Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Lesson one thousand seven hundred forty-five: Change (1)

The Stra fortress had been so destroyed that it did not fasten its original shape in half.

The storm, caused by the true body extension of Shivula-Sall, had eroded the Stra fortress from the southeast, blowing up walls and some of the facilities in the fortress. I'm glad to say that only some buildings in barracks and settlements were blown up, but still damaged their original form sufficiently. Shivula has been focusing on expanding the storm zone for some time, even as the fierce fighting with Sid began. It can also be seen from that fact that his aim was the destruction of the Stra fortress and not the destruction of Sid. However, Shivula lifted the storm zone, beginning with the fact that the battle with Sid was heated and that all efforts had to be put into it. By doing so, the Stra Fortress had to be erased by about a third.

Setuna, the morning after the defensive battle, looked around with Rem at the damage done to the fortress and once again recognized the power of the true body.

Under a clear sky, an empty, unrubbled space stretched out to the southeast of the Stra fortress. The walls and moats are all erased, and the wilderness that should have been lying ahead is flat on the ground. The trees, the rocks and the grasshoppers were also blown away, and they were carried away somewhere as they were. Beyond that plain, the point of engagement between Sid and Shivula seemed to remain a trail of destruction to the point of bullying, but was not within sight of the Setunas. It also means that it has been made more extensive.

It seems that the storm is adding to the extent that the city fits together.

"True body is a terrible thing."

Rem glanced at the shredded building halfway through. Fortunately, one of the people who was in the building had fled since the storm began to hit the fortress, and the residents of the fortress were almost safe. The first things that were blown up became people who didn't return, but there's nothing I can do about all this. Who will have the means to counteract a sudden and blown storm? Regardless, I am careless.

"Totally."

The power of the true body is nothing more than greatness. The fact is that I understood it a long time ago, but I was just recognising it again.

"What would you rather be beaten by that true body"

Turning around, Sid was about to come this way. I didn't even put on an escort, I was alone. Sometimes it's because it's in the fortress, but I can't help but think there's more to it than inadvertence. Of course, there's no way Sid hasn't thought about it that much.

Setsuna was worried about that and how he was feeling.

"Sir Rufaus. Can't you get some rest?

"That's right. Sometimes last night, and shouldn't we rest for a while longer?

It was only a few hours ago that Sid fought Shivula to death, as Rem said. Then the night dawns, and it is now. Although Setsuna was sometimes not very tired and did not even need to take a hypnotic sleep, Rem, who fought in action for a long time, is exhausted and sleeps about four hours with Setsuna's knee on his pillow. Sid should not be asleep, having finished instructing his men and handling the ex-post.

"Ha, Lord Setuna, Lord Rem, you don't have to worry about me. I'm the deputy commander. I don't have time to rest."

"But..."

"What, you're going to lose your hand in the next battle?"

"Yes?"

Setsuna turned out to be a strange face for words that were not Sid like. Sid accidentally and seriously disguised his face as a joke.

"There was no other way to kill Shivula's Extempest than to do everything in its power. If I hadn't drawn my strength to the extreme, I would have been more destroyed."

"I see..."

I have previously heard from him and Ozfeld that the true body, which is the protection of Mivula, cannot be used indefinitely without Mivula. It was the Knights executive's challenge to successfully use a limited amount of power, but Sid seems to have used it up in the battle ahead. Setsuna doesn't know if this will make Sid unable to use his true body for the rest of his life, or if he will recover over time and be able to use it. However, there seemed to be no doubt that it could not be used in the next battle.

"Then leave the future battle to your husband"

"Yes, I'm going to let you do that, Lord Rem. Lord Setuna may be bothered."

"I can't believe it's annoying, no"

"That's right. Please tell me anything about a mediation bake like your husband's. I'll be happy to make it through."

"Hey."

"Ha, fun people"

Seeing Sid laugh furiously, Setuna didn't want to laugh either. Rem was certainly a fun person, and I have no doubt that her words and actions support Setuna's heart right now. Setuna was relieved to have her.

"So, what do we do now? Are you staying here and waiting for Nea Benoagard to leave?

"Well, I will"

Watch Sid step inside the building where Rem was peeking in, and follow. Though I felt cautious stepping inside the building on the verge of collapse, I followed Sid's defenseless behavior. Such a state that the walls and ceilings of the building were blown away by a winding storm in Shivula and about half of the building was shredded. Even from the inside, it can be seen that it maintains equilibrium in extremely dangerous conditions. The strong wind just seemed like it was going to fall. If the danger is to be considered, it should be artificially collapsed or repaired so that it does not fall.

"We are the Knights, aren't we? I was wondering if you'd like to think that dedicated defense is a basic idea."

"As a result, we have to get around to many victims."

It goes without saying that Bain has been shouting from behind the Setuna and the others with signs. He, too, apparently worked all night as a Knights executive. I saw tiredness in my expression and hid it. Still, I don't try to rest because Sid is diligently trying to play the role of deputy commander, or not. Setsuna's selfish imagination, but when I look at the relationship between the two of them, I really think so.

Sid looked back at Bain as he touched the wall of the building on the verge of collapse.

"No matter how many sacrifices you make, ignore the philosophy and the Knights will collapse. Sir, you understand that, don't you?

"Of course. When did I ignore your philosophy?" I'm not denying that the Knights will martyr for their philosophy. "

"There's a thorn in the way Sir says it."

"Well, how dare you sit and wait for death. I'm not too happy about that."

"... oh"

"There's no other way I can hit you."

When Bain brought it to the wall just to say it was a lift, he put his arms together in front of his chest. The muscles of the lumpy arms, while still being like the marutai. On the day he is beaten with such an arm, Bain's flesh is so nearly built up that he wonders if that would be the only way to lose his life. Setuna hasn't neglected to train either, but she couldn't create as much flesh as he did and had to compromise. I guess the basic body makes a difference. There may be a difference in the length of your body, or there may be a huge difference in the way you build your muscles. Setsuna is never taller.

Sid stopped looking at Bain, saying something. I wondered what he was trying to say, but was also asked. The cold winds of winter blow through the shadowed buildings.

"Master, I have one suggestion for you."

"What?

Setuna glanced at Rem and narrowed her eyes to the look on her face that she had just come up with her proposal.

"If we're just gonna go to Sigil El and sell the fight, we're not gonna do it."

"Oh, your husband is sharp."

"I know what you're thinking."

"Oh..."

When I thought something happily covered my face with both hands, I looked sideways at the lem dyeing my cheeks, and Setsuna clasped her shoulders. Then I turn my gaze back on the Sids.

"We don't want to offend the Knights' philosophy on our own."

Lord Setuna.

When Sid reacts like he's annoyed, Bain keeps his arm around him and laughs at him.

"It's a consideration I'm so happy to have tears, but I really wanted Lord Setsuna to blow it up anyway"

"Sir Lanacoat......"

"It's a joke. I don't care."

Bain laughed off, but it seemed like a subtle reaction that neither joked nor meant it to Setuna, and I had to think of one. Most of all, I wasn't given as much respite as I was thinking. Because Sid had to follow him out of the building. Rem rushes after me. Setuna stopped her legs and waited for her, making sure she followed right behind her before resuming walking.

Then, the four of them looked around at the trail of destruction of the Stra fortress. All I can say is that the damage is terrible. About a third of Stra Fortress's property has been consumed and shredded by the storm zone. The building on the verge of collapse is not the only one earlier. There were a number of other buildings that were in similar conditions that were painfully balanced, and we sometimes came across occasions where discussions were being held about whether they should not be demolished by the knights.

On the road, he also encountered Flood Zan-Esteban.

He was delivering meals for the knights who worked all night. He just laughed at Bain's opinion that such chores should not be left to the squire. I guess it's his way of thinking that you can't be flustered because you're a true knight. And I could ask how vivacious the flood that moves around like that is and that it is never forced on anyone.

Both Sid and Bain seem to be buying such a Flood thing high, and Setuna, I couldn't help but be kind of happy.
