Ascendance of a Bookworm

Hartmoot's Married Persons

Once we were headed to the space where the civilians were, Haltmoot comes back with the girl with the blue cape together. If I thought I was some kind of familiar kid, I was a civilian apprentice accompanying Hannelore at a library tea party.

Three braids of scorched tea are shaking on my back. Those eyes are the same blue as Dunkelferger's cloak. She'll stick alongside the tall Hultmoot, so she'll be taller too. It feels so initial to me that I'm shyly slightly dyeing my cheeks and walking half a step behind Haltmut.

"Dunkelferger..."

Feeling an unpleasant sound in the sheikh's groaning, I leaned my neck. The Chief Cleric exhales lightly.

"Many Dunkelferger women are highly reckoned. I don't know how much information they'll take. Now, can Haltmoot control the array?

"Dear Ferdinand, is it also a past that you don't like about Dunkelferger women?

"... no, a general theory"

Is it the kind of territory where high calculations are spoken of as general theory? Although the Dunkelferger woman only knows Hannelore, she has never felt otherwise calculating.

"I'm Clarissa, a fifth grade senior civilian apprentice at Dunkelferger."

Oh, my God, it seems that Hartmoot's girlfriend was Clarissa who gave me the Dunkelferger story. Just because I've already read some of her stories increases my liking.

"Finally, I'm glad to finally introduce you to Master Rosemaine," Clarissa said in a first-person greeting and in the face of senselessness.

... Speaking of which, was Haltmoot dating a lot of girls?

"This is how they introduce us, so Clarissa decided to marry Haltmoot, right? Where was the deciding factor? Well, I just wanted to ask for your information."

Haltmoot is pretty unusual, but where did you like it? I could not ask, and I asked far away the decision maker of marriage.

"Does Lady Rosemayne remember having a Ditter fight with Dunkelferger last year?

"Yes, of course."

"It was then."

Haltmoot, a civilian apprentice, should not have been in the Ditter battlefield, but did he get along while exchanging information about Ditter? Clarissa dyes her cheeks and opens her mouth to me wondering.

"I was really impressed then."

Clarissa began to talk not about meeting Haltmoot, but about how wonderful it was for me, the smallest in the House of Lords, to flirt with the knight apprentices of Dunkelferger using odd tactics.

"To serve Lord Rosemayne in the future, I made up my mind to marry Lord Aerenfest."

... Huh? Hartmoot, it doesn't matter at all!?

With the intelligence gathering she started from there, Clarissa apparently started looking for an Aerenfest man who seemed to match herself with magic. He must be a senior aristocrat of the same grade or above, in a position to be near me at the time of his marriage, who is likely to obtain permission from his parents. Given Aerenfest's ranking, it is difficult to enter into marriage in the senior nobility of Aerenfest and the senior nobility of Dunkelferger.

He said there were only two people near me, Brother Cornelius and Haltmut, who performed well, who fit Clarissa's terms. I quickly put in an exploration, and Brother Cornelius refused "because there are thinkers," but Haltmoot was a freelance man who was getting information while getting along with girls from various territories.

"I thought Hartmoot was the only one, and I applied for you to stay with me on the assumption of marriage."

Hmm, and when I was listening, the mother's voice came down from behind, "Yes, so". Surprised and looking back, your mother is taking notes, looking as if she were my civilian.

"How did you communicate your thoughts to Haltmoot?

It was Haltmoot who answered your mother's question. With a bitter smile, I clasp my shoulders.

"Clarissa was enthusiastic. He put his foot on me, he pushed me down, he stuck a weapon in my throat."

"... Yes?

"For a moment, I didn't know what happened"

Clarissa apparently showed off her force by the touch of her body and pressed her to give her a challenge to marry. And take the challenge from Haltmoot, who felt his life was in danger, and complete it all. In the process, Hartmoot and the friendly lover candidates kicked off one after the other, he said. For Clarissa, love seems to be something she wins with enthusiasm and guts.

... Dunkelferger's love story can be established even for men and women. It's a new discovery, but I didn't want to know. I can't believe Clarissa's a seemingly normal kid.

"And I am finally able to go out with you on the premise of marriage, and this is how you can introduce me to Master Rosemaine.

It's embarrassing to talk about your love like this, Clarissa says with a lit face, but I didn't feel like listening to your love story at all.

... Because it's unexpected that Blade Wound Shake is a tame start for the two of us.

I turn my gaze to Hartmoot standing next to Clarissa. Can I marry a woman who stands on her normal face but suddenly pokes her weapon at me?

"What does Haltmoot think about marriage? Well, it seemed like a shocking encounter..."

"Sure, the encounter was a shock, but no matter how enthusiastic you talk about Master Rosemaine, Clarissa listens enthusiastically, and no matter how much you get into Master Rosemaine, there's no indication that it's going to be a fight at all, so I don't think it's any better luck than this"

... What shall we do? I'd like to celebrate for Haltmoot, but maybe a combination I don't really want to celebrate for me.

Mmm, and worried, Clarissa tightened her illuminated face and looked straight at me. Maybe he felt opposed. Shit, I thought, sooner than I open my mouth, Clarissa sparkles Dunkelferger-like strong blue eyes.

"But serving Hartmoot's marriage and Master Rosemaine is another thing. I would love to serve Lord Rosemaine. I want you to acknowledge that, and I ask you to set up this place in Haltmoot."

From there, Clarissa's self-appeal began. Clarissa is a civilian over Wu who became a civilian because she fell into the selection exam to become a knight apprentice, and she complains that she can also be escorted because she still trains and trains with the knight apprentice, and that she can be up front in negotiations with Dunkelferger.

... Is that it? I'm being introduced to my men, aren't I? I'm totally in the mood for a job interview.

"I said I was a civilian over Wu and I could also escort him, but what can I do as a civilian who is the main business? What kind of research are you investing in, withholding graduation next year?

The clergyman next door seems to be in the complete mood of an interviewer as well. What research do you do in the House of Lords? I listen to it in quite detail. Clarissa is apparently researching magic equipment to aid in a wide range of influential sorceries.

"And I, not just a civil servant, have done all I can to be recognized as a civil servant of Lord Rosemaine."

What Clarissa offered Ba was a bunch of paper.

"It's for a copy of our book. Heard from Haltmoot, except for the same book as Aerenfest's collection, we have two books for you."

"Isn't Clarissa a very enthusiastic and good boy, Haltmut? Me, I already have a story for you, and I can't believe you did a copy like this...... I'm hiring!

"I don't have enough thought, fool! At least take a look at the contents before you rate it."

I am sighed out as if I were frightened, and I glance through the copy given by Clarissa. Finally, I also thought about Clarissa marrying Haltmoot and getting close to me, but there is no downside to Aerenfest. If you insist, it's just a little cumbersome to have more Virgin Believers like Haltmoot II around me.

"The letters are beautiful, and I think they're well done. Besides, I don't think it's bad for Aerenfest to be able to connect with Dunkelferger. Can't you, Master Ferdinand?

I looked up at the chief priest next door, anxious that he might disagree. My guardian, Clarissa also waits with a tense face for the word of the chief priest who has the right to decide.

"... Hmm. I'm a little anxious about the negotiating aspect in a civilian than Wu, but Haltmut will make up for it there. If you think you can bring Clarissa in, you can do whatever you want."

Clarissa's blue eyes, full of anticipation, move to me for permission from the chief cleric.

"Now let's talk again after Clarissa marries Haltmoot and moves to Aerenfest"

"Thank you, I know."

Haltmut advanced a step forward as the interview with Clarissa, who dyed her cheeks with delight, went through a paragraph.

"Dear Ferdinand, Rymund came here earlier. They want to submit the assignment directly if they can give you some time."

"Oh, bring him in"

Haltmoot and Clarissa took him up and walked to Aerenfest's civilian space. I can see Clarissa talking with a happy look on her face and Haltmoot answering that too.

"Is Clarissa a common Dunkelferger woman?

"The atmosphere is a lot different than the Dunkelferger woman I know. That must be the thought circuit knighthood."

"It was shocking to see force on the occasion of conveying thoughts. How am I supposed to write this? It's hard."

I don't think I need to force myself to write as a romantic tale, though my mother left me with a troubled face. Wouldn't it be good in a how-to book called How to Drop a Dunkelferger Women's Man? I think it will be a must-read for boys in other areas who could be snuggled up by Dunkelferger women.

"Dear Ferdinand, Dear Rosemaine. We've brought Rymund."

Haltmoot and Clarissa brought Lymund back. Apparently Clarissa wants to know the level of clergy and the civilian I recognize. Rymund, a student of another realm named Arlensbach, but recognized by the Cleric Chief and me for his usefulness, is a rival for Clarissa to enhance herself.

... something like the relationship between the Chief Cleric and Mr. Heishitze, huh?

Lymund puts together a vine-colored cloak of Arlensbach, with a refreshing, clean look. It turns out, however, that the face had a strong color of sleep deprivation and even studied it to the point of criticism in order to show the chief cleric the challenge directly.

Reimnt greets the clergyman with a tense face and submits the challenges he had. The chief cleric took the challenge offered and the addition began on the spot. Interestingly, Haltmut and Clarissa peek in as well. The challenge is to save small amounts of energy on the transfer formations I was asking for, so I peered in with them.

"The improvements here are not bad. However, adding the magic formation here in this way will aid the magic of the magic stone and consequently save the amount of magic of the surgeon."

"Is it auxiliary by Demon Stone?... the challenge was to make it easier for lower nobles to move, but is the Demon Stone that easy to prepare?

"It wouldn't be that hard to prepare the demon stone, would it?

Neither in the amount of magic, nor in the abundance of materials that it possesses, should it be based on the Chief Cleric in studying it.

"Even civilians get Demon Stones if they defeat Warcraft, so I think it's better to have auxiliary magic formations."

That's what Clarissa said, who was peeking in as impressed with the magic formation. See Clarissa as Chief Cleric and Lymund were surprised.

"Civilians get demon stones?

"If you go hunting in the woods, even civilians naturally encounter warcraft. Weak Warcraft can defeat them, and there are stone shops in the city that buy out demon stones hunted by civilians, so I'm not sure what the situation is that lower nobles don't get demon stones."

... Dunkelferger is apparently a strong civilian as well. I'm glad I'm not Dunkelferger's kid. He was definitely dead.

"Is there a stone shop or something in the lower town where the civilians live?

Seeing the chief clergyman and Lymund tilting their necks, maybe it's not in Arlensbach and Aerenfest. I don't know if it's in Aerenfest because I lived in Lower Town but didn't walk out much.

In the meantime, see if even scum demon stones are valid, and if they are, also in view of increasing the number of auxiliary magic formations, the Chief Cleric finishes the addition.

"Is that a new challenge...... Rosemaine, do you want anything?

The Chief Cleric has spoken to me about the next challenge that does not immediately come to mind in the absence of materials at hand. I nod heavily. If you want Rymund to improve it, you have as much magic as you want.

"I want you to improve the magic equipment in the library that appears in the materials you borrowed from Dr. Solange."

I will line up the magic equipment of the library that was found in Solange's materials. Lots of magic equipment came out to show time and glow and magic equipment to clean the building, magic equipment to keep the loud voices down in the browsing room, magic equipment to stop old materials from decaying and magic equipment to keep books from getting damaged by sunlight.

"What kind of magic formation is it?

"I don't know. It was not drawn in the dossier. But I want magic equipment that will help the library. Dr. Solange would be helpful if we could have magic equipment that saved us as much magic as possible."

When I heard of the pre-construction I had put out, the chief priest exhaled lightly.

"I have some material. Let's build on that."

It seems that some of the magic equipment was made by Hirschühl's master's master's master, and only a little material was left about it.

"You might want to go to the library once for research. I wish there was a magic formation where I could easily tell..."

As Reimnt began to make plans for the future, Clarissa glistened her blue eyes and looked at the Chief Cleric.

"Dear Ferdinand, do not give me a challenge either"

"Clarissa gets the assignment from Rosemaine. He is a near hopeful of Rosemaine, not my apprentice hopeful"

As Bassari and truncated Clarissa have turned their gaze on this one, think of magic equipment to catch users trying to take it out unauthorized in the library, and put out the challenge.

Looks like the arena ditter ended while we were talking about the magic equipment in the library. Loufen's voice told me that all ditters were over. At the same time, after this, there will be an award ceremony, so when the five bells ring, students will be told to go down to the arena.

"Now go back to your place"

Inspired by the Cleric Chief, Reimnt and Clarissa return to their respective territorial locations with seemingly remorseful faces. Sounds like you enjoyed the magic rigging. I also had so much fun talking about magic equipment to put in the library.

A simple cleanup is carried out until the five bells ring. Civilian apprentices clean up the important magic equipment and other items that they were sending out for research presentations, and side service apprentices clean up the tea utensils and treats that they were sending out to their guests.

And colored colors and five bells rang. Stand up with a face like Wilfried and Charlotte couldn't wait.

We're heading to the arena, Rosemaine.

"Please don't come down first from Brother Wilfried as we will be crowded once we head there. Please help me get the students together downstairs. Charlotte should give instructions to get down in order, right? I'm here to keep my strength at bay."

My top priority is to keep my health warm so I don't fall in front of the royal family. Wilfried and Charlotte, who know that, nod loudly and start giving instructions to the students.

"Time to go. We'll see how it goes in front of you when you get down."

That's what the clergyman said when he saw the majority of Aerenfest students descend downstairs. Parents are going to move forward like they were watching Ditter and look down on the award ceremony.

"I hope you get a lot of top performers out of Aerenfest"

Saying so to the Chief Cleric, I rise up cathartically. The amulet suddenly lowering to my arm reacted. When I wonder if it glowed, the hun and the blue and white light fly like an automatic counterattack on Rufen.

"... Huh?

It was almost at the same time that I blinked at the events so suddenly that the Chief Cleric drew me and Brother Eckhardt put out a stamp to be vigilant. The reaction is delayed for a moment, and Brother Cornelius, Leonore, and Eudit hold the stamp.

"Whew!?

I heard screams relatively close. Brother Cornelius and Leonore rush out to where that voice sounded, and Eudit hits the alert alone. Brother Cornelius immediately dragged out a student who had been hit back by an amulet.

This is the man who attacked Lady Rosemayne.

"No. I didn't intend to attack the Lordship Candidate."

In response to an amulet counterattack, being dragged out and turning bright blue was Inmeldink's senior aristocrat, who was frustrated with being out of order by Aerenfest in 10th place until last year. He seemed jealous of Haltmut, who had been shaken by a lady from the Great Territories and was to be associated with Clarissa from the Great Territories because of the change in the ranking of the Territories.

Apparently he impulsively threw demonic stones at Haltmoot's feet. But because I stood up and Haltmoot moved along with it, the amulet was to be activated and fought back. I think he's pretty unlucky.

They attacked other Lords' candidates, even though they had different goals. There can't be any blame at all. But there is no need for me to make a mess bigger before the award ceremony. Later it would be best to have adults discuss it with each other.

"I am not going to punish you from me because of Master Ferdinand's painful eyes in person. We'll leave your complaint to Aub Aerenfest."

I entrusted the clergyman with the processing concerning Inmeldink, and tried to descend with horsemen to the arena with my proximity. Apply a little force to the hand that the Chief Cleric was grasping my arm.

"Rosemaine, I should have run out of amulets to react to physical attacks now. Be careful not to let the escort knight leave your surroundings. I don't know in what way the jealousy of the territory that Aerenfest overtook will come out."

Hearing the chief cleric's words, Brother Cornelius nodded with a hard look, not mine.

There are already a lot of students down in the arena where the awards ceremony takes place, and I can see the colorful cloaks solidifying and lining up. There were also the bright loess colors of Aerenfest, as there were the Vilfleet and Charlotte, who had already come down.

"That's Aerenfest."

"Step down with a horseman towards that circle"

With Haltmoot at the forefront of the civilian apprenticeship, a side-service apprenticeship descends, and I descend in a way surrounded by escort knights.

All the students lined up on the arena, and royalty came in. Surrounded by the knights with their black cloaks, one after the other descends a horseman with wide wings.

A familiar knight captain followed him as an escort, and when he saw him leave before Anastasius or Eglantine, he knew immediately who was king.

... younger than I thought.

You look like someone your father's age. The face is similar to Anastasius, but more penetrating. Beginning with the king, the royal family dressed in a heavy costume and went up to the altar. The King and the First Lady, the young royalty thought to be Gigisvalt and his wife, and Anastasius and Eglantine. Apparently, Hildebrandt, who hasn't been revealed, has left a message.

"In the winter, which is subjected to the strict sorting of the god of life, Averibe, they were also subjected to the strict sorting, and gathered here"

The award ceremony began with the King's greeting. Magic equipment that amplifies the sound echoes the voice of a good king into the arena. I was watching the royalty forward as I let my heart pour into my first award ceremony. Eglantine is so beautiful even looking away like this. Beautiful Touri hair accessories to enhance that blonde hair. I sighed with admiration.

All of a sudden, a loud explosion sounded in several places and the firepillar rose.
