Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Number Two Five Hundred Twenty-one: Divine Thoughts (1)

The maritime moving castle fortress landed on the southern continent on September 26th.

As soon as that emergency report was brought to Divnor's headquarters, the leadership was summoned and a military conference was quickly held. Its emergency military council is naturally called not only by the Imperial Heads of State, but also by the Setunas, with the participation of the Mayuri God.

The information obtained in the earlier battles is almost uncovered and also provided to the Unified Empire side, where the information is shared. The only thing the Empire side doesn't know is about who Sagmaw is.

The immensity of the maritime moving castle fortifications of the Southern Zaion Great Empire, as well as the knowable internal structure, also told us that the emperor Mariciahain Laignaz-Zaion was just a dependent generation of God, with nine apostles present, beginning with the puppet Ariul, of which eight seemed to be the necessity of the octopolar Great Light Formation. It also means that the attack of those eight apostles is the way out of this united empire's, no, crisis of the survival of the Southern Zaion continent. And it is also told by the Mayuri god that out of the one and a half million soldiers of the Great Imperial Group who are on board the Maritime Mobile Castle Fortress, there is no one left to divine, and that there is no one pure human in that Castle Fortress except Mariciahain. To that I was so dismayed that there was no united imperial leadership or voice that I continued to be surprised, but when I heard that fact directly from the Mayuri God, the Setunas were also sincerely surprised.

In short, it is proof that Naria, the true ruling goddess of the Great Empire, thinks nothing of man. I don't mean to negotiate from the edge, etc., but if you don't follow your intentions, I guess you don't hesitate to destroy them or hate them. If it is, it is an outrage called the divinization of all generals. If you are human, let's add a touch of hand to the human being of the Unity Empire, who is originally a fellow citizen, but if you dehumanize and lose reason, there is no room for that either. Any relentless attack and annihilation will be possible.

From the very beginning, Naria began to act with the sole aim of controlling the southern continent by force.

But then one question arises.

Why did Naria go out of her way to create a moving fortress?

Naria's power is immense. I am very unlikely that there will be such things as the need to purposefully build a moving castle fortress and travel between continents across the Great Sea Plains. And the power. Compared to Naria's power, it's never a big deal or anything, even if the Divine Man wants to gather a million and two million. I can't even reach it. If Naria herself goes, that's enough. Nor is it impossible to master the southern continent by the power of Naria alone.

The more I think about it, the more irrational and unconvincing questions arise.

It is good that Naria built an empire in the North, with Mariciahain as emperor. Naria's goal is to bring the former Empire Territory together again. The emperor and the empire were needed as a foundation for this, not to know. However, the situation on the northern continent has changed dramatically since the Southern Empire acquired the Urk and until then the Southern Empire has not moved aggressively. With Naria's power, it would have been as easy as mastering the North without waiting for Urk to appear.

Perhaps Naria enjoys the course.

So was the battle ahead.

It should also have been possible to activate the octopolar large light formation when the Setunas appeared in front of them, but they did not. The goddess activated the formation as if to delight in encounters, confrontations and battles with the Setunas.

If we want results only, we do not need maritime moving castle fortifications, etc. but if you're weighing the course down to pleasure, it's not the story. Creating a maritime moving castle fortress and floating a disguised fleet of up to a thousand and five hundred ships may never be in vain from that point of view either.

Even so, from a human point of view, I don't mean the comprehensible scope.

"The marine-transfer castle can be moved not only by sea, but also by the ground."

"Yes. I checked directly with this eye, so there's no doubt about it. The moving castle fortifications have landed on the continent from around the port of Noabourg, starting a little southward. I don't know how many days it will take to get here, but there won't be much respite left."

Setuna told, staring into the cold eyes of Nina Alg-Zaion, the archdeacon of the Uniting Imperial Army. Setuna is not the only direct witness to the landing of the moving castle fortress, regardless. Multiple vigilance networks, strewn by the Unified Imperial Army, are watching and monitoring the movement of the fortress. However, there is a considerable time difference between those pieces of information reaching Divnor and, for that matter only, information from Setuna will be provided faster. Watching the landing of the moving castle fortress while in Divnor would be just as good as Setuna and the Mayuri God.

"And you can see that the moving castle fortress also has the perfect defense against attacks from outside. I tried the attack right after landing but it was perfectly prevented"

"Why did you try that?

"It's the black spear's" ray of destruction. "Fully armed."

"Is it true?

"What happens when you lie"

"That's right... but if so, uh-huh"

Faria and Sheila looked bitter as well as Miliu. For those of you who understand Setsuna's fully armed state, you know how much it means to be prevented from “destroying rays” in that state. A fully armed state can be described as a state in which Setuna can maximize its power. An attack from that state is a blow that destroys God as well. That was prevented.

by the octopolar large light formation.

"... you mean there's no point in simultaneous attacks from super long distances by armed summoners either?

"You'll end up in jail."

To Setuna's assertion, the venue for the military council quieted down.

The armed summoners belonging to the Unified Empire, numbering more than four thousand, exist. It is not hard to imagine that, even if not all of them regularly use subpoenaed armaments capable of attack from a distance, if they think that even 10% to 20% of them possess such subpoenaed armaments, it would be a powerful or awesome simultaneous attack. But what if that works for the moving castle fortress, which showed the maximum power “rays of destruction" in a convenient way? Where all four thousand attacked simultaneously, doesn't that make sense? That's how I think.

The other guy is God. It is also a God with an extremely powerful power, and it must be more than that to defeat the octopolar great light formation by His Apostle of God, or the Spirits.

"The Octopolar Great Light Formation is with the formations that Naria says are absolutely invincible. Break this and we will have no victory."

"I already know that by listening"

Niewehein told me quietly and stared into Setuna's eyes. Those red eyes carry a definite thought.

"What I want to know is how. We know we can muster our strength and lose it where we hit each other from the front."

Currently, the Unified Empire is rallying all its forces around Divnor, with about 50% arriving. Those forces were no exaggeration to use Divnor as their main force and to intercept impending enemy forces from the northwestern coastal zone, to build countless positions and to say that the area around Divnor was full of Unified Imperial Army generals. Sooner or later it will overflow with a further number of generals, but even if you throw all those forces, you are far more likely to encounter a payback.

That's because, in addition to the fact that enemy forces are approximately one hundred and two million and an estimated fifty percent increase in the total strength of the Unified Empire, it turns out that all its forces are made up of divine men, divine beasts, and divine birds.

The armed summoners will not yet have a divine man or an opponent of the Divine Beast in their hands.

If the enemy were human, there would have been as much battle as there was.

Nor would the prolonged battle where it was the original tactic have been pointless.

But now that we know that the enemy is not a human being, but a monster of God, all the tactics we've been thinking about have been wasted.

"You can't lose. You have to win. Whatever."

It's not my fault that his voice sounded slightly trembling when I told him so.

The very existence of Naria, who had no reason to monster a general, must not have been tolerated by Niewehein, who, as emperor, contemplated the imperial subjects.
