Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Episode One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty One: Seal Wale (II)

Separate teams aiming for Seal Wale have Commander Grad-Clyde, the head of the army grand regiment on the Gandhian army logner side, with Ayn-Rajar as their staff officer. Below it was Dorka-Form, the head of the Fourth Regiment of the Logner side, Malik-Zemul, the head of the Berel Haughty Spear Knights, Sigurd-Foliar, and Benedict-Fitline, the head of the "Red Wings" Regiment, which meant they were the heads of separate teams.

The number of troops is about five thousand.

The first legion of the army on the Logner side is one thousand five hundred, the fourth legion is one thousand two hundred and fifty, the Horsemen of the Spear are two thousand great places, the "Pale Wind" is two hundred, and the "Red Wings" are three hundred members. Considering only the strength of the rebel forces that controlled Seal Wale, it could be considered too much force.

Separate teams, formed instantly by the Rescue Army, who heard reports of the fall of Sylwale in the southeastern Maldia city of Masak, are leaving for Seal Wale immediately after their formation. Seal Wale was located west of Maldion, slightly northwest of Masak, and had to cross the Great River, the Seal River, which flows from the northeast. We didn't have time to think it was a good idea if we were to think about a speedy recapture of Seal Wale.

Separate teams took a completely different path from the main unit aiming for Mardion. The main unit entered Mardion and, while consolidating the King's Capital's defense, it was decided that it would be better to work out a strategy for the future, but that the separate unit would go straight to Seal Wale. It is obvious that it is faster to go straight to Seal Wale than to stop at Mardion and then head to Seal Wale.

We are marching down the west street from Masak, and two days later, on the twelfth day, we are reaching a place overlooking the River Seal. The fortified city of Seal Wale was just over the Seal River, and the rugged and extreme walls stood in the way of the Separate Task Force.

"Is that the rebel flag?"

Grad-Clyde roared, probably because he saw a giant flag hoisted on the walls of Seal Wale and swayed by the wind. By the binoculars, I knew exactly what the situation was in Seal Wale without crossing the Seal River. Looking at the thorough and solidified defenses, Ayne and the others seemed to have sensed the approaching of a separate task force.

"They say it's a Saint Stone Brigade regiment flag. The rebels focus on the Holy Stone Brigade. It looks like they're using the Stone Brigade's flags too."

Ein conveyed information on the receipt and sale from the Maldia Mission, peeking into the binoculars he had received from Grad. The Saint Stone Brigade is said to be the highest and most belligerent combat force in the Maldia army, and it is due in large part to the work of the Saint Stone Brigade that Maldia has ever been able to enjoy peace. The banner of such a Holy Stone Brigade was a brightly colored painting of the Holy Stone-like Gem, the name of the Brigade, and was well visible in the distance.

"Holy Stone Brigade."

"Commander Gail-Safor said that both Heavenly Knight Snow Emeralia were such masterpieces of Maldia's bi-perfection that they were sometimes called Maldia's heroes. His loyalty to the royal family was thick, and the royal family didn't trust him."

"I wonder why such a person had a revolt"

"You don't know all that. It seemed like one of Maldia's very sleeping ears was talking about water."

Besides, it doesn't matter what happened to Gail-Safor. Whoever started the revolt for whatever reason has nothing to do with Ayn, a Gandhian person. As a result, Maldia crumbled, and the royal family perished, that was not what I found out. I don't care about the justice of the rebels, or the justice of the government forces. The problem is that Gandhia had to stick her neck in that Maldia situation.

More than Gandhia's decision to rescue Maldia, he did everything in his power to eliminate the rebels, and the Knights also had to repel from this Maldia.

It's troublesome and cumbersome.

Rebels, okay. No matter how strong you are, there is no way you can fight the Gandian army. The power difference is overwhelming. It would be possible to crush it with quantity.

But the Knights, that's not how it works.

It is the Knights of Benoagard who have shown their overwhelming strength in the land of Abad. The Knights' soldiers, they can still handle it. I was being pushed, but I can't fight. If you excel in numbers, you'll manage to beat the force push. But when the Knights executive - the thirteenth knight - comes out, there's no way that's going to happen.

The Thirteenth Knight uses an incredible force similar to the Summoning Army. Sid Zan-Rufaus moves like a thunderbolt and hopefully unleashes an intense slaughter, Bain Belbail Zan-Lanacourt showed off his rigidity to the point of awesomeness. When I wondered if I had shown superhuman leapfrogging power leading up to Rowfa Zan-Seyvas, I unleashed an arrow of light and rained a rain of light.

It is the thirteen knights who have such paranormal powers, and depending on how many of them are put into this battlefield, they will undoubtedly force a struggle.

(This one has Master Setuna)

And that setuna, he said, became even stronger.

The black spear is complete. Ein, who must be an armed summoner, has no idea of reason, nor is it an understandable story. But I'm pretty sure Setuna and the Black Spear have become even more reliable than Setuna could possibly report a lie. It was stronger than it was before. If you're stronger than that, maybe you can leave the opponent of the thirteen knights to one Setuna.

"Regardless of the regiment flag, what are we going to do now? First chamber, sir."

"Whatever you do, cross the Seal River and get Seal Wale back."

"So, hey, I'm listening to that specific tactic."

"Right......"

Ein looked at Sigurd's face and then looked around at the same face as the head of the separate squad. In a temporary position on a wide flat, southeast of Seal Wale, which separated the Seal River, the summit gathered in the tent to hold a military conference for the Seal Wale offensive. The entrance to and exit from the tent was just northwest, and even from within the tent we could hear what the seal wale looked like.

"We'll have to cross the river first, but that won't be a problem. My men are finding the shallow water."

"Forced through the shallow water."

Dorca looked down at the map on his desk. The map around Seal Wale contains information on the Seal River that Ein's men, the staff officers, have searched for at their own risk. It was written as far as I could tell where it was shallow, where it was deep, and the range of enemies. After all, the General Staff has all the best people available.

"The rebels are caged in Seal Wale and don't look like they're coming out, but they could be shot with arrows while crossing the river"

"Will it arrive?

"Yes. They say my men were shot with arrows from the seal wale side while investigating the presence or absence of shallow water. Luckily, it didn't seem to hit anyone, but I guess it was because of the low number of investigative units."

"When the whole army crosses the river, the target increases..."

Malik-Zemul made that cornered face all the more harsh.

"So I was wondering if I could cross the river before dawn."

"Before dawn..."

"We will rest tonight as we prepare for the night raid, cross the river simultaneously before dawn, and strike Seal Wale with the momentum we have left"

"I don't know if that's gonna work."

And it was Sigurd who didn't seem to be riding.

"The Seal River is foggy in the spring."

"Heh. You checked that far"

"If you don't look into that, you won't be able to set up tactics."

Most importantly, Ain added.

"To this extent, it's not a tactic or anything."

With a smile on his face, Ain began to portray the troop formation of the Seal Wale offense in his brain. In fact, this degree is not even what we can call tactics. However, there was nothing to do with crossing the river in the thick fog and raiding Seal Wale with its momentum.

However, it was true that no measures could be used to attack Seal Wale. Seal Wale is a city built on flatlands. As illustrated by the example, there is no gap in entering the city surrounded by the walls of the Imperial Demonic Measures. The Seal River, which flows southeast to southwest of the city, was nearly impossible to help in the offense, even if it could help in defense. Moreover, the bridge that was supposed to be crossed south and southeast of Sealwell had been dropped, and the only way to cross the river was to break through the shallow waters. Perhaps the rebels who sensed the proximity of the rescue troops hurriedly dropped it. That way, you must have stepped on it to buy time until the rescue troops reached Seal Wale.

Thinking of it that way, you don't know what the rebels are up to, but if you think the rebels are only thinking about what's going on, it might be convincing.

(The revolt, the request for rescue to the Knights, the drop of Seal Wale, the drop of the bridge, all as a result of all I could think about was the immediate...?

Is it also convincing that the rebellion has exacerbated the situation in the country and that the request for rescue to the Knights has moved the Maldivian government to become a call for Gandhian troops, that the suppression of Seal Wales has called for separate task forces, and that the drop of bridges has consequently rendered the rebels incapable of moving?

Regardless, there may have been some profound reason for the rebellion waged by a man who pledged absolute loyalty to the royal family, and it may have been an action after finding out that this would happen, but even so, the attack on Sealwell could not be solved. I may have dropped Seal Wale and tried to build a bridgehead to Mardion, but then at the same time I should have dropped the Sealder northeast of Mardion. Had the rescue troops been able to make Maldia whole naked before reaching Maldia, there would still have been a chance that the rebels could have won.

But it's nearly impossible to think realistically.

He said it was the rebel forces that dropped Seal Wale. The lack of help from the Knights there can be seen by the flag flickering into Seal Wale. The Knights' banner is not flying. Maybe the Knights just aren't flying the regiment flag, but even so, you can't possibly be as clueless as information on whether the Knights were in the fight over Seal Wale. Unless you have information that the Knights were involved, you can see no help from the Knights.

In other words, Seal Wale was subdued by the rebels' independence. It may be due in large part to the strength of “Kensei” Tran-Cargilius, but in any case, it means that one of the cities could have been dropped by the rebels alone.

But that's all.

Perhaps we can consider the insurgency's warfare and see that it does not have enough power to attack two places at the same time.

The rebels have so far dominated one fort in three northern Maldia cities: Santorea, Fort Hale, Recondor and Cyclahim. Whether it was the first thing that could have been accomplished with the help of the Knights, rather than the independence of the rebels, it was only for that matter that we had to leave our strength behind to maintain the domination of one fort in those three cities. What happens if we empty the city because we control it? It falls to be regained in the hands of government forces or subjugated by the forces of neighbouring countries.

The rebels said they had opposing forces with government forces, while they also said they had significantly increased their numbers in the past two months. The rebels bragged and recruited soldiers that it was the defeat of the government that would lead to true peace in Maldia. As a result, although the insurgency's personnel have increased, it is unclear on the part of the government forces how many of them will become troops. Probably not so much. Even if a number of young people participated, something untrained could not be a force for war. Not to mention we can't possibly mobilize for an urban offensive. It would be the mountain of Sekiyama to use as a force to maintain the state.

In other words, the rebel forces themselves have not increased that much.

There is nothing we can do to the extent that we have changed from opposing forces with government forces to somewhat overriding forces.

It would be obvious to see that we attacked and suppressed only Seal Wale. You are full of power to maintain your state of domination and you have no excess power.

The insurgency itself isn't that big of a force.

That's what I knew from the beginning.

If it's only the rebels, then the story of Princess Yuno and the others that even the Maldia government forces have managed to do so is no lie. The Knights have joined the war there, so it's just a story of government troops continuing to lose, and the rebels themselves are probably not enough.

Seal Wale, too, if there is a difficulty, is only “Kensei” Tran-Cargilius, and if only “Kensei” can manage, the rest can be pushed in numbers.

“Kensei” is supposed to hit “Kensei” and “Kensei”.

The strength of the two is origami.

“Kensei" Hit one of the two swordsmen. There is no element to lose.

(There shouldn't be... right?

To a strange heartbreak, he repeatedly asked himself:
