Halwar is also one of those people who believed in such myths. However, in the case of Halwar, he was not danced to slander. Halwar knew Leongando since he was a kid, and he knew he was an expert. Still, I guess I couldn't accept it. My best friend fell and the vessel was too different to carry on the trail. Nevertheless, the vessel is also only imaginary of Halwar. For Hulberg, who only knows the sius cloud of the hospital bed, Leongand's English appearance was more impressive.

"My brother-in-law deserves to dream."

Hulberg answered looking into his father's cloudy eyes. It is hard to tell if he is aware of himself, although his nearly losing his vibrancy eyes look firmly at Hulberg.

(My father is old too...)

Whenever he hears words full of malice towards Leongand that are repeated like paranoia, Hulberg realizes it. Halwar has become an old man and unimaginable figure from his seemingly rugged appearance at a young age. But that's not enough to disappoint me. Halwar hadn't lost sight of himself yet, and he understood his position. I was aware of myself, King Lucion.

If that is lost and if we start to speak ill of Leongando even in front of people, there could be a crack in the alliance. Though there is Linonclair, how far does that bond hold as well?

One of the king's will to be trampled upon is the promise.

Halwar glanced at the back of his orbit.

"Your dreams."

"Yes."

"I was born in these times. One of my ambitions, one of my dreams, is not a bad idea to go after. but don't forget. A royal duty is to protect the country and to appease the people. Don't just go after your dreams at the expense of your country or your people."

Halwar is the man who gave up his dreams. He has poured out his whole body and devoted his life to defending a small country called Lucion. I guess that will remain the same. Until he dies, my father will defend his country as king, and will try to reassure his people. That's the Halwar Ray-Lucion way of life.

"Yes, I'll keep an eye on it"

When Hulberg took the lead, Hulwar gave him a slightly lonely look. The reason for this was not known to Halberg.

I think I hear a long thunder.

A thunderous noise ringing far away also seems to announce the coming of the end.

(No, it's the beginning)

By the thunderbolt that slapped his ear, Halberg woke up from his dream. Dialogue with my father in my dreams always left something with a bad aftertaste. That is because Hulberg's venerable Leongand is denied and rejected by his father. Halwar's hatred of leongands is muscular and has been heard a lot since he was a kid.

Even such a father cannot abandon his alliance with Gandia. Naturally because it gives priority to the national interest over emotion, but it was strange to Hulberg that he was doing well with Linonclair, Leongand's sister. Linonclair was a leongand-loving person who admitted herself, and with her, there should never have been a leongand-looking topic. Yet Halwar kept smiling when he was with Linonclair. Seemed like someone else from when defaming Leongand, so much so that I wondered if the other Halwar was out there somewhere and was taking turns depending on the situation.

"I've been dreaming for a long time."

Linonclair, sitting face-to-face, looks at Hulberg with a slight grin. In a military carriage. The view that flows out the window is no longer the wilderness of Lucion. The sky closed dark and was about to come down now. The thunder is far away. but it could eventually lead to the land.

I can see that the shaking is intense and running at considerable speeds. I guess I was getting too tired because I could sleep in that.

It's a nightmare.

Hulberg replied, lowering his eyelids again.

The carriage is headed all the way to Myram. The shortest route from Ceylaan, Lucion's capital, to Myram, Gandhian territory, was through Azak territory, but, of course, it was safer and more certain to pass within Gandhian, an ally. It seems that Azark has a fierce rivalry between a party hostile to Gandhia and a party hoping for peace, and that the military action caused by the anti-Gandhian outbursts not long ago made Azark's country noisy.

Whether that's the case or not, it's normal for Lucion humans to follow the Gandhi route. Gandhia is an ally, and security is good. I hear the bandit noise near the border has subsided, and traffic is getting better every day. And Linonclair came in from the Gandhian royal family. Going through her hometown was a natural choice as Hulberg.

"Fatigue builds up. Come on. Rest for as long as you travel."

"Oh, let me do that."

Linonclair, though good, is not worried about Halberg's body. Good woman, I think. Anxiety and worry are getting in the back of my chest. I'm trying to be very normal, not just behave like a temperament. So Halberg loved her and welcomed her to his wife. It was also foreseen that Kuruku would be the queen of Lucion and would be the Mother of the Nation to support him.

Thinking with meditation is about Leongando, who would be in Myram. He is the king of Gandia, yet not long enough to remain in the king's capital. From Hulberg, I have the impression that it is constantly moving around. Otherwise, I guess we won't be able to make the country bigger or anything.

It's headed for Leongando.

"I want reinforcements sent over for a showdown with Zalwarn."

The request was sudden, but Lucion's side was so ready. He arranged for us to be able to deploy immediately whenever a request came in. There is also Linonclair in front of him, and the fact that he doesn't know when or what will happen was something that was said by Leongand. I didn't want to take the delay.

It was on September 7th that an army of 500 elite, combined with a thousand, to the 500 horsemen of the White Saints left Sailor, led by Hulberg. You will reach Myram as early as the twelfth. Until then, I can stay slow. I don't have to worry about being chased by the government. This is one of my official duties.
