Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Episode Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty One: Preemptive Attack (1)

Civilians and non-combatants began evacuating from cities in the northern coastal region of the southern continent, including Noabourg, on September 10.

Its swiftness will be seen from the encounter with Urk, the persuasion being September 9th. It means that the Unified Imperial Army Army Colonel Kevin-Alzer, base commander in Noabourg, listened so much to Setuna, proof that he was feeling the threat of invasion from the north on his skin. He has been informed to immediately issue evacuation instructions to the citizens of Noabourg and to evacuate civilians and non-combatants to base commanders in nearby cities. The rapid transmission of information using summoning vehicles ensured cooperation between cities, with the result that the evacuation of citizens in each city took place much faster than imagined.

Regardless, nothing could be done in a day, and in order to guide the evacuating citizens, the army had to move, and the protection of Noabourg and each city had to be extremely thin.

This means that if something like the Great Imperial Army lands during the evacuation induction, it has to hit it with very little force.

"In the first place."

Setsuna told him in a room at Noabourg Base.

"If we don't rally all the forces of the Uniting Imperial Army, it can't even be a decent fight"

The Northern, Southern Zaion Great Empire seeks to dominate the Southern Zaion continent by citing total force. Total force. Urk records that it was a policy to dispatch all the forces to this southern continent and that a large convoy was being built for it. The flagship, it is said, is the emperor battleship Mariciahein, whose size and mass are not the ratio of the Ulknakt. Details about how you built a giant ship and so on are unclear, but I can imagine that you quickly created it by putting in a large amount of personnel from the Great Empire.

According to Urk's story, the subjects of the Great Empire worship and serve the Emperor as God does, and if it is for the Emperor, he will gladly die. If the Emperor commands a word, he must go about building the ship even with his personal possessions. It is a trend commonly found in the imperial subjects. In the Empire, the Emperor is equal to God himself. It was the Absolute who was emperor with the pillars that underpinned the heavens and the earth: imperial territory, something that defied the emperor, and so on, that there was little in history.

Even when the rebels came out, it was not a treason against the emperor, but a treason against some human beings in the imperial government. I guess that means that even for something like rebellion, the existence of an emperor is like an absolute god, and there can be no such thing as flirting with an emperor.

Before and after the reunification of the southern continent, there were those who resisted the emperor Niewehein because they did not recognize him as emperor. It seems that rebellion is also permissible for those who do not recognize themselves as emperors, beyond the fact that only the emperor is an absolute one. Neither will there be another revolt between those resistants, no longer more than they have pledged allegiance to the emperor Niewehein.

If we do not bring together all the forces of the Unity Empire, including those of the former resistance, in the northern part of the continent, we will not be able to talk. For this reason, the Ulknakt is flying to the imperial capital. Only the Lem and the Mayuri gods are on board the Ulknakt, and Lem is supposed to brief the Niewehein and other Unified Imperial Heads of State on the situation. If you listen to Rem, Niewehein will be stunned, and may look to heaven for desperate reality. but I wouldn't want him to deal with it more than it is real. Rapid north build-up of all forces.

That is the only way to counter the current situation, the threat in the north.

Naturally, however, that assembly will take a considerable amount of time.

It is impossible to call upon and rally the forces scattered throughout the continent in one or two days.

(Ten days...... no, more)

Isn't it short and necessary for about a month?

It wouldn't be easy to move a huge number of battle forces, even if you made the most out of a subpoena.

"It's harder than a difference in strength."

Faria can't help but sigh.

If there is some difference in force, it is not impossible to make up for it with the Setunas and overtake it. In fact, that's how we ended the East-West conflict. I initially thought that the battle against the Great Empire was also possible to grasp victory with that theory. Apparently, however, it is also difficult because of the detailed information provided by Urk.

The total strength of the Great Empire is over a million. It is slightly above the total strength of the Unity Empire, but that is not the only problem. The Great Empire has a God on it. If God is protecting those millions of soldiers, we can assume that they are comparable in strength to a few to a dozen times that strength. Soldiers reinforced by the protection of God are not usually able to be fat with their fighting power.

Then there is the fact that the power of the Mayuri God does not extend to the God of the Great Empire, even though this one does not expect the protection of God. If the power of the Mayuri God were better than that of the Great Empire, the power of the Mayuri God alone could have lifted Urk's reign. Beyond its inability to do so, it was made clear that the power of the Goddess was lower than that of the God of the Great Empire, and that was what the Goddess herself admitted.

Sometimes that's why we need to rally our forces.

"If my power were better, it might not have been impossible to kick this ship alone"

Depending on the power of the Mayuri god, we could repel a million troops only on the Urknakt and Setuna, the goddess said. In fact, if that power outweighed the other god than the power of the goddess was mighty, it would not have been impossible either. Regardless, it is a premise that Setuna and the others will exhaust their dying power, and it is beyond doubt that we need to wage a death battle on it.

"Battle power difference... Battle power difference"

"Battle power difference......"

Miliu put on an arm and Sheila put her hands behind her head. The spacious one of the rooms at Noabourg base gathers everyone in the Setuna line except Rem. Setuna, Faria, Miliu, Sheila, Erina, Urk, Esq and Dalks. Three non-combatants, Gain, Milene, and Nemia, too. By the way, Urk is wearing a headscarf deep in his eyes and keeping his face as faceless as possible because it can irritate one of Noabur's.

They all had sinister faces before the desperate battle.

Unlike this battle, previous battles, there was no prospect of winning. No matter what the difference in power is, the difference in power is no more optimistic than the enemy has a minute. Setuna and the others have overshadowed the overwhelming difference in force, but all this time, as usual, it was unlikely to go.

Anyway, the opponent is an army led by a God of immense power. Naturally, we should have thought that God's protection was going to all armies, and it's no wonder that the Divine Man was being put into mass numbers.

"Can't you do something with your usual strength, Admiral?

"Right...... what do you do with your usual strength"

"What are you going to do? Setuna."

"Hit as many enemies as possible before landing"

Setsuna responded lightly to Urk's question.

"The enemy has to come across the ocean. Evidence of this is that they were building a large number of ships. I wonder how hard it is to travel between continents with the power of transfer with a god with more power than Master Mayuri."

"I guess. If I could, this land would already be a hell of a battlefield."

"Just thinking about it doesn't make you feel better."

"Right..."

"More than that, we have to cross the ocean. The Great Empire therefore formed a large convoy and sailed the North Continent. I don't know if we're sailing across the continent right now, but we're gonna have to launch a pre-emptive strike as soon as we know."

Setuna scolded the map around Noabur, which was spread out on the tabletop, as her voice also spoke roughly. The navy also clearly describes the near-shore situation, but the ocean is the sea in question. No fine dust has been touched on the northern continent, and it is only a substitute to the extent that we can see how incomplete this map is.

The extent to which the Great Empire's large fleet is now approaching the southern continent was not even known from the Ulknakt. Maybe it's still far away, or maybe it's close enough to land in a few days. In that case, some means will be used to prevent this one from being recognized, but it is never unlikely.

"So how many ships can you drop, right?"

"Oh. I wish I could cut enemy power a little bit with that, and I want to buy some time"

The mustering of power takes time where it is.

The Setunas also had the need to buy that time.

If we can attack the ship and drop some, the Great Imperial Army will be vigilant in approaching the southern continent and cautious in landing as well.

I hope that will be more or less a time to gather your strength.

(at all)

Setuna held her fist to hide her inner rush.
