At the Northern Fort

At noon, when I was coming to the fort as usual, I broke up with the eye knight who was still at work and ran around the premises alone. Run around the fort's building, choosing the snow-covered path.

It's fun to just go around the fort like a race, and it's one of my favorite things to do in winter, but I think I'll change my taste a little bit today.

I told Aniki who is stuck in the shaver. There are two knights in the fort who are pulling horse leashes, and a manlike old man in the village of Kolbi.

I hid behind the gatekeeper, Aniki, because I would have been troubled if the old man hadn't been from Kolbi Village. After all, my grandfather was a resident of the village of Kolbi, and Aniki told me, "I can show myself."

Both the knight and the grandfather loosened their faces when they noticed me hanging around at Aniki's feet.

The gatekeeper, Aniki, told the knights who were pulling the horse to guide the old man to the cafeteria, and the three of them walked to the cafeteria.

I was wondering what the old man was doing at the fort, and the finished knight with the eyes came to pick me up.

"Cigarette cancers." Hey, what's wrong with that old man? "

To pick things up?

"It's like selling it to tourists from outside the village during the star festival. Gloves, hats, scarves, socks, and a lot of jams made in the summer. Potatoes and other daily produce that you can often pick up around here."

It's true that the people of the village of Kolbi sold various things during the Star Festival, but why would they sell them again to the knights of the northern fort now?

And I know about gloves, but I don't have to go out of my way to buy jam or potatoes, but I think there's plenty in the fort's pantry.

In doubt, I break up with the gatekeeper, Aniki, and head to the dining room with the Knight of the Eyes. The old man and the knights who were heading to the cafeteria were unloading their luggage from the horse and carrying it inside.

The Knight of the Eyes also explains to me while helping me carry my luggage.

"That 'family day' is a day of gratitude to the family, and many people say that even if they work independently, they will take a day off and go home. But the Knights can't all take a break from work just because it's a holiday. So instead, give a gift for Family Day. Thank you to your family."

It seems that "Family Day" is a day that combines all the "Father's Day", "Mother's Day" and "Honorable Elder's Day" in Japan. I didn't realize there was such a day last year, but it's a nice holiday.
