Ascendance of a Bookworm

Tea Party in All Territories, Part II

"Every territory is in trouble now."

Such a word of agreement came up from the small and medium-sized territories. Though I grew up as a civilian, most of the other nobles actually experienced a dramatic change in their lives at the instigation of a coup d 'état or a marked change in their proximity to the centre.

Even the House of Lords has changed a lot, so much so that Justkus says it seems to be more affected everywhere compared to Aerenfest, which just has a reduced number of people.

"You said Master Rosemayne is having difficulty with magic, but Aerenfest is getting better grades, and is spreading a new fashion,"

"I thought I'd start by working hard where I don't need magic. Of course, we have to work hard to raise the magic."

Aerenfest's grades went up gnarly in seating, where no magic was needed, and it wasn't the new magic equipment or anything else that fashioned them, but the treats and ornaments. Explaining that if there wasn't enough magic, he was trying to compete on something else raised his voice of conviction.

"I thought Rosemaine's hair decoration was very nice. There's something you can do for your territory other than magic."

If anyone had to apprentice and think a little, at the same time, he raised his voice, "Aren't you working hard where you use magic?" When I turn my gaze to you, I turn to the kind of eyes that a senior aristocratic man who is absent and joins instead.

"My sister in freshman year was building a riding beast, but I hear Master Rosemayne thought of this one, too. How could they have thought of such a horseman?

"I've always wondered if my body would be weak enough to travel as far away from the outside air as possible."

It's a lie, though bad for those who are impressed with the reason they fixed it. The only thing that came to mind when it was said to be a vehicle was the car type.

"Riding onboard riding beasts may be particularly useful for women, as they can be ridden without changing into costumes for riding beasts, or loaded with luggage. However, because of the difficulty of using weapons, my escort knight was reputed to be unsuitable for knights."

Ho, and I got a voice that impressed me.

"I think the idea is great, but does Master Rosemayne's horseman mimic Warcraft? And it was rumored that you attacked my Arlensbach dorm warden with that horseman, wasn't it? In the end it seemed to be a misunderstanding, but it should have been caused by imitating the appearance of the Warcraft. Didn't those around you stop taking that shape? Or does Lady Rosemaine like such horrible things?

The surrounding gaze gathers again upon me in the words of Dietrinde. Say here, "Lesser, you're cute," but maybe nobody gets through.

Thinking about what to do, Wilfried clasped his shoulder.

"Rosemaine's horseman is aiming for strength, so he became such a warcraft. Rosemaine admires and likes something strong because of her weak body. Even in people, it is favorable to the Knights Commander. Bonifatius, Ferdinand, Calstead..."

... Huh? Maybe I'm going to follow you, but no. Something's off, Brother Wilfried! When did I say I like strong people!?

Dietrinde turned his pitiful eyes to me like he was so worried, not knowing where he felt in such a devious follow-up or whether it was an act.

"It was.... I can understand that weak things want strength, but I'm a woman, so it's better to ask for adoration than strength."

Some snort at the words of Dietrinde, others follow me.

"If Master Rosemayne wants strength, isn't he going to feel comfortable with Dunkelferger? Don't you think so, Master Hannelore?... Oh, and Master Hannelore of Dunkelferger?

"Looks like he's taking his seat off a while ago because of the water."

... I think I missed saying hello to Master Hannelore again. Something's wrong today, me.

"Ready, Master Rosemaine"

Voiced down by Brunhilde, I return to those with Eglantine and others as I look at the empty seats. We're going to hand out Lincoln's test pieces to your friends.

When I returned to my seat, I was surrounded by eyes full of excitement and anticipation. Look at the gloss of the women's hair in Aerenfest, and see the increasing gloss of Eglantine's hair, and I can well see that many women are interested in the phosphorus.

With a bitter smile, I saw Hannelore returning at the edge of my sight when I held the small bottle that Brunhilde offered. Totally wrong. I want to exchange words once and for all by the end of the day.

With that in mind, I distribute the vial to the friends Eglantine introduced me to, taking care not to misrank the territory, beginning with the fifth grade of Drevanhell.

"This way, please. I'll explain how to use it later."

"Well, thank you, I know."

As I handed it out, I also found that my gaze could be turned from the people that Vilfleet was dealing with. But it's a good thing they don't say anything. I'll distribute it to someone who's become my friend.

"It would smell very good, wouldn't it? I really like it, too."

Eglantine's words were echoed by those who enjoyed the fragrance by opening a small bottle of cork-like lid. I would have a preference for each, but I didn't know who the hell I was going to distribute it to this time, so I'm making it all the same scented phosphor as Eglantine.

"Brunhilde, please teach me how to use it to serve you"

"Yes, Master Rosemaine."

When Brunhilde gathered your friends' side of the line and started teaching them how to use the Lincoln, they rode themselves out toward this one, as people who hadn't gotten a trial product said they couldn't stand it.

"Master Rosemaine, what is that? You smell very good."

"A phosphor is something you use to gloss your hair. There are a limited number of them, so this time I was going to hand them over to my friends."

"Oh, aren't you going to hand it out to your friends, Master Wilfried? I'm a lord's candidate for the same Aerenfest..."

Dietrinde looked lightly at Vilfleet. Vilfleet, who was gazed at from around her, laughed small and shrugged her shoulders.

"It was Rosemayne who devised the Lincoln. Besides, unlike women, I'm not so interested in the luster of my hair that I basically leave this kind of beauty stuff to Rosemaine."

Some of the male customers laughed small and bitterly at the fact that they were not interested in the gloss of their hair. You must think you can't understand a woman who changes the color of her eyes to a phosphor just like Wilfried.

"Really?... Dear Rosemayne, can I have it?

"Dear Dietrinde?

... Yes? How do you expect me to be so confident?

Is this possibly ordered by the Lord's Candidate of the Great Territories to "come here too"? To unexpected developments I lean my neck, bewildered without knowing how to deal with it.

"I don't like it, Dear Dietrinde. Didn't you say Rosemaine would hand it out to your own friends? I don't think your words and actions from earlier were very personal to your friends."

When Eglantine, the number one Lords' Candidate in Classenburg, blamed him with a soft smile, your friend, who got a phosphor first, nodded cocklessly to agree with it.

... Oh, intermediate, lower nobles belong to a slightly stronger faction to get them protected from tyrannical power like this.

Aerensbach would have to obey if he were ordered to, but if the higher-ranking Classenburg stopped, Aerensbach would now have to back off.

For the first time I realized the position of intermediate, lower nobility by being sheltered by Eglantine, who is not my body or guardian. At the same time, I knew what they wanted from the top of their faction.

... I, in the House of Lords, have to take care to be as friendly as possible with the higher realms, and when I return to Aerenfest, I have to protect my faction's intermediate, lower nobility as the top group of factions.

But Dietrinde didn't give up when Eglantine pinched his mouth. He opened his deep green eyes once to his surprise, and after a few blinks, he shook his eyelashes sadly and lowered his eyes.

"I'm always worried about Master Rosemaine. She's an important cousin who's had a hard time sleeping for two years."

... Huh? Huh? An important cousin? Who's who?

"Maybe it's become a little tough for the others, but it's something called love within you. Master Rosemayne must know. Hey, Master Rosemaine?

...... I don't know. I don't even know what this looks like.

Too brilliantly returned my palm, I remained pompous and listened to Dietrinde's hot valve, but turned back to me and hurriedly denied Dietrinde's words. If you don't deny it yourself, all Dietrinde has to say will go through.

"... was I, Dear Dietrinde's cousin? I've never heard you say that before."

"I don't like it. I, Lady Rosemaine, misunderstood you, too."

What a sad thing, and just the soggy face of Dietrinde, the surroundings, especially the men, look away at first sight.

... I think it's an understanding, not a misunderstanding. What do I do, you farce? How am I supposed to clean it up?

"Dear Rosemaine, it was all a mistake. Aren't you my dear cousin?"

Dietrinde seems to push this farce through, even with his white eyes pointed from Eglantine and its surroundings.

"Princess. So why don't you give your cousin, Dear Dietrinde, a phosphor, too?

As Goudrune laughs at Nicole, he grabs the vial Brunhilde had and gently puts it in my hand. At the same time, I saw a piece of paper that said, "Buy the status of Lord's Candidate Cousin of Arlensbach in public".

I decided to hand out the Lincoln to your friends to keep you safe. As Goudrune put it, it may not be a bad idea to buy your cousin's status.

... after they say whatever they want, so it's very sweet.

"I didn't know Master Dietrinde considered me an important cousin. From now on, please don't get along as a cousin."

Declaring the Lordship Candidates of all Territories in front would be difficult to treat them unhindered. I giggle nicely and offer a vial of Lincoln. Dietrinde laughed happily when she received the vial.

"Yes, let's continue to get along, Master Rosemayne."

By giving Dietrinde the test sample, I also wanted the other women to have the test sample. I counted the numbers, and now if it's just the women in the herd, I think I'll manage to make it.

After distributing the trial product and explaining how to use it, the story changes about Eglantine receiving an Anastasius escort at the graduation ceremony.

"I was to receive Prince Anastasius' escort because of Rosemayne's help."

"Were you? Let me know more."

The story of whose escort the royalty will escort seems to be very important politically, not just for women, but also for male customers to listen to Eglantine.

"Nevertheless, Lady Rosemaine had an interaction with Lady Eglantine, even though she had already returned to Aerenfest at the beginning of her socialization"

"My first tea party was when I was invited by music teachers. Then, before returning, you were invited to the Tea Party. I feel really comfortable being close to Master Eglantine because I have a limited time in the House of Lords."

You started socializing a long time ago, and the surroundings have a surprising look, but Dietrinde looked worried as sympathetic.

"Master Eglantine is graduating now, so you're very careful, aren't you?

"Well, really, Master Dietrinde is a worry. Even if you don't worry so much, Lord Rosemayne and I have promised to continue to get along. Hey?"

Eglantine smiles at me as she restrains Dietrinde. I also smiled and nodded at the smile of such a goddess.

"Um, Master Rosemaine..."

When I turned to you with a trembling little voice, I shook my hand in front of my chest, and Hannelore of Dunkelferger stood with a face like a great determination.

"Dear Hannelore,"

"There was something I wanted to say to Lady Rosemaine..."

... Good. I can finally say hello.

And I was brought down from my chair, and stood before Hannelore. Either Hannelore will be small, but he is certainly bigger than I am. I looked up and found my rabbit-like red eyes moistening and shaking.

"I thought I had to greet you properly, too. Something was just wrong."

I greet you again. Then, after Hannelore had seen me as bewildered, he greeted me to keep up.

... Is that it? Sounds like Master Hannelore wasn't here to say hello? Have I failed something?

Hannelore also looks anxious to me and looks around. I found my curious eyes turning this way to see what would begin.

"I, Lady Rosemayne, have spoken to you about your brother, but that's not what I'm saying on this occasion. Let's take another chance."

... what is it? Is there anything related to Master Restylaut that would make it difficult?

He triumphed with oddity at Ditter and withdrew Dunkelferger's demand to be Lord of the Schwartz and refused the rematch request through the dorm warden. Maybe I can push a hell of a challenge that I can't speak of in public.

"Not only that, but I was wondering if you and I could be friends..."

That's what Hannelore said in a mojo. I turn my gaze toward Brunhilde, then I turn blue.

... Seriously, it was impossible! Oh no! I don't have any more test pieces! Lady Hannelore has been talking to Brother Wilfried for a long time, so I didn't think he was interested in Lincoln. What am I gonna do?

Maybe I had to bring it here to the Great Territories? It's hard to say "I want a test piece" in a large territory after I've distributed all the test pieces. It's the first thing I want you to claim like a big territory. I speak honestly with my head in the sudden impossibility.

"Dear Hannelore, I'm so sorry, but I've already handed out the trial."

"... Huh?

His eyes, once opened to surprise, lay low and his head shakes several times slowly. From me, who may have lost sight of his expression from others due to a slight lean down, but is shorter than Hannelore, I can still see his dismayed face round to the point of crying.

... ooh! They made me look so disappointed! What am I gonna do? Help me, Justkus!

When I accidentally looked back at the goudrone, a goudrone with a nickel and a laugh walked quietly and stood behind me.

"Dear Rosemayne, Dr. Solange has told me that Hannelore of Dunkelferger is often in the library. As a testament to your friends, how about I lend you the princess's book?

That's what Goudrune said as he gently held my shoulder. If I looked wide open and looked back at the Goudloon, I nodded one thing so that there was no doubt. The question of when the hell did you get such information from Solange just passed my mind for a moment, but it was immediately filled with important information.

"Well! Does Master Hannelore like books?

"... uh, yeah, right. I don't hate you."

Hannelore nodded with her face up. Even though few lord candidates visit the library, Hannelore apparently goes to the library often. If I had started reading in the library from the time I finished my lecture, Hannelore would have been in the library about after I returned to Aerenfest. If we hadn't made such a mistake, we would have gotten along sooner.

... Ooh! Book lover princess, discover! I want to get along with this. I'd love to get along. This must be the guide of Mestionora, the goddess of wisdom! Hiccup!

I was so tense that I already wanted to pray to God on the spot that I felt magic rushing through my body, but just as there are so many Lordship candidates, I am hesitant to pray right after being evilly told to grow up in the temple, and I manage to endure.

"Dear Hannelore, I, I have some knight stories, but which do you prefer: stories that weigh heavily on battle or stories that revolve around love? Do you still prefer stories that weigh heavily on the battle because you are a Lordship candidate at Dunkelferger?

"I prefer stories that focus more on love."

After a little thought, Hannelore said so in a quiet tone. I just imagine Hannelore, who seems to be inwardly enjoying a love story, very soothing.

... Master Hannelore likes both, but he likes love stories. Hmm.

Then let's lend her a romantic-centered knight's story, written by her mother, and explore her preferences as she asks what she thinks. If it was, maybe we could make a book together. My dreams seem to swell up indefinitely.

"Then I'll have it delivered soon. I'm so happy to have friends who like books."

When I smiled in full, Hannelore also smiled modestly and lovingly, as if in a ho. And then I hit my hand like a hack.

"Um, then I'll lend you some books instead, too. What books does Master Rosemaine prefer?

... Hey, what do I do? Master Hannelore may be an angel. A precious angel who lends me books. The use of Mestionora, goddess of wisdom. Oh, my friend!

I left myself to excitement and joy, and now it was the moment I raised my hand to pray to God, a good power caged in the hand of the goudrone that was placed on my shoulder. I can tell by the power of that hand that they're telling me to "contain it". I looked up at Hannelore while I managed to contain the magic that circled my body in search of an exit.

"I would do anything with a book, but if I could, I'd like to read a knight's story or a love story like the one that's being passed on to Dunkelferger."

"Okay. I'll have it delivered as soon as I can. Please be close, Master Rosemaine."

Hannelore, who laughed happily ever after, took my hands halfway up to pray, and shook them softly.

... What, you princess! She's so cute! Lovely book lover. What am I supposed to do, I found your best friend!

I also fall apart from Hannelore's adorable tricks.

"Welcome, don't get along, Dear Hannelore.... ah..."

So my consciousness was interrupted.

When I realized I was in bed. I exhale into a familiar sensation from a long time ago.

"... I haven't done this in a long time"

Apparently, I was too excited about your new wonderful friend. Without praying or transferring magic to the Demon Stone, it seems that the amount of magic that was going around the body exceeded the tolerance that should have been enlivened and enlarged in Yurevé with Papan.

... When I recover, I have to go and apologize to Master Hannelore with the book.
