Ascendance of a Bookworm
Magic Spraying Prayer Ceremony Part II
I woke up in the middle of the night. Cold sweat keeps my back snug and a terrible nasty wake. I should have dreamed of something, but I can't remember. Leonore opened the tent and peeked into my face as I looked at her frustrated that unconnected memories seemed to connect and unconnected.
"Dear Rosemaine, your face is not a good color. Shall I bring you the artifact? When you wake up, your Rezelator tells you that magic can reduce discomfort, and you use all the magic of the Divine Gem."
According to Leonore, the escort knights purposefully emptied the magic of the artifact after dinner. I am delighted with that care, and I shall ask you to bring me the Divine Fixture.
... I'm hungry, I suck at sleeping, my body is weak...
I sit on the edge of my bedroom trying to hold a heavy head and pour magic into the god's fixture that Leonore brought me. I came rushing into the room with Greater Tier just loosely tying her hair together. I think Leonore woke me up. Unless you are a Greater Tier with a name dedication, you cannot touch me with the silver cloth removed, so the burden of Greater Tier is really great.
Gretia realized that my sleeping sweat was terrible and immediately began to get ready to change.
"Vashen is enough without having to prepare for a bath, Greater. Take advantage of the magic stones around here."
There are many demonic stones with which I have cast my magic. While granting permission for use to Greater, I pour magic into the artifacts offered by Leonore.
I felt neat in Vashen, the Greater Tier, and Leonore offered the shield of Szeria when I changed into another bedroom outfit. This is the last artifact. I'm going to put some magic into that, too. Unexpectedly feeling some sign, I looked around, touching the shield of Szeria.
"What is it, Master Rosemaine?
"Downstairs...... In directions, there are signs of something around the dining room or living room. Similar to when Jervagio came out from behind the altar, it felt like something was nearby...... It's not Jervagio, is it? Speaking of which, I haven't received a report on what happened to him since..."
Leonore nodded as if something had happened when I said that while searching in a direction with signs. I turned my gaze up to think a little, then smiled small with Kus.
"This is in Lord Rosemayne's cavalry, so I don't think anyone can break in without permission. You said you would work in the living room, Master Ferdinand. If you're curious, do you want to go check it out? You might want to take a look at it because it still doesn't have a superior complexion even if you supply magic to the artifact."
Leonore looks back at Greater as he says so.
"Greater Tier. I'm sorry, Master Rosemaine's summons. You'll want a loosely tightened room to lay down even as it is. You can go back to your room, as Rosemayne will rest after you return."
"I'm afraid so."
I was forced to change into my room clothes and put my hair together, although not exactly. Feathered with a silver cape, as he left the room with Leonore, Angelica rushed over "late" and softly held me up.
"Lady Rosemaine, please wait until I arrive in your room. I am commanded not to let you walk as hard as you can."
Noticed by Angelica with a crisp face, I gave myself quietly to Angelica with a small laugh.
The lights are leaking from the living room on the ground floor. When I approached him, Brother Eckhardt turned up.
"Come in, Master Ferdinand says"
"Did you find out I was coming?
"That's all the gods can do. He can't possibly move and not understand."
... The power of the gods is like a cat bell?
When I walked into the living room, the space where I usually drink tea after meals was completely like an office room. Ferdinand seems to be doing the work he brought from the castle in the living room, as there is only enough space in his room to put his sleeping quarters and clothes and other luggage.
"What's up? Can't you sleep?
"I don't remember anymore, but I seem to have woken up with a nasty dream. If you were putting magic into the artifact, there would be some sign of it..."
Like when Jervagio came out of the back of the altar, he replied that he felt signs that something was there even though he was invisible.
"I thought it was something, but it seemed like it was Master Ferdinand I felt this time"
"Ho..."
As Ferdinand sat next to himself, he pointed to the empty part of the couch. Bring me down where Angelica has been instructed. I'm a little restless because of the strange signs I haven't felt before coming from Ferdinand.
"Dear Ferdinand, what happened to Jervagio?
"Master Eglantine and the others captured him and peeked into his memory, he said. In the meantime, there will be an announcement about formal punishment"
I exhaled in relief at the report that I was being caught.
"I was wondering what I would do if I was on the run, so it would be a relief if they captured me safely"
"Master Eglantine and Prince Anastasius have lost half of their escort knights on their way together, so I don't think they're safe..."
"Huh!? What do you mean by half?
I blinked, but Ferdinand begins to take out a number of pieces of paper from the material piled up with a face that seems uninteresting.
"It's an issue that the new Zent and her supporting husband should overcome. I don't need you to think extra. [M] More than that, I'd like to talk about the Alexandria design that needs to be done as soon as possible."
The moment I realized that the lined paper was the new Alexandria blueprint, the thing about Jervagio flew out of my head.
"I tried to take in as much of the ideal city as you were talking about, but the library is too central"
"If you don't focus on the library even if you say something like that, what does it center on?
What shall I do without a library in the heart of the city which I make? When I complained, Ferdinand looked disgusted.
"The heart of the aristocratic district seems fine with castles, libraries and research facilities. It's a library where you come in and out frequently and aim to secure your own room. Making it away from the castle can be an inadvertent danger. Sounds like you're going to connect the castle room to the library room room room in a transfer team, but if the escort knight couldn't get you on the transfer team, I don't know if it's too far away for the escort knight."
They can't allow too many unspecified people to come in and out because of security. However, unlike Aerenfest, which makes a difference in status between the North and the South, Alexandria seems to be making it as close as possible to each family and library by making it so that it is higher up to the center of the city, or making a separate library from the library in the castle to make it easier for children to enter after an apprenticeship or baptism ceremony.
"But I want a library that's available to everyone.... Ugh, it's my territory. It's important for anyone in Alexandria to be able to read books."
"It's not wrong as the future direction of the city, but I have to say it's premature given the literacy rate of the civilian population. And the rebellion of the nobles."
I feel like I'm out of the ideal city. Ferdinand waved to my appeal, "Listen to others till the end".
"Alexandria is the new territory of the incarnation of the goddess, so I think if we think about the whole city, including civilians, we should focus on the temple"
Because we're going to rebuild it from scratch, they just need to incorporate the good things about Aerenfest's temple. They put a workshop, an orphanage, a place of life for the blue priests, a temple set up with a prayer room for the gods to perform rituals between the lower town and the aristocratic district.
"And if you give a millionaire a temple class where you were talking about when, it gradually becomes natural for civilians to come and go. At first it will be in the form of only the users of the temple classroom, but it will be possible to set up a library room that will also allow access to the civilian population. I don't need to rush. What matters is how you accept the first step."
It's the same as a library in the House of Lords, which needs a system of deposits, etc. to prevent book theft, etc. and will be a membership-based library for a while, Ferdinand said. But that was the same thing when I looked back at the library history of the Reino era. I feel a little itchy wanting to move forward with more times, but I also know that it would be difficult if the printing industry didn't thrive and the price of books didn't drop.
"I think opening the temple classes and temple library for millionaires is very good"
If millionaire children make connections with nobility and open temple classes as places to wear standing and behaving, etc., it becomes normal for millionaire children to attend temple classes. They will also try to get in there looking for merchants and aristocratic patrons who manage to stretch out. Those moves are obvious if you look at the Gutenbergs.
"Then the perspective you were talking about zoning is really interesting, but when you sort it out, the city's functionality is too biased towards library and printing. We need to sort things out a little more realistically. What do you say, first of all, because we build a building that is central to the civilian population, such as the damaged port of Lanzenave, the aristocratic district, the temple, the commercial guilds and each association, and then we zone out with the views of the civilian population?
Ferdinand smiles, saying it would be just fine if we made it a place to train the civilians who have only ever given orders.
"I think it would be a good idea to set up a place to talk to civilians and replace them sequentially, because doing a lot of Entovickern throughout the city would be a burden on the civilian population. Refer to Earlensbach's stuff for building style. One climate. Very different from Aerenfest. Because it's the best way to fit the land."
"As for the Plantain and Gilberta Chambers of Commerce, we were going to employ the shop intervals that had been submitted at the time of Grechelle's Entvickern?
"Send this form of interval and leave it to their discretion"
Although better suited to the climate, user-friendly public takeovers are completely different for individuals. I think we should choose what we value.
"I can't move them without a home or shop, so I'm going to build a new Gutenberg and other shops and workshops in Entovickern in the heart of Lower Town, where commercial guilds and so on stand."
"I'm sure there's nothing wrong with this because you pay so much attention to detail, but are you able to secure the part where the families of the craftsmen live?
"... oh, of course"
After Ferdinand lay his eyes down a little, he quickly began to clean up the paper he was spreading.
"I would have liked to have seen some more. It's terrible, Master Ferdinand. Please spread it again"
"That's enough for today because you're going to be so excited.... It's time for one bell to ring. Looks like you should sleep once. Would you have felt a little better? Do you think you can sleep?
Asked Ferdinand, I shook my neck beside him.
"... I don't really want to sleep right now because sleeping adds magic. I sleep when I really want to."
"How's your hunger? Dinner didn't seem to be much for complaining about hunger, but isn't it still hungry? Rather, does that mean it's getting worse?
Asked Ferdinand, I nodded cocklessly. I'm still hungry after dinner, and now I'm hungrier.
"... Master Ferdinand is right. Do you have any idea?
Ferdinand looks around after saying "not at all". After giving him a look like he was looking for something, he vashed his own hand.
"Master Ferdinand?
Ferdinand draped a little red medicine on his fingertips and pressed his medicated fingertips against my lips. Watching the fingertips immediately away be wiped with a handkerchief, Ferdinand asked, "Is it bitter?," he asked.
I try to lick my lips a little as I imagine the bitter and exciting taste. There is little bitterness compared to the flavour I expected. Although my tongue still tingles.
"No...... Not so much."
"Then good. Then it is believed that the hunger you are feeling stems from the fact that your magic is dwindling too much. Too little magic is causing your body to complain about the crisis. Let's just say it's definitely nearing magic depletion."
Normally, healing pills are used when magic is reduced. The magic continues to decrease for a long period of time, and she doesn't feel it because she should have slept and recovered, but doesn't use magic to recover immediately.
"I felt a sense of hunger between the supply of Arlensbach. Instead of using magic all at once, it seems to me that it feels as if it's being shredded little by little.... but it gets very painful over time from here. After this, I just want to reduce it all at once."
"Will it be any more painful?
I thought I didn't want to anymore. I tried to get away from Ferdinand by accident.
"I want to take it to a state of depletion at once. I could also confirm that if the power of the gods diminished, there would be less pain in re-dyeing."
"... Really?"
Ferdinand is somewhat motivated, but given that this pain still persists, I find myself in a hurry.
"You told me to draw as many magic formations of healing? Can't you do that magic formation with a cop and do a bunch of them at the same time?
Ferdinand said there was no need to name the gods in Coppell. I tilt my neck thinking a little bit.
"Surely we don't need the names of the gods, and if we just photograph the magic formations of healing, unlike Vashen and others, we're unlikely to have a tsunami-scale failure like a tsunami without being able to exert force or subtract. But I don't have that big of a demon paper. Coppell can only be photographed where there is magic."
"If you can photograph it where it's full of magic, can you see a land containing magic, albeit a little scarce, on demon paper?
Ferdinand is right, the ground does contain magic. Even the House of Lords collection yard has a magic formation embedded in the ground, so it's not like you can't.
"I've never experimented outside, but I don't think there's anything I can do. But I don't know how much magic formation can expand, even if there's a coppel on the ground. Because we don't have time to study expansion or shrinkage."
It is Ferdinand who told us to put the experiment of enlargement and shrinkage behind us because we do not have time. You remembered that, and Ferdinand frowned a little too.
"Right...... I thought maybe we could cover the whole of Alexandria with healing magic formations, like the magic formations that covered the entire House of Lords, but even your insane Coppell doesn't seem to be able to do that."
"Before you speak of my coppel as insane, be aware of the insanity of your ideas. Isn't that a massive sorcery created by Lord Airvermeen and the gods when the ancient, much closer gods were than they are today?"
I don't want Ferdinand calling me insane trying to do that in Alexandria. It is a magical formation in which ancient Zent attaches the cooperation of the gods through Airvermeen and combines a number of magical formations based on the demonic stones of Airvermeen to establish the House of Lords.
"I can do things of that magnitude in this day and age..."
I stopped the word there. Something just flashed in my head.
"Yes, maybe"
"Wait! Going to install Air Vermeen or Gods cooperation is a rejection. Let's think of another way. It would be more certain if you could widen this Riding Beast Demon Stone as much as you can, copy the healing magic formations there, and widen it as far as possible with Clarissa's wide-area magic auxiliary magic."
You said it yourself, and Ferdinand immediately dismissed it. I, um, after thinking about it, put out a book of "Gluthris Heights" and Mestionora to search.
"... no. You don't have to go ask Master Airvermeen or the gods to help you. If it's an Airvermeen shard, Ferdinand has it, and the Gods have it here."
Ferdinand raised one eyebrow when I showed him my hand as a buzz.
"I'm feeling so bitter, don't you think it's okay to use the power of the gods a little bit more selfishly? Besides, the restoration of ancient large-scale witchcraft, Master Ferdinand would be interested, wouldn't he?
Laughing softly, Ferdinand looked disgusted, "We don't have time for long research," he said. However, I am very interested because I am going to take out a new piece of paper whilst saying something bumpy.
"I don't think it would be that hard to install a magic formation with multiple attributes, like the magic formation in the House of Lords, if it were only to extend the magic formation of healing. See, Master Ferdinand doesn't see it either."
I showed Ferdinand my book of Mestionora, which is written about ancient large-scale sorcery. Ferdinand will not be able to produce his own book of Mestionora on this occasion, where there are his closest friends.
Ferdinand leans his head a little and peeks in, staring at the magic formation.
"Hmm. If you're scoping with this, you're going to be able to cover the whole of Alexandria if you put a starting point on the foundation and set up a magic formation with all the boundary gates as an end point. Instead of the demonic stones of Airvermeen to be installed at the base, are they arr..."
"Constantness or endurance will fall, but I don't think it's going to be a problem if we petrify the demons with the power of the gods."
"No, if it's good once and for all, it's better to use it as it is, than to pour in another power. It should follow the way it's written here. It would be better to reproduce the experiment in as faithful a way as possible to the original magic formation than there is no time or material to repeat it. You can't fail."
While Ferdinand said so, he began writing something with tremendous momentum on the paper at hand. I think it's something close to a memorandum because the words are darned in line. Ferdinand moves his mouth without stopping his writing hand.
"Rosemaine, after breakfast, clean up the horseman and head back to the castle. I want you to do a copy of the magic formation on the shards of Airvermeen that you base in the castle's hidden room. Otherwise, it's time to keep your health warm. Command my clerk to send a message to all Geebe, and then send Haltmoot back to the temple with his sacred objects. Let Clarissa and Rhoderich be known to the nobles of the aristocracy."
"Okay."
"Leonore, Eckhardt. We will be sending guard knights out to each border gate. as to make that candidate and think about the assignment of work. Then ask the neighbors to inform and prepare to return to the castle after breakfast."
"Ha!"
The voice of Ferdinand, who gave instructions one after the other, went a short way. Feeling the spread of heat, I hurry to close the book of Mestionora. Looks like I've been using it too long.
Ferdinand glanced into my face worried, touching my forehead and wrist to flaunt my face.
"I'm actually going to do the part where I go to the boundary gate and install a magic formation, but it would take a lot of time to prepare the magic formation if it wasn't for you, who have the power of the gods and can shorten the time in Coppell. It will be night before the magic formation can be activated no matter how quickly.... One more day, can you stand it?
"It's a lot easier than when you didn't know how long it was going to last."
When he giggles and shows it, Ferdinand engraves a deep wrinkle between his eyebrows saying, "Stop the odd strengths". But I think we'll figure it out in a day or so.
"At the very least, rest in your room in case you travel or prepare for breakfast. I'd like to take a break, too."
Ferdinand began to clean up the materials quickly. Brother Eckhardt begins to help with that. I have been asleep since dinner and not very drowsy so I was unconscious, but Ferdinand is almost all night long. Is this going to move around again after breakfast?
... I know you're not going to take a break because you said "even if you hurry as much as you can at night" but you're worried.
When I finished breakfast, I went back to the castle. Each moves exactly as instructed. I was in Ferdinand's den. Ask Ferdinand to sharpen and flatten the white branches of Airvermeen a little with a Lanzenave knife, and carve a healing magic formation there with a copper.
"If we don't shrink quite a bit, we can't get magic formations into the branches, so we have to start by studying shrinkage."
"Aren't you an idiot? There is no such time. Just give up and paint the original magic formations small."
When I tried to experiment with shrinkage and enlargement on demonic paper, Ferdinand glanced at me with cold eyes. Ferdinand like that makes something while putting in tons of demonic stone and gold powder and seemingly precious materials one after the other. Thinking it was a very unspeakable atmosphere to say, "Draw fine, draw because you're not good at it," a piece of devil paper flew in.
"Let's see if we can get a picture of this magic formation."
I will copulate the magic formations Ferdinand has painted for me. I prepared as I was told, such as the magic formations to heal and the magic formations to use the branches as the basis for the magic formations. With little magic diminished in its present state, the magic team's coppel will soon be over.
"Done, Master Ferdinand"
"Then prepare the magic stones with the power of the gods"
And when I gathered all the demonic stones of all my attributes, and they were round and stuck together, and they were cylindrical, I gasped and stabbed the branches of Airvermeen. I originally put the demon stone on this, but after exploring the stable form because it is a branch, I decided to poke it. Surprisingly stable. This demonic stone will receive the power of the gods.
The smaller one shows the end point of the boundary gate, and the demonic stone, which was Rainbow Lesser Kun, has already been crushed once and shaped like a larger basin, with the branches of Airvermeen pierced.
Once you've engraved the magic formation on the bottom, it's done.
"Done. I stabbed a branch in the demon stone of the Gods' power and fixed it, how about that?
"It's the ease with which I don't think you're trying to recreate a very ancient massive magic trick and the insane way you are. I can't think of anything."
"I'm afraid I'll pay you a compliment."
I'll leave it to you to be praised. That's the best in mental health.
"If you are ready, rest a little. I don't know if I'm conscious or not, but my complexion isn't good. I'd love to let you go back to your room and rest on the bunk, if I could, but right now, you wouldn't be close enough?
By doing my work in a cage in Ferdinand's den, I give the proximity a break for a little while. If the two of them are in a concealed room together, if only a minimal escort knight guarding in front of the door, the others can rest.
"Dear Ferdinand, I think you need a break."
"I can't rest now, considering I have to be ready after your magic is exhausted. If you are ready without any problems, you should be able to rest one bell before activating the magic team."
... I don't think there's any problem.
"Why does Master Ferdinand do that for me?
As I watched Ferdinand still, I somehow mouthed and questioned him.
"... why, what does that mean?
"Because unlike the Hartmoots, Master Ferdinand is not intoxicated by me as Lord, nor has he chosen the Lord to escape execution, as Matthias and the others did, right? This is the situation. Wouldn't Ferdinand ever tell me to give my name back to you as soon as you told me to? I don't know what it means to have Master Ferdinand do all this."
Ferdinand thinks a little bit, "Does that mean..."
"I have trouble being asked what it means. Isn't it natural that I am part of your family? [M] Need more reason than that?
"Huh? But I don't think even a real family would do that much. Your father, the Knight Commander, is for his adoptive father, and Brother Eckhardt seems to do anything for Ferdinand, but he won't run that far for me, and Brother Cornelius and his mother will personally, but there are many things you can't do as a nobleman, right?
That's what the noble family is all about. I don't give my name that it's trouble not being touched by the power of the gods, or sell fights to the gods. Ferdinand is a guardian, so I think he's pretty far from his family as well. As I leaned my neck, Ferdinand looked terribly bitter.
"Rosemaine, your family..."
"What is it?
"... no, not now"
Ferdinand, who nearly said something, swallowed the words and shook his neck to the side. The side of it looks badly hurt.
"Um, Master Ferdinand?
"I've been looking at your magic consumption and recovery for the last couple of days, but if you activate the magic formation that covers Alexandria as a whole, it will definitely deplete you. You don't have to be too afraid to sleep. Rest in your own room."
Ferdinand gets in touch with his own escort knight with his magic equipment and has Angelica called. And he commanded me to take him to his room. I don't know why Ferdinand looks hurt. I closed my eyes, wanting to reach out to Ferdinand as he returned to the hidden room, but unable to reach out because I did not know what I should not have done.
When I wake up, I can't help but hate being tormented by pain. I was forced by Gretia to change while I was pioneered by the power of the gods that were swelling up in my body. As soon as we have dinner, we are supposed to perform a massive healing magic trick.
I am now before the foundations of Ahrensbach. It came through a small room that Aub would put in with the key that Aub would have from the room Aub would use. Ferdinand held me up.
"You're not supposed to go in there but Aub, are you?
"... Well, yeah, but I can't leave you alone now that I know magic will dry up, and I'm the one who took this key from Dietrinde. If I may add, the foundation now magically certifies me as Aub"
"Don't you think that Lord Ferdinand himself will be Aub Alexandria, not me? and……. Research facilities, you can make whatever you want, right?
Saying so while kneeling before the already installed white branches, Ferdinand laughed with his nose as he sat right next to me preparing the chemicals.
"Even if I didn't make it myself, would you make it? You don't need me to be Aub."
"Master Ferdinand really isn't greedy, is he? If you look only at the depth of your desires, I'm more like a demon king."
"Really? I think I've been getting pretty greedy lately."
He's smiling like a demon king and saying, but I don't think so very much.
"Master Ferdinand delivers to his library all the books that will be printed by building a library city, all of which will be made mine by copying and printing the library collections of every territory. You don't have any ambition, do you?
"It would be about you with such ambitions"
... I think all library domination is a human dream though.
Since I am not going to give up my ambitions, I am going to ask Eglantine to make me initially copy a book that will be moved from the Royal Palace Library to the Library of the House of Lords.
"We must wipe out the power of those gods in order to attain our ambitions. Let's get started."
"Yes."
I touch a potted demon stone glowing in rainbow. As I poured out my magic, the water accumulated in the potted demonic stone, like a water mirror. The water stops on the verge of overflowing, and now the branches of Airvermeen, which were bright white, begin to stain the rainbow.
The light of all attributes rises straight up from the branches of Airvermeen. You can't see what's going on out there from me between the foundations. That's what I thought, but the light of all the attributes pushed through the building, and the moment I went outside, the outside appearance began to float in the water mirror.
"Dear Ferdinand, this…"
"Pour out your magic as it is. The magic team isn't finished yet."
"Yes."
The sight in the water mirror began from where a large number of nobles were shining and waving their stapes, traveling through the aristocratic town with lots of lights, to the lower town of the civilians and photographing the dark sea. Even though it's dark, I know the water is shaking in the light of the rainbow. Strahl, who is on security at the border gate in front of the border gates, and the other knights were seen. I look up with a surprise look.
"You will be watching the magic formations paint in the night sky. That's a dumb look."
"If I were on the spot, I'd think you'd look dumber."
"What else?"
... I wanted you to deny it there.
The sight in the water mirror went from the surprised faces of the knights to the branches of Airvermeen at the boundary gate. Then we headed up again.
More and more magic is being sucked away by the magic formations. I felt a little fever coming off.
"Now where is it?
"It would be the boundary gate with Dunkelferger. Land is close."
It was Brother Eckhardt and several knights looking up at the sky at the boundary gate of Dunkelferger. The knights of Dunkelferger in the blue cape stuffed in the boundary gate are looking up at the sky with exciting eyes together for some reason and making a scene. I can see Brother Eckhardt desperately protecting the knights of Dunkelferger from touching the branches of Airvermeen.
... protection here may be the hardest.
I'll head to the next boundary gate again while I laugh huffily.
I feel like my magic is getting sucked up and my hunger is getting hungry. My head started teasing a little.
The only people at the next boundary gate were Laurenz and a few knights. It is the border gate with the former Berkestok. Looks like Ferdinand closed it when he went to leave the Airvermeen branch, and after the Lords' Conference, he said Traokvar would be on duty as Aub before opening it with the power of both Aubs.
I arrived at the boundary gate with Flavel Turk when I wondered if my body was getting cold due to not being able to make heat in my body, instead of the fever dropping.
Matthias and the knights are here. There were also the knights of Flavel Turk, but it had not become a festive noise like Dunkelferger, just looking up at the sky with an overwhelming look.
The boundary gates of Flavel Turk and Aerenfest are fairly close. The sight of Aerenfest's boundary gate quickly became visible. It should be Brother Cornelius at the boundary gate of Aerenfest.
"... Uncle?
For some reason, my uncle was at the boundary gate and I saw him wielding Brother Cornelius.
"I contacted Zilvester during the day and she jumped out insisting that she would definitely go to the border gate because she couldn't go to see the House of Lords inheritance ceremony. I didn't expect to make it, but you were right to let Cornelius go. I can't deal with anyone else."
I laugh small at Ferdinand's frightened voice. I was a little dazzled and my breathing became so shallow that I had to breathe consciously and slowly.
"Almost there, Rosemaine"
I can hear Ferdinand, who should be right next door, a little farther. We must endure until the landscape in the water mirror returns to this castle through the dark sea. He answers "It's okay" several times, but he doesn't have the power in his voice, and the power comes out of his hand, which was grabbing the demonic stone that was potted.
"Rosemaine, don't let your hands go because you don't care if you pull your body off and bring it to me."
Ferdinand, who was sitting next to him, holds my hand from the top and holds in the body from which his power is coming out. Ferdinand's hands were so hot that he usually felt cold.
"Fruitraine, the goddess of water who makes a difference in healing, the twelve goddesses who serve on the side, hear my prayers, give me the power of holiness..."
Ferdinand began to congratulate him early. Looks like the magic team has been successfully completed. Hearing Ferdinand's eulogy does not move the power of the gods. I guess the magic is almost depleted. Even though my body gets cold and I don't move, the peace of mind spreads in me that it's "finally over".
... Dear Ferdinand, thank you for the rest.
I slowly closed my eyes as I heard the eulogy.
