Armed Summoners - Black Spears and the Brave Men of the Other World

Episode Three Thousand Nineteen: Ruufa, Its Trial (I)

It's falling.

It's just falling even.

Dropped far above the sky, far above the spiralling sea of clouds, it continues to fall with its momentum. Below you will find a cloud sea, with polar-colored forests lying at the tip of the laminar spiral vortex painted by the clouds, far away.

A plant paradise, with colorful flowers blooming, spreading its branches all over its eyes as if countless trees praised life.

But plants aren't the only ones living there. Numerous birds are still spreading their colorful wings and flying around.

The otherworlds Envimis is a forest of seven colors.

Envimis is the name of the world to which Sylphide Feather belongs, and that's what they call it more than it used to be. It's one of many different worlds called the Million World. Of course, for Envimis, Iles Valle is what hits the other world.

In other words, Ruufa means more visitors than the other worlds, and naturally they are not welcome by the inhabitants of this world, but apparently, it took the birds of the Seven Colors Forest to be eliminated for another reason.

Everybody hates you.

Sylphide Feather went into a tone that caught a glimpse of this reaction.

He looked extremely similar to a human boy. He appeared repeatedly in the narrow space of his dreams, and his memories, though angry, do not remember him very strongly, although there are. But Silfed Feather remembers Ruufa so well that at a glance he spots it.

That's what I would call the difference between an armed summoner and a summoned armed.

What the armed summoner remembers as a summoning weapon is the appearance of a state called to Iles Valle as a summoning weapon. That is a far cry from its original form of appearance, and it must be impossible to imagine its true appearance from the shape of the summoning armed.

First of all, the silphide feathers are very different.

Who can think of Silfed Feather as a Summoning Army, a pure white coat that also deforms into wings, from which to think of the principal boy of the Seven Colors Forest?

The boy is so white that it is not an exaggeration when it comes to the only thing he has in common with the summoning armed. No other common denominator can be found. A smooth-skinned boy with grey-haired, emerald-like eyes. He must have wrapped colorful grasshoppers around each other. He wears a crown on his head and wraps a white coat like a king.

Its white coat resembles but does not resemble a summoning armed silphide feather and is not what we have in common.

I look like an early teenager when I was a year old, but that's just an exterior thing.

This is a different world.

Don't judge them by their appearance.

Everybody likes me.

And also, Silfed Feather said.

In other words, early on in their arrival in this world, the birds of the Seven Colors Forest were jumping to the shooting of Ruufa from the heart that Ruufa would not have taken Silfed Feather, and from the emotions of the birds, it was a natural reaction.

Every now and then, Ruufa summoned me to disappear into the other world, which in itself was an event that I didn't like for the birds of the Seven Colors Forest.

If I were told that story, then I would try to convince him why the birds chased me, but even so, it was a story I had no reason to know, and it was not something he could do. Ruufa's decision to use Silfed Feather regularly stems from its user-friendliness and compatibility, and all this, even if it can't change trying to annoy the other world.

'That's why. Survive the trials I impose and let me convince you.'

Although Silfed Feather has said so, imposing a test on Ruufa must have had nothing to do with the birds admiring him.

I guess I just had to say that in front of the birds, who would be hiding in the Seven Colours Forest and listening to the conversation between Ruufa and Silfed Feather.

Ruufa just nodded, with some understanding of the hardship of such a silphide feather.

If for whatever reason you need to know even more deeply with Silfed Feather and to do so you have to break through the trials, let's gladly try.

Ruufa has a reason not to stop.

Kill Nair Gandia.

It's alive, too.

In order to survive the battle for your life, you have greater power.

No, if it's just about focusing on survival, there won't be any problems as of now. With Sylphide Feather's ability, it is easy to survive by thoroughly escaping. But you can't do that. Then I'm not convinced.

I will not forgive myself.

That's why I came all the way to this other world, where I met Silfed Feather face-to-face.

If he had been offered a trial, there was no other way but to take it.

And it was this trial that started.

Sylphide Feather transformed from a poor boy figure to a divine bird as he began the trial. The giant birds covered in pure white feathers boasted the beauty and beauty they deserved to call themselves kings of the colorful birds that existed in the Seven Colors Forest, who instantly understood why the birds revered and loved him.

"Which doesn't mean it's who it really is."

Sylphide Feather means that both humanity and giant birds are who they really are, because what kind of creature is he?

Most of all, he had no time to ask such questions, and Ruufa rode on his back and rose high in the sky as the gaze of the birds pierced him.

What a strange feeling it was to fly in the sky on the back of a silphide feather, but at the same time there was calm and relief to the point of wonder. Still, that feeling, like when you're wrapping silfed feathers, spreading wings, and flying through the sky.

In fact, I guess you were right.

The giant bird that rose above the Seven Colors Forest was the Silfed Feather itself, and the giant white wings were the same as the wings of the Silfed Feather as a summoning arm. Unmixed white shines a dazzling light in the sun, so much so that it is not an exaggeration to say it is divine. If you look at that divinity, you don't think it was kind of a bad thing that you were summoning all over unilaterally.

Nevertheless, it is impossible, for example, to take a prior understanding of the summoning arm in order to use the armed summoning technique, and Silfed Feather can summon only because he responded to the contract details indicated by Ruufa in the spell. It was only natural to respond to Ruufa's summons, beyond responding to the contract, and it was also a natural right for Ruufa to summon him unilaterally.

Eventually, as Silfed Feather rose in altitude and entered the Cloud Sea, Ruufa perceived that his destination was far overhead. Initially, I just thought I flew off to leave the Seven Colors Forest, but apparently not.

The Seven Colors Forest, far above it, is probably the destination of Sylphide Feather and the land of trials.

"of the trial... the ground...?

Ruufa raised his bare voice because there was nothing at the point reached by Silfed Feather.

It's just empty. That's also high enough altitude to look down at the swirling clouds, so much so that I thought the air would freeze and possibly freeze all over my body. No matter where I looked from there, I didn't see any place where I could do the trials. I was hoping that Ruufa might also be an island floating in the sky like the aerial city of Lyohan.

"Yes, this is where the trial begins."

The soft voice of Silfed Feather was, rather, horrible.
