At the Northern Fort

Female Knight Lekka (1)

The next day, Teena said that the female knight had arrived at the fort, so I headed to Mr. Branch Leader's office with the ship's eye knight. They might mistake me for having a wild fox in it, so they introduce me to being a spirit first, too.

"Excuse me."

"Shima-su"

From time to time, with excitement and a bit of anxiety, he enters the room of the chief of the branch following the knight of the ship's eye.

Then the female knight was already there, standing correctly in position in front of the chief of the branch sitting at the desk in the back.

When I look back at the sound of the door opening and put my figure in my sight, I breathe haha.

"Mill, come here"

As the chief of the branch wearing the ice mask called me in a sober tone, I kept an intriguing look up at the tall female knight, moving only one leg and proceeding to the back of the room.

And when Mr. Branch Leader lines up next to the desk where he's sitting, he sits with a good boy. First impressions are important.

I want to get close and check the smell of the female knight, but I put up with it thinking it might be rude to meet him for the first time.

"Is the fox the son of the Snow Spirit?

The female knight said nervously.

She's a definite, good looking beauty, and she doesn't look as bloody or as rough as she was worried about yesterday. It may be muscular for a woman, but it's limp and skinny.

However, strawberry blonde hair is not the long ponytail Mr. Teena said it is, it is a short berry short. It looks great because it's a small face, but it would be a shame if you cut the one you were stretching.

Mr Branch Leader answered the female knight's question and said:

"That's right. His name is Milphilia, but the fort humans call him Mil. The precaution is to be careful not to accidentally kick it because it may suddenly appear at Grail's feet using the technique of mobility. And then I want a lot because I like jerky, but it breaks my stomach, so even if I get screwed, my heart is turned into a ghost and I say no."

Was Mr. Branch Leader biting his back teeth spicy when I was not because he was ghosting his heart?

"And there are other spirits in this fort who come to see the mill. Kgarg is the one who comes often, and Heililis is the rest. Pass the material summarizing the characteristics and personalities later. Read it and keep it in mind."

"Yes."

When was that material made?

Mr. Branch Leader now dropped his gaze on me and introduced me to the female knight.

"Mill, it's Rekka from the main regiment in Wang Du. Born in the Viscount family. Become a knight in the fort of the north today"

"My name is Lecca Celiarde, son of the Snow Spirit. It's an honor to meet you."

Female Knight - Mr. Rekka took a step this way, kneeling in front of me and putting one hand on his chest.

I'm a woman, but I'm thrilled to feel like a nice knight. That's Mr. Tina's admirer.

"Geez... Geez, Mr. Rekka!

Put your name in your mouth and confirm. A fox's mouth makes it difficult to pronounce it.

He seemed like a good guy, and he didn't even seem to hate animals, so I waved my tail at ease.

Approaching Mr. Rekka in that way, he gets tangled up with urban transfer students who have come to rural schools, but throw questions in a row.

"Mr. Rekka, what do you like about the tabs? Potato dishes often come out in the cafeteria. You like potatoes, Mr. Rekka? Winter is coming, but what's the rush? Do you have any snow? Do you like snow?

Mr. Rekka apparently was a serious person and politely answered each and every question as he knelt down.

"Yes, I don't like or dislike food, so I eat whatever is served. I also like potatoes. I've never spent the winter here since I've been in King's Capital all my life, but I think it's okay to be cold. I've only seen enough snow, but I think it's beautiful."

Unlike everyone else in the fort who sees me as a child fox, Mr. Rekka seems to recognize me as a spirit, and the response is sincere. I've never seen anything like it.

"I felt uneasy when I decided to assign to the northern fort, but this is how I was given a valuable opportunity to talk to the Son of the Venerable Spirit, and I am sincerely delighted"

"Huh? Yeah... well, good for you"

I'm not used to being respected, so I'm confused, but I don't feel bad.

But unfortunately, one of these days, Mr. Rekka will realize that I don't need that much respect. If you're a truly honorable spirit, you can't get muddy and take a bath.

"You're tough."

While smiling bitterly at Mr. Rekka's attitude, the knight with the naked eye pinched his mouth from behind,

"Well, do as you please. I don't mind being polite."

Mr Branch Leader also said as if he was frightened.

Go on, shift your gaze to Mr. Rekka's short hair and ask.

"By the way, what happened to your hair? That's a lot of thought."

Mr. Branch Leader must have known about Mr. Lekka originally. Like Mr. Teena, you seem to remember her when she had long hair

Mr. Lekka stood up and moved from before me to the front of Mr. Branch Leader, looking like he had given up somewhere and said:

"I just thought to admonish myself for my left transition to the northern fort."

In that dark voice, Mr. Branch Leader gently creases between his eyebrows, lifting a single eyebrow.

"That's what you think of the left transition and this action, but I'm not getting reports of that. Your superiors in this regiment are expecting you back"

"... whether I can live up to that expectation"

Mr. Rekka shrugged at his lack of confidence. But the next thing I know, I can hang my head on Mr. Branch Leader.

"I'm sorry. I fully understand that I am immature and therefore have been invited to this situation, so I also accept this transfer, and I would like to train myself here so that I can meet my expectations."

"You have no objection to this report, do you? It says here you beat up your fellow knights."

Mr Branch Leader said, gently lifting the paper on the desk. I guess that's where Mr. Rekka's info is written.

"I've never been on the same mission, even if I've exchanged greetings, and I don't know you very well, but I guess I'm not the type to be cool right away. Thank you very much."

"If that's how I was supposed to be sent here, that's what it says."

Mr. Rekka explains pale.

"I was organizing a warehouse, and two fellow men, joking, tried to lock me inside, so I got angry and hit him. They didn't like me for a long time, and I've been teased a lot, so it was probably the limit of patience... I hit him harder than I had to, and I let him get hurt. You two have apologized to me, and I'm reflecting that I've done too much."

"So they were disposed of, but you moved here, too? But couldn't you have gotten the two of them together?

Mr Branch Leader said gently. I'm not blaming you, it's the tone you're blaming.

"I don't know the hardships of a female knight. but because you had more strength than the half-breed knights around you, you would have had a scatter of provocations and dislikes from some of the newcomers in your first or second year. Why couldn't you handle it rationally this time?

Apart from what the report said, Mr. Branch Leader seemed to be worried that Mr. Rekka might have been told something terrible.

But Mr. Lekka is a little nagging, so Mr. Branch Leader gives up pursuit and shifts the subject.

"Looks like you've been having some other little problems. There seems to be a lot of simple mistakes in lack of concentration. I don't really fall for this either..."

Just like Mr. Branch Leader, I tipped my neck too. Someone as serious as Mr. Rekka doesn't seem to make many simple mistakes.

However, Mr Lekka did not contest anything, so I guess what the report says is still true.

Mr Branch Leader said with a renewed mind.

"Anyway, from today on, change your mind, think of it as a fresh start and hit the job. You won't be harassed here because you're a woman, but if you do, report it to me or Grail before you hit them. All right?"

"Yes, thank you"

The shipyard knight, who saw that the story of Mr. Branch Leader was over, said by doing his gaze on the large bag placed at Mr. Lekka's feet.

"Keep your stuff in your room. Do you know where it is?

"No."

"I will do that!

I was concerned about Mr. Rekka, who was not well, and offered so. Lift your tail mightily and move forward in front of the door.

"Follow me!

"Right, right. You should follow the mill."

"Yes."

The knight with the naked eye opened the door and laughed a little, and Mr. Rekka smiled a little too.
