At the Northern Fort

To the Temple (2)

Me and Kugarg played and waited while the Shigeye Knight was at work, but by noon I was just getting tired of playing indoors.

"Seki Cancer Kiki, I want to go outside"

"Hmm? Oh, this is already the time"

When I speak, the Shigeye knight checks the pocket watch he kept on his desk and begins to clean up the paperwork and pen.

And he held me up and laughed.

"You were playing with a good boy. Thanks to the work accomplished. Great, good boy."

"Eh heh."

Me laughing out my tongue. But the truth is, you almost slept in the second half making it look like you were playing quietly.

Because Kugarg gives a big yawn and starts sleeping comfortably. I'm sleepy, too.

"Is it time to get hungry? Shall we go to the dining room?"

"Yeah. I got bread in the morning, and jerky, and I'm not so rinsed. I'd rather go outside than that!

It's hot, but I felt like getting some air outside.

"Right. Then why don't you and Kugarg go outside?"

"Ah! Hey, let's go check out the village cucumber"

I wave my tail and suggest. Listening to classes makes me study, and it's a lot of fun. I'm always hiding in the bushes behind the square, so the knight with the eye of the ship can hide there, though subtle...

I wonder if the teacher will slip out his hips when he realizes that a formidable knight is hiding in the bush.

"A village... All right. Mill's been waiting for me for a good girl. Besides, I'd like to say hello to your teacher once.

"Softly speak to him," he said.

"Bunkakay?

The culture teacher thought he was going to be scared of the knight in the eye of the sports club, so he kept an eye out first.

That is how me, the knight of the ship's eyes and Kugarg leave the fort for the nearby village.

"I'm going as far as the village of Corbi, but I'll be right back"

When the knight of the ship's eyes left the fort, he told that to Aniki, the gatekeeper who was the gatekeeper. You call that village's name, the village of Corbi?

Kugarg was walking next to me to lean in until he reached the village. Apparently, you're trying to get me into the shadow of Kugarg, which is vulnerable to the heat.

But Kugarg is as big as I am, so the shadows are small, and shaded is about what the legs are.

Thank you, and I'm sorry to say this, but for Kugarg to lean in, it's extra hot.

Then the knight of the ship's eyes, realizing the intent of Kugarg's actions and that I was hot, moved his position and walked me into his own shadow about me and Kugarg. Thanks.

And when I arrived at the village of Corbi, I now stepped out before the knight of the ship's eye and led him to the square where the teacher always taught classes.

That said, the Shipyard Knight should also come to the village often with the help of sightseeing and snowflakes, so he also seems to know the location of the square.

But when I got to the square, it was already after class. The kids were gone, and there was only one teacher left.

Besides, the teacher crouches in front of the bushes where I always hide and says something in a gentle voice.

"Mil, are you there? Come on out. The kids have already left. Mille."

I go very close behind the teacher and speak up.

"Shisei. Me, here."

"Ha! Mill!

The teacher looked at this one and stood up, fixing his misaligned glasses.

"You weren't watching class today. But it's good to see you."

The teacher was happy to dye his cheeks. It's a whim for me to come visit the class, but is the teacher speaking up to the bush every once and for all?

"So, can I hold you...? Don't you like it?

Where the teacher said that he was terrified of me, the knight of the ship's eyes came forward to greet him.

"Hello"

"Wow! Hi there. You also needed the vice president of the fort......!

The teacher seemed to know the knight with the eye of a ship, but he still constricts a bit to the knight with the eye of a sharp atmosphere.

And when the teacher also noticed Kugarg, he saw the flame lighting at the end of his tail and rounded his gazing eyes.

"Huh? Yeah!? Well, that kid, ho, ho, flaming, ho..."

"Please calm down"

The knight of the eye calmly says, introducing him to the child of the Spirit of Fire about Kugarg.

The teacher was excited to shine his face with Pa.

"Ya know you are! I knew the Spirit of Fire was in this country too! But I can't believe you had kids! How cute! Mill, you're cuter in line!

Kugarg looks unhappy when he says he's cute. Meanwhile, the teacher starts disturbing his breath and holding his nose.

... Huh? Nose bleeding?

Is the teacher as weak as Mr. Branch Leader?

With a handkerchief out and pity for the teacher who started hitting his nose, he rings "Ki-yun" and puts his forefoot on the teacher's shoes properly.

You all right, buddy?

"Gu......"

"!? Shisei-!

"Stop it, Mill"

The Shigeye Knight lifts me up and pulls me away from the teacher holding my nose hard.

"Let's go now. Touching it is counterproductive. You'd better leave him alone."

Are you accustomed to Mr. Branch Leader, the Ship-Eyed Knight greets the teacher "Bye" in a calm manner and leaves the square.

"I'm not here again!

I wave back my forefoot too to the teacher who waves this way with the hands of those who haven't held my nose. Kugarg was looking at the teacher with a suspicious eye.

"Class seems to be over, or should we go back to the fort"

"Yeah.... ah! There's something else I want to go to."

Remind him that there is a temple in this village and tell the knight with the eyes that he wants to go there.

"A temple? Sure, but you knew it well."

"I heard you say that before."

"Then let's stop by."

Saying so, the Shigeye knight also held up about Kugarg and successfully hid the tip of the flaming tail.

"If you're a village person, you know who you are and you can trust them, and you can tell us who the mills are, because sometimes people come from other parts of the temple. Let's not know it's a spirit for once."

I guess some people plan something, knowing that a child of the Spirit is coming to visit this village.

But people like you in the temple don't seem to do anything wrong.

"Here."

It's a small village, so I got there less than five minutes walk from the square to the temple.

"Wow, that's kind of warm."

Although the temple was full, it was a building with a warm and sacred atmosphere. The vestibule is narrow and there are no flower beds, but flowers are planted along the fence that surrounds the temple. It's not neat, it's nice to feel like it's blooming naturally.

Opening a simple, unlocked gate, the knight of the ship's eyes entered the temple garden with us.

"Nobody's here."

"It's noon now. I hear the villagers are coming to offer their prayers in the morning. But the caretaker and priest villager must live here."

"It is. Speaking of which, do you offer prayers or something?

I ask because I think I've never seen anything like it.

Then the knight of the ship's eyes laughed a little lonely and replied.

"What do you say in the temple? God doesn't believe in it."

"Really?

"I just prayed to God, and I know you won't get your hopes fulfilled. You can't pray so much, and sometimes it's quicker to train yourself and do something about it on your own."

"Hmm."

Because the idea underlies it, I wonder if the knight of the ship's eye lacks training.

"In that regard, the Spirit is more believable. I've never seen God, but the Spirit is real."

"Yeah."

I'm not sure I have a god either. Grandma Hyderin says she feels like she exists, but I don't feel anything in particular.

It was when I tried to get inside the temple building, talking to the knight with the eye of the ship about that.

"There are people over there, yes."

I looked behind the temple and said: Opposite where I am now.

"Really? Did you even hear that in your footsteps?

"Um, I'm not, but I don't know what to call it..."

All I can say is I can feel the signs.

But Kugarg agreed with me, too.

"Yeah. Me, too, when there's someone over there."

"Then let's go"

The Shigeye Knight believed our words and turned to the back of the temple. The backyard was even narrower than the front yard, but there are plenty of grass flowers planted there as well.

And after all, there were people here.

The man who was looking up at the temple is still a young young man, dressed in rudimentary clothes that are not decorative. So I thought I was from Corbi Village at first, but I also felt the vibe was a little different from the villagers.

Her hair is pale gold and she has a white turban wrapped around her head. The one that wraps around your forehead in a fashionable way, not the one that covers your head tightly like the Indian and Middle Eastern people do.

(It's unusual for people around here to wrap a turban around it)

Some people wear fur hats or stalls out of their heads in cold weather though.

Is this young man the caretaker and clergyman villager that the knight of the eye was saying earlier? Or someone from other parts of the world?

"Hey there. I thought you were coming."

The young man looked here and said with a smile.

"'Cause I can see you approaching from the other side."

Sometimes he's blonde and wrapped in a fashionable turban, and he looks like a challenging young man, but the way he talks is polite.

Even though my voice was young, I felt the style and majesty why. Similar to Grandma Hyderin, who spoke like a girl and like an old woman.

(Strange feeling......)

The young man laughed even more as I tilted his neck.
