Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Episode One Thousand Four Hundred and Two: Creatures of Emotion (I)

"Fortress Balsar has fallen..."

Gisele Court rebuked the report from her subordination without surprise.

April 28th AM.

The Royal Lion's Palace, which ended its morning meeting under the auspices of Gisele Court, which has become routine since the conspiracy, was engulfed, as usual, in cool-cut silence. The whole royal palace compartment is silenced in awe of something, not only during the sight of the throne, which no longer allows anyone to enter by the thought of Gisele Court.

Whatever rebelled against Gisellcourt's conspiracy, even the Gisellcourt's connoisseurs, were more silent. Maybe it's because Gisele Court is often silent. As a Gisele Court, I had the feeling that I had to accomplish all things with my own hands since the conspiracy, not even if I was in the mood to ask the politicians in tune. In the first place, they're just a few matches. As a politician, we have incompetence that is only second-class, and it doesn't help things. I don't even have a reason to ask how I'm feeling.

"You can't count on the Lucion army."

For years, I threw up to cut it off, although it was resistant to rot a country that I relied on as an ally. Gisellcourt himself never expected anything from the Lucion army. They, too, are only a few matches. But turning to the enemy can be a threat as soon as possible, and it was a delightful miscalculation that we were able to draw into our allies. I didn't expect Halberg to be in tune with Giselcoat's conspiracy.

Most importantly, if Hulberg does not grant Giselcoat, it was until he took the way he had to, and in any case, the Lucion army never became an obstacle to Giselcoat. Gisellcourt knew through the knights of the White Saints that Hulberg had betrayed Leongand and brought Isius-Mion to life. Using it, he was also able to create a situation that he had to contend with Leongand. There were also ways to use the insiders of the White Saint Knights to hold Linonclair's life.

To treat Hulberg as a pawn means he was too ready.

Gisele Court therefore slapped him when he showed empathy in his rebellion, rather wondering if there was a back. I was wondering if it was Leongand's money. However, after a thorough examination, Giselcoat decided to use him because he was convinced that Hulberg was not moving at Leongand's behest and that it was Hulberg's own intention.

The result is this.

The Balsar Fortress is an intransigent fortress that can meet the boundaries between mainland Gandhia and Logner, a presence that once continued to protect Gandhia from the invasion of the Logner army. That's where the mighty Lucion army came in. It was thought that a cage in the fortress would hold it for a while, but that the battle was over in less than a day. It wasn't a cage fight in the first place.

Lucion's army held a showdown in the open. Challenging an outdoor showdown against an enemy that is overwhelmingly outnumbered by a difference in force is nothing more than a foolishness, but it may have been a decision because he didn't see a win where he caged. Since the rise of the armed summoner, the Battle of Cage Castle has ceased to exert such great power. Because no matter how strong or robust the walls and gates were, they would not exchange them before the destructive power of the Summoning Army.

"The army led by His Majesty Leongand was too strong - but it seems that the biggest cause of defeat lies with His Majesty Halberg"

"Hmm?"

Gisellcourt looked surprised at the rapporteur's remarks. The rapporteur is the person who has seen with his eyes the whole of Halberg's death, and he has also seen the moment when the fortress of Balsar falls.

Chartier-Fouse.

The armed summoner who belonged to Lucion was under the control of Giselle Court and served in Lucion by the life of Giselle Court. He arrived earlier in Gandion, the capital of this Gandia king, but how he got here is a brief story. With his ability to subpoena armed open world, he can afford to transfer himself. Sometimes the transfer point can be designated at more than one location, and he made a transfer point at the Royal Palace when he visited the Royal Palace with Halberg.

And he also served as a liaison between Giselcoat and Hulberg. Most importantly, it was well understood that Hulberg was not in agreement with Giselcoat's conspiracy itself, with little or no mention of Hulberg bringing some sort of story to Giselcoat. We must be careful with Halberg. Gisele Court didn't trust Halberg completely. I just used what was available.

"His Majesty rushed the win too fast. I was too preoccupied with direct confrontation with His Majesty Leongand. As a result, the Lucion army had to challenge the showdown. I couldn't do anything about it, I couldn't use tactics, I could only hit the force purely."

As far as listening to Chartier, the defeat of Lucion's army felt like it was due to Halberg's failure. We have to challenge a showdown in the open. If Hulberg hadn't been bound to a direct confrontation with Leongand, he could have seen the winners.

"Well, for once, you've fully used my summoning weapon, but there must have been a few more useful uses. And you don't realize that. Not the Barberide Corps Commander or His Majesty Halberg. Because I will notice."

"Did you want too much results"

"Probably."

Chartier nods quietly.

Gisele Court's office. There is no one else, nothing to listen to. I don't even have a reason to lurk my voice. The Royal Palace became, not least, the dominion of Gisele Court. As one, there is nothing to poke at Giselle Court. Nobody, nobody tries to get their teeth to Gisele Coat. Only those who, by following their promises, intend to survive even in Gandia after the conspiracy, now live in this royal palace. Politicians, nobles, who rebelled against Gisele Court's conspiracy, are either captured and imprisoned by those in Gisele Court's hands or by their connoisseurs, or confined to their homes.

At the time of the rebellion, blood did not flow.

As light as that, his conspiracy is a success.

Though the Wang capital had become a fuss, the military and city guards on the Kurserk side had quickly regained their silence by embarking on control. Teachers at the Royal Summoners School also control students by taking hostages. I thought about using it as a tactical force for the Affirmative Giselcoat Army, but sometimes it was too dangerous to incorporate anything that didn't even have a piece of loyalty into the force, and I kept it just to control my actions.

The silence is also because in that way the king capital itself is quiet.

"His Holiness, Halberg, was purely thinking only of fighting and exceeding His Majesty Leongand. I don't know why you were so presumptuous, but if only you could prove that you went beyond His Majesty Leongand, at that moment, you were going to take your side with His Majesty Leongand and argue with the rebel Gisele Court"

"Something that works."

"It works, it doesn't work, it doesn't work."

In a strong Chartier tone, Gisele Coat narrowed her eyes. Chartier is a strong man of his own. An armed summoner affiliated with the Association says the idea of independence and self-esteem is strong. Chartier didn't leak into that example either, and while under Giselle Court's control, there was something somewhere like recognizing Giselle Court as a reciprocal being to himself.

"Human beings are emotional creatures."

"Hmm..."

Gisele Court did not deny Chartier's opinion.

Emotional creatures.

You're absolutely right.

No matter how pitiful you think you are carrying things around, in the end, the root part has emotions and the mind is moving.

Even Gisele Court, it was.

It is no exaggeration to say that emotions have created this status quo. No, isn't it nothing but emotion? Without emotion, if only the interests of the country could be judged calmly, there should not have been any need to resort to conspiracy or anything else in the first place.

Gandhia was doing well. Everything was spinning well. No matter, there's also a problem. Management of the ever-expanding national territory. Organisation of a growing number of citizens. The end of the war. politics. Of what is pregnant with a variety of problems, it didn't mean that it couldn't be solved if it could even take time. I'll make as much time as I want, but as long as it takes. If we are to give priority to land expansion, we can sew up that gap. I'm not always strong enough to keep at war. Between war and war, there will always be time to focus on internal affairs. If we use that time, we'll figure it out. That's how we've managed it so far, so it'll continue to work.

I was optimistic.

And there was a chance that a better future awaited for Gandia.

But to Giselle Court, that was an impossible problem.

"An emotional creature."

Emotions.

It's always emotion to poke and move humans.

Interests and intentions alone do not move one.

No, beyond interests and intentions, should we call it emotion that will poke and move humans?

Either way, Gisele Court felt like she had been given the identity of what had driven her, and she was uncomfortable with Chartier but nothing more than just looking forward to it.
