Ascendance of a Bookworm

Back to the House of Lords

After my interview with Geebe Haldenzel, I spend the winter socialite meeting with the chief clergyman and the nobility that Richarda chooses, gathering information at her mother's faction's tea party, and writing stories I remember in order to make a romantic book that my mothers seem to like.

Yesterday I headed to the children's room with Charlotte to talk to Mauritz about my freshman studies. We talked about studying geography and history and taking them into the children's room in the winter, and we gave them the reference books we put together for this year's freshman year.

I asked Mauritz to use the material to tell me because I didn't like junior aristocrats because I didn't get a chance to look at maps and chronology. I think it would be a lot easier to take a lecture if I knew at all.

"Dear Princess Rosemayne, I have an appointment this afternoon from Aub Aerenfest."

Richarda told me that after breakfast. It is unusual for a meeting appointment to come in that afternoon.

"That's a lot sudden"

"Yep. First thing in the morning, Wilfried Boy told me he wanted to hear the princess's opinion."

Has something happened in the House of Lords? Upon acknowledging my afternoon meeting, I began to write about the continuation of a romantic novel that I was likely to receive from my mother.

In the afternoon, after lunch, I headed to my adoptive father's office, where there was also a clergyman reading a wooden plaque that looked like a report.

"Did you get the report from Brother Wilfried?

"Oh, yeah. Rather than a report, it is a plea to return to Rosemaine"

My adoptive father gave me the report that the clergyman had finished reading, so I will look through it as well.

Most of Aerenfest's students have finished their lectures and the House of Lords seems to be in full social season.

They have a lot of fashion inquiries and nearly double the number of invitations to tea parties compared to last year. After all, women seem to be intrigued by both hair decorations and phosphorus, and Wilfried and his side feel rather uncomfortable at the tea party surrounded by women.

"If it's a tea party full of women, why would Brother Wilfried be on his way if we could send Brunhilde or Lieselator?

"... if they were to send you an invitation to the Lordship Candidate, Wilfried would have to go."

"I see. Brother Wilfried's in trouble, too."

There will be so many women invited to the Tea Party that if I were in the House of Lords, all I would have been invited to the Tea Party. It might have been helpful to have an order to return to Aerenfest. For that matter, Wilfried seems to be struggling, but we'll have to get him to work hard.

This report is about Ditter.

The wooden plaque the clergyman turned to me said that Dunkelferger had signed up for a rematch of Ditter, which he was to receive without cutting it off. Though he received a rematch, he quickly failed because of the absence of my oddity and the absence of his main protagonists, Angelica and Brother Cornelius.

After the battle, Rufen looked badly dismayed and said, "When will Master Rosemaine return?" She asked me.

... Dr. Rufen definitely forgets that I'm not a knight apprentice, right?

And apparently the cousin club with Arlensbach and Flavelturk is over. At the cousin cousin's club, Aerenfest was asked why he scored sharply, Lamprecht was asked why he refused to marry, he was asked about a new epidemic, and he seemed to be in a question-attack.

"This is going to be a tough spring Lords' Conference."

"... um. We need to take a closer look at Arlensbach's movements and how the old Veronicans will respond."

And he was asked by other Lüdiger of Flavel Turk if he had my fiancée somewhat far away, and Dietrinde was questioned about Wilfried's own fiancée. Wilfried seemed to end with a cloudy answer, which I think would be clear by the time of the Lords' Conference.

"... Is this possible that a proposal from Flavel Turk to me will come?

Isn't this your first proposal, including the Reino period? Ooh, touched, reading back the wood tag over and over again, the chief cleric takes up the wood tag with a sigh of sigh.

"It's obviously a proposal for magic. What would you do with pleasure?

"I wonder how many books there are in Flavel Turk's library?... Ugh, beh, it's not like I want to take a proposal, I'll just make sure. Is it more than Aerenfest?

I'm just purely concerned about the number of books I have. Then the book list also bothered me, and the chief priest glanced at me with suspicious eyes.

"If you print from now on, there's only so much difference that it's easy to turn back"

"Really? Okay, adoptive father. I didn't get along, so please don't refuse to ask me to marry you."

"... Rosemaine, there will be a lot more to ask when the proposal comes!? Judging by the number of books held, what to do!?

As his adoptive father engraved a wrinkle between his eyebrows, the chief clergyman grinned with his hun and nose as he muttered, "Now what?" I'm a little angry, but the clergyman's right. Is there anything more important than the number of books in the library? No, I don't.

"Mostly, this is the item you'll have to look at rather than Flavel Turk's proposal"

The clergyman showed me, pointing to one of the places in the report.

Anastasius has reminded me, "Don't you want to go back yet," and Eglantine has sent me a meeting saying, "I want to throw a tea party to introduce you to a friend".

"... I hope you didn't see it"

Anastasius' urging must be waiting for hair decorations and new songs, not me, and if it were to be a tea party with Eglantine's friends, it would be a tea party where the ladies from the highest-ranking territories would gather. Even though they say they don't have social sense, I don't want to get in where they're going to fail any more.

My adoptive father, who picked up my grunt, "I want to leave it to Brother Wilfried now," nodded lightly and agreed.

"I know how it feels, but Rosemaine has to attend more than she's been invited by name. Seems like he's already turned it down in his absence three times. At least tell him about the day back, or it'll be too hard to say no to Wilfried. Ferdinand, when is Rosemayne due back?

A clergyman gently slaps a ton of tongues and temples on his adoptive father's words.

"It's the next Saturday. Looks like we're almost done collecting information here, so we'll have some leeway by then"

"What can I afford?

"It's Justox."

"... Yes?

What the hell does it have to do with Justkus on the day I return to the House of Lords? As he tilted his neck and looked up at the chief cleric, his father, standing behind his adoptive father, exhaled gently.

"I'm going to justox Traugot's side service"

"... is it Traugot's side service? There were other sides, weren't there? Before that, can the Chief Cleric lend Justkus?

When he said he would not lend it to me, he glanced back at the chief cleric, saying, "Half of it is your fault." Your father breaks in between and looks down at me with a difficult face, so as to block the stare between me and the chief cleric.

"Rosemaine, was Traugot resigning near dismissal?

According to your father, Richarda, who got a vacation for moving to the temple for a service ceremony, rushed to Traugot's parents in a state of fury. And after scolding his parents, he also called his uncle, the chief of the knights, to have a clan meeting about the current situation in Traugot.

"My father was very angry when I heard from Richarda... Traugot was scolded pretty hard the other day when he came back from the lecture"

"... me, I asked you to choose to resign so as not to have any other influence"

"Compared to dismissal, there is less superficial impact, but not at all."

Your father said that as he stroked my head slowly.

"Besides, Rosemaine said it, didn't she? Don't come to the temple. Do something with the clan. The conclusion of the clan was to teach Traugot the idea of putting a clan on the sidelines and serving the lord clan."

"... I think Justkus is a civilian, can you do a side job?

Civilians and flanking require different abilities. I like to gather information, and I know that Justkus, who brings a variety of information, is competent as a civilian, but can he do a side service job caring for and caring for the Lord?

As I tilted my neck, my adoptive father turned his gaze to the chief cleric, laughing nicely.

"It's up to me to be able to. Ferdinand took you to the House of Lords, and you serve Justkus."

"Huh!?

"Yes," the clergyman nodded as he looked up to the clergyman in surprise.

"Now I only use it as a civilian, but Justkus is also my sideline service. Richarda told me to become a side-service apprentice, but he also took a lecture on the civilian apprenticeship while his interests were oriented in the House of Lords. It was Justkus who taught me how to take multiple lectures in parallel."

... Chief Cleric The legendary schemer was Justkus.

"Justkus is supposed to re-educate Traugot, combine your surveillance, your reporter, and your intelligence gathering. If I hadn't been watching closely, I'd have had trouble gathering information, but this time Richarda will be fine because she's headed to the House of Lords with you."

"I'm very busy, but can I also have a civilian apprenticeship education?

"Education for civilian apprenticeships?

My adoptive father looks lightly at me. I nodded slowly.

"I'm talking about raising a civilian involved in the printing and paper industry. We're going to choose junior and intermediate civilians who are actually going to be involved with civilians, but we're going to need senior aristocratic civilians who can oversee them, right? I thought I'd give it to you, Brother Wilfried, and raise you from a civilian apprentice in Charlotte. Wouldn't it be better if future lords were involved, not just me, than becoming Aerenfest's new business?

I still don't know who it will be, so after the baptismal ceremony I also want to include a Merhior clerk, and when I said, "That's a good idea," my adoptive father lowered his eyes to think a little.

"But if we were to educate in the House of Lords, we would be all apprentices. If we don't have another senior civilian who's grown up, I don't think we're gonna get it together. Do you have any idea who is a senior aristocratic clerk and can coordinate with the aristocracy, drawing Rosemaine's will?

When his adoptive father turns his gaze to the chief cleric, he shrugs his gaze, "That's the hardest way to draw Rosemaine's will," he whispers.

After a moment of silence, your father hit Pong and his hand.

"... how about Elvira? If it's going to be a big part of working with Rosemayne and senior nobles, I think it's appropriate."

"While Rosemaine was asleep, Elvira showed a lot of interest in the printing industry and was taking the initiative to try to capture it in Haldenzel. I would also have some knowledge compared to other civilians. That's appropriate."

The consenting words of the chief clergyman overlapped, and his adoptive father sparkled his eyes.

"Do you want to see him?"

"As much as I was making a book myself, it would be an area of interest, and the kids grew up, so getting back to civilian work would be no problem"

From everyone's point of view, the conversation began in the direction of entrusting the mother with the supervision of the printing and paper industries. I know my mother is an excellent civilian, so I would be comfortable if she could work as a civilian, but in a way, I am anxious.

... If I leave it to my mother, it's going to be more of a "Make a Clerical Chief's Book Team" activity than a printing business... well, okay.

It was your father who suggested it, and it was the clergyman who endorsed it, and it was your adoptive father who gave you permission. Let your mother wave her arms fully.

"Given Justkus' character, I'm a little anxious about educating civilian apprentices, but, sure, there's only one time I can lend myself to raising a civilian in your printing relationship. Include it in your job description."

As a result of such discussions, I am to return to the House of Lords the next Saturday. The chief cleric has returned to the temple to begin his work, but I am told to remain in the castle because I am accustomed to socializing at all.

... Even though they say it's for socializing, I don't see nobility without a clergyman, and I think my mothers' tea party just dropped a paragraph.

I spent my days going to the children's room in the winter or embroidering with Charlotte until I left for the House of Lords.

"You've got three days. If your sister returns to the House of Lords, we will miss her again."

"It won't be that long next time, Charlotte."

A week for the Tea Party, the first year of the House of Lords ends with a territorial rivalry and graduation ceremony. I have two weeks or not.

"I'll try to rank Aerenfest for next year's Charlotte."

"Your sister should not give top priority to resting her body. Besides, if you say it for me, leave a little room for me to be active."

Your brother and sister are going to take all the showcases, Charlotte swelled her cheeks. If you score too much in a year, they have too high a Charlotte hurdle to go into next.

... I see, make a showcase for Charlotte, huh? Maybe I never really thought about it.

Ordnants flew in on the way to practice embroidery with Charlotte. Ordonanz gives the same message three times in the voice of the chief cleric.

"The Guilberta Chamber of Commerce contacted me that the example hair decoration was finished. First, he wants your opinion. I'm telling you to bring it tomorrow afternoon, so you can go back to the temple once too."

...... I can see Touri!

When I gently slapped Ordnants back in the yellow demon stone with a stamp, I suppressed as much as possible the voice I was about to play, said, "I did," and flew Ordnants.

Turning to a message telling Ella in the kitchen that Otilier would be ready to return to the temple, who was listening to information brought in by Ordonanz, Richarda starts cold gear and starts getting ready quickly for her return to the temple.

"Gilberta Chamber of Commerce hair decorations should be delivered to the castle."

Richarda seems unhappy that the princess is headed to get it, but I think Touri is still having a hard time getting up to the castle. I want to see Thuri, not the Guilberta Chamber of Commerce.

"It's a hair ornament that I've been asked to do by royalty. Look at it once before you show it to Aub Aerenfest, and if there seems to be a problem, you have to get it reworked right away."

"The princess is carrying too much work."

"That's right. Your sister's still not feeling well, is she?

As Charlotte stops the embroidery hand and hands the tools to her side, she glances at me lightly as she blames me.

"Thank you for your concern, Charlotte, Richarda. I'll be back at the castle tomorrow when I check my hair decorations. We must return to the House of Lords on Saturday. Richarda would like to thank you for your preparation. You must have a lot of baggage from Master Ferdinand, right? … maybe if you go back to the temple, it will increase again"

There must be tons of materials and magic equipment made to deliver to Hillsur.

You remember the luggage that the clergyman had brought to the castle before, Richarda gently clasped her shoulders.

"Yeah, I'll take care of it. I'll be ready."

Take the escort knights to the front door. I hear Richarda was contacting me. I saw Norberto getting ready to leave.

I look around the face of my escort knight.

"Go back to the House of Lords on Cornelius, Leonore and Saturday, so you should be ready."

"Yes, Master Rosemaine."

I was led back to the temple by Darmuel and Angelica.

The Cleric Chief was to be present for some reason, even though the opportunity had finally come to meet with Touri. Does it mean that I cannot be left alone because it is a royal request?

... disturbing worm of the Chief Cleric, even though I can see Tulli because of it.

It would be tough if Touri felt scared for the clergyman of a grim, faceless narrative. I want to serve as a jetty here. With such determination in my chest, I glanced at the clergyman who narrowed his eyes to Fran's tea in the orphan director's office, which had been prepared, with the scariest possible face.

"... what, that disgruntled face?

"I'm unhappy, but this is a face of great determination."

"I only feel alert and hostile. I've told you many times to be able to contain your emotions a little more."

With my cheeks twisted, my scary face as much as I could was immediately misty and half-baked. Unlike Benno, the chief cleric doesn't give me any relief, so it seriously hurts.

As I held my cheeks down and hid them from getting any more twisted, I heard Gill say he had arrived from the ground floor. You can hear the footsteps going up the stairs, coming up step by step.

"I am delighted to see you, Master Rosemaine, looking well."

Even though Touri, who came with Otto and Corinna, was 12, he had a surprisingly grown-up vibe. The color of the hair and the three knitting are the same as they used to be, but there is no vibrant atmosphere from wearing apprenticeship clothes from the Guilberta Chamber of Commerce and running around in the woods from a quiet walk.

I have always been a better developer, but my hands and feet stretch smoothly in the two years I sleep, and I also see swelling in my chest. He leaves a shadow on his face, but his childhood disappears and he looks like his mother. There was no Touri of my knowledge in standing and behaving, in speech and in thanking the nobility.

As he was shocked to be shown a two-year blank, Tulli, with his face up, looked at me and narrowed his blue eyes with joy to his nostalgia. "Long time no see. I missed you," said Tulli, eloquently telling the story. The love caged in his eyes is familiar, and in an instant the strength of his body breaks.

"This is what you're asking for."

Together with Otto's voice, Touri carefully opened the crate. Unlike two years ago, the finger movement that handles the product carefully is a familiar trick.

"... nice"

White little flowers surround the warm red colarelier, the precious colour of the earthly goddess Gedurleich, and the green of the young leaves that make you feel the coming of spring is flowing like a spreading. It seems to be devised from the point of the yarn, with the petals curving gracefully.

With undoubtedly the best of Thuri's work so far, I could easily imagine Eglantine decorating it. It would look good on blonde hair.

"Oh, this would be a problem. Well done, Gilberta Chamber of Commerce"

The clergyman, who was peering into the box, narrowed his eyes to his satisfaction and nodded. A grin of relief and satisfaction spreads on Thuri's face.

"Very well done. This would please you. You put your arms up a lot. Surprised."

"I'm afraid so. And I would like to offer this to Lady Rosemaine."

Seems like a hair decoration for the spring I was making while I was asleep. I immediately decide to buy.

"Will you put it on?

Touri nods at my words, gently removing the hair ornament I am now wearing, and then adding a new hair ornament. He flushed the hair on his shoulder with his fingertips, slightly disturbed.

"Does it look good on you?

"It's a hair ornament I made for Master Rosemaine. You look great."

I have eyes in my face that glow like a prank. I laugh with my gaze at Tulli. The chief clergyman watched our interactions quietly and without expression.

"Okay, I'll go"

"If Rosemaine is going to storm, do everything you can to stop it"

"Yes, sir."

The knights of escort, so called out, head to the House of Lords one foot away, and I go with Richarda to the magical formation of the transfer.

The songs dedicated to the hair decorations and the goddess of light to Eglantine, the phosphericians subdivided as a test piece, the souvenirs to Hirschühl, etc. are massive this time around.

"Territorial rivalry we go to the game too. On everything. Too much attention. All right?"

"I know. You'd better leave room for Charlotte next year to create a showcase where he can work, wouldn't you?

"Rosemaine!?

My adoptive father opened his eyes wide and made a barbaric voice.

"Are you on Charlotte's side?!?

"... I'm not sure what that means, but it's natural for me to take Charlotte's side, isn't it? I'm Charlotte's sister."

Ugh, and when I strained my chest, my adoptive father held his head for some reason. The chief cleric gently slapped his groaning adoptive father on his shoulder and said, "It's no use just thinking about it. Rosemayne doesn't think about anything," he says with no consolation.

"Rude. It's not like you haven't thought about it. I will be Charlotte's lovely sister."

"Oh, I know. You should work hard for Charlotte. [M] Don't think of anything extra. Then he tells Justkus to gather information. I want you to accompany me to the Tea Party as much as possible."

Hartmoot and the others. Not so many tea parties can take a man's civilian. Tea parties where girls' secrets are exchanged are often forbidden for boys.

"... are you accompanying Justkus to the Tea Party? That is…"

"... don't tell everyone. Exactly."

They say let them dress you up and take you. Isn't it me who is told that if I walk with Justkus, not Traugot, I have a side of feminine costume habit?

"It's called Dr. Hirschühl, it's called Justkus, doesn't Aerenfest seem like a gathering of changers? Me, you might think I'm one of them, but are you okay?

"... it might be a happy thing to be unconscious"

"Yes?"

No problem at all, the clergyman tells me, go quickly, and waves gently.

When I stood next to Richarda on the formation of the transfer, I felt the magic move.
