Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Episode One Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty One: The Final Measures

It was only fitting when the sun leaned heavily to the west that the news reached the main formation that the Kruselk side army, led by Deion, had entered the Wang capital.

Ever since the beginning of the war, the PLA headquarters have marched towards the King's Capital. It turns out that the enemy forces are retreating toward the Wang capital, and, apparently, are trying to discuss Giselcoat and the others. I had no choice but to chase him away and head to Wang Du.

Eventually Leongand arrived in the King's Capital at a time when the sun and darkness were imminent.

As we proceeded through the new, old and crowded streets, we were greeted by military soldiers from the Kruselk side at various locations. They didn't even show how hostile they were to Leongand. I guess it means that Deion sided with the PLA, as reported by Ruufa. Still, until I heard from Deion himself, sometimes I wasn't sure, and Leongand tried not to think deeply about it. I have no choice but to have Deion explain to me why he betrayed Gisele Court and left Leongand.

If it came to Leongando because of the intense defeat of the Gisellcourt army, Leongando may not be honestly pleased either. Of course, it's a pleasure. We can get the Kruselk army back intact, and we won't have to bleed them out for no reason. Live without losing a talented man named Deion. I can't be happier.

Except for emotions, though.

I wanted a more convincing reason than the fact that I betrayed you once.

Deion is in the position of General Left Eye. There's no way we can take a lighter look at the betrayal and turnaround of a human being in such a heavy position.

While I was thinking about it, Leongand's sources were popping in with information.

Along with the reports that the Deions took control of the Royal Palace, we have also heard that most of what was in tune with Gisellcourt's conspiracy to rebel against Leongando was killed by Elius and others. The news also came in that Giselle Court had escaped, but what surprised me more was that Elius also betrayed Giselle Court.

"I wonder what that means"

"... if you see me, you'll see, I'm sure"

I didn't like the way Allegria-Scene included it, but I thought he was right and he didn't want anything.

When we reached the royal palace, the stars were beginning to blink in the sky.

Leongand entered the Lion Royal Palace so that he could be greeted by royal guards, military soldiers on the Kruselk side, and military soldiers on the Gandia side. I haven't really been home in about two and a half months. The emotion was also great, but there could be no time left behind by sentiment, and he hurried to the throne where Deion and the others waited.

Waiting for Leongando, who reached between the thrones, was a scene where the armed summoners of "The Lion's Tail" and Ayn-Rajar were facing three men: Deion-Hocrow, Elius-Logner and Isla Lewe-Berell. Meanwhile, Leongand is taking Cain-Vivre and Ur, plus two Royal SS squadrons.

"Your Majesty, apparently the recapture of the Royal Palace is complete."

When Ain discovered Leongand, he came running over.

"Hmm."

"that General Deion and Lady Ellius have been eliminated from the royal palace the Giselcoat army"

"... right"

"I think I've missed the Gisele Court."

"Okay."

Leongand, nodding with few words, turned his attention to Deion and Elius. Deion remains armed, but his helmet is undressed. Slightly bathed returning blood is dyeing the armor red. His thoughtful manners deserve the title of General Left Eye. Elius, though unarmed, was stained red and black all over his body. I guess I got a lot of returning blood. I didn't even get out on the battlefield. Why is he getting so much blood? If you think back to Ein's report, it's easy to imagine. He must have taken the sword from Mizu to control the royal palace.

"Nah, I can't clap it. He was wounded and sent out."

"Isn't that nice, sister? For that matter, you can rest your body."

"That's true, though."

"That's right. You should be glad you didn't have to fight the Kruselk side."

I said, "I know."

"Is it true?"

The armed summoners in "The Lion's Tail" looked like that, dissatisfied, relieved that there was no battle. All five, the subpoenas have been repatriated. It can be injured, worn out, and it will be difficult to keep it going.

Leongand, as he approached the throne, lowered his hips more or less. The sight looking down from the throne is no different than before.

Leongand turned his gaze to Deion and Elius and waited for them to kneel before opening their mouths.

"Deion, Ain't you gonna explain to me what the hell this is all about?

"Of course, Your Majesty."

"Your Majesty must know everything. That's the only way to reward his feelings."

"Hmm...?

Leongand narrowed his eyes to the two unexpected reactions.

"... well. Is that what happened?"

At the end of the explanation by Deion and Elius, between the thrones, he was engulfed in heavy silence. Everyone was surprised by the content of the story spinning from their mouths and gave an incredible look.

"Nahless."

Leongand had to admire the name he had put into words.

It was all about Nares-Ragnahorn.

According to Deion, Nares had been moving before he had any doubts about Gisele Court. Gandia, although Leongand reigns as king, has a far cry from dictatorship in its political form. Often we focus on outings, and when it comes to home affairs, we often throw round to the politicians. Naturally, politicians are highly vocal, and few of those politicians are not necessarily submissive to Leongand. This is the case with a nobleman who used to belong to a faction called the anti-Leongans and the Queens. The death of Rhine-Anslius and the apoptosis of the factions that resulted from it made the number of anti-Leonganese nobles seem visibly reduced and naturally extinguished, but it was not.

In contrast to them, which continue to exist without complete doom, Nares feared that, after his death, those anti-Leonganists would be enlivened. Therefore, he had uniquely devised and independently implemented measures to overwhelm the anti-Leongans.

It was also the fabric stone for which Nares opined to leave the Kruselk side to Deion, and it was part of the measure that he had allowed Giselcoat to swim, suspiciously, since last April.

Gisele Court, who drew in Benoagard spies, is dubious, but its political power is a shame to let go for just that reason. Then we should discuss it when we represent ourselves as enemies, after making the best use of that political power - a concept that was also common to the Leongands. But apart from the measures he had in mind with the Leongands, Nares entrusted them to Deion and Elius.

The enemy is not necessarily Giselle Court. Gisele Court could really be on your side, or someone else could start a conspiracy against Leongand. It was Elius-Logner and Deion-Hoclaw who prepared for the worst.

It is Nares' conceived picture that makes Elius-Logner and Deion Hawklow comrades to the conspirators and half-successful in their conspiracy. The measures of the Leongands are similar, but it is Nares who cuts deeper than the Leongands. General Left Eye and Leongand's proximity to the conspiracy made it easier for endorsers to appear in the conspirators. In fact, when it was found out that Elius-Logner and Deion-Hoclaw endorsed Gisellcourt, not only those of the anti-Leongans, but also of the neutrals, Setunas and Leongans, who said Gisellcourt's tuners had reached a huge number.

So much so that both Elius and Deion were surprised by the number of Leongand enemies lurking so far. Of course, not all of them, would have been root enemies. Some people might have been opportunist. But once he endorsed the plot and turned to Leongand's enemies, he couldn't help but lose his life.

Elius is gathering those endorsers in the Great Chamber and killing them all.

Deion uses military force on the Kruselk side to control rebels from the outside, and Elius suppresses rebels from the inside. That was the role of the two, but Giselcoat also said that he had put private armies into Mardar and that the Kruselk side rarely had a decent fight.

"I can't believe you were hitting hands first in anticipation of Gisele Court's conspiracy, after all, Mr. Nares was an amazing person."

When Faria gave an exclamation, Ain nodded naturally.

"It's only natural that Director Nares is awesome. He's one of the most useful actors who's ever served Gandhia so far."

"I know that,"

"But it's a little regrettable, isn't it? Me and Mr. Allegria were anticipating Uncle Gisellcourt's rebellion, and we had plans for it."

"I didn't even know it was a picture drawn by the director of the bureau to thank the Kruselk army for Gandhia's defensive power as a way of doing so..."

The two military candidates looked difficult after hearing about Deion and Elius. Nares didn't tell them about Deion and Elius. I've willed to entrust Gandhia's future to the two of us, and I guess I feared that what I told anyone but the two of us would increase my chances of exposing them. Though Deion and Elius knew there were collaborators, they weren't even informed who they were. That's all, that means Nares was on guard. Perhaps he didn't even know Augusto, who continued to play Nares after Nares' death.

Nares feared, more importantly, that the measures would be divulged. The fact that he didn't even consult Leongand shows how concerned he was with this measure. Even Leongand had to keep it a secret to get out of Gisele Court.

And I'm guessing it was because he was stretching out measures against rebels like Gisele Court that Nares didn't stop even his dying body from making its way to Abard. Wherever he died, he had a plan to wipe out his enemies in Gandhia.

In fact, his measures ended successfully.

(No...)

Leongand looked around at what was between the thrones as he rose from the throne.

"As soon as the entire army is accommodated, hurry and start preparing for the Kernall."

The battle with the Azak Army, the Laksha Army, will already be over, and the PLA detachment that was hitting them should be on their way to the King's Capital. The two armies have been informed that the main unit has made its way to the King's Capital, each instructing them to continue as soon as the battle is over.

"Discuss the rebel Gisele Court and restore peace to Gandia"

When Leongand told him, Deion and the others gave strict assent.
