At the Northern Fort

Peaceful Daily

Less than a few days after the day Mr. Lecca and Gregorio competed in training, Mr. Lecca was completely familiar with the fort.

She seems to be of aristocratic origin, but she has been in the Knights for years while she is a woman, and her spirit is in the sports club. My hobby seems to be muscular, and there are places around which I wear it with a bit of a ship eyed knight, and in the shadows I am beginning to be whispered "Woman's Edition Iron Man".

But it's such a character, which may be why it fits this northern fort.

Serious Mr. Rekka sometimes pays attention to unscrupulous members, including Kicks and Jills, so he also took a position like the sister of the Firm One.

The Kicks also try to pretend to be reflective when Mr. Rekka notices them, just like when Mr. Branch Leader or the Ship-Eyed Knight scolded them, or flee with the shittiness.

It was a peaceful fort as usual even when new members joined my people, and I was content.

And today, I decided to go to the fort to see how Mr. Rekka was doing while everyone was enjoying their free time at night.

I know how it goes during the day, but I was wondering if we were getting along with everyone at night.

Anyway, I have a long history of staying in the fort compared to Mr. Rekka. I mean, he's a senior at the North Fort. And seniors have to take care of their juniors.

The knight with the naked eye was in the talking room, so I also arrive in the talking room using mobility.

The flames were burning red in the fireplace this past season because it is usually cold at night. Let's not get too close over there.

"Mill, what's going on at this hour? It'll be bedtime."

The Shigeye Knight put the book he was reading on the couch and put me on his knees instead. I smell a little alcohol, so I think I was just drinking a little.

"Not yet."

'Cause it's after eight. I hope you stop treating me like a toddler. The night is coming!

It's been a long time since I've been here at night, so I get tense like staying up late with friends on a school trip.

There were plenty of knights here besides the Shigeye knights, and the talking room was full. Everyone dresses up easy and lightly drinks what looks like alcohol, plays games and just chats.

In the corner, drunk jilds were ringing instruments similar to guitars and singing enthusiastically, but no one was listening.

Mr. Branch Leader is not here, but Kicks and Lecka and Teena are, in front of the fireplace, bickering. Looks like we're just talking about Mr. Rekka.

"Mr. Rekka's getting used to being here, too."

"It's a pretty good place to come to the north fort too, isn't it? The countryside is the countryside."

"Oh, right. It wasn't worse than I thought."

Mr. Rekka made that joke and laughed, but next he looked a little anxious.

"But the harshness of the region will be demonstrated in the winter. I'm a little worried about what it looks like. It'll be a long night..."

Mr. Rekka seems worried that it will be a polar night when the sun won't rise all day, and he's been explained to Ms. Teena that's what she was asking, but not here.

"I wish it were"

Mr. Rekka was horrified to see it. Well, if it's dark all day, you'll be disgusted.

And so, Kicks stared at Mr. Rekka and said:

"By the way, Rekka, why don't you go to bed already?

"What, suddenly?"

"'Cause under my eyes, I can even make a neighborhood."

When they point that out, Mr. Rekka says, "Do you...?" I squealed under my eyes with my fingers.

And here's the excuse.

"Beds and pillows have changed, so I'm not used to it yet. Maybe he's not asleep."

"It's delicate. That would be less comfortable sleeping than your parents' bed, but you used the same bed in our quarters, right?

"Maybe it's because I haven't lost my nerves yet. I may not sleep well for a while if the environment changes."

Ms. Teena told Kix to shelter Ms. Rekka, but she is returned with "only Teena has that".

"Are you trying to say I'm not delicate?

Mr. Teena tells you like you're mad, but you weren't too scared.

"You slept well the first night we got here, didn't you? The next morning, he said, 'Well slept! You came to the dining room with a face."

"Oh, you don't look like that!... I've certainly slept well for a long time."

To Tina blushing her cheeks, Rekka also lifted the edge of her lips.

"Hehe, you can still turn off the lights and hear me sleep in less than five minutes. Once I go to sleep, I'm not going to wake up as much as I made some noise. It's good to sleep tight."

Mr. Lecca praised him for saying so, but Mr. Teena was even shy.

And Mr. Rekka goes back and says:

"Well, it's early, but I guess I'll go back to my room and get some sleep. But what do you do with the bath? Our bathing hours were last today, weren't they?

"Yes, it's still going to take some time before it's empty, so how about just wipe your body and take a bath tomorrow morning?

"Yeah, let's do that"

"Well, I'll go to bed now, too"

Following Mr. Rekka, Mr. Tina also rises.

"You don't have to go with me."

"No, I'm sleepy too..."

I say with a smile of illumination.

"Don't sleep well," she said, gently pulling Kix's ear in retaliation for the excess, before Teena and Lekka made a friendly trip to her room.

"Did Mill come to see how Rekka was doing?"

Because I was royal on my knees and watched Mr. Rekka and the ship eyed knights seemed to notice my purpose as well.

That's what he asks me as I touch my tail, so I look back and answer.

"Yes!"

My tail is automatically shaken when it meets the knight with the eye of the ship, so I still move out.

But the knight with the eye flutters at the root, so I can swing it.

When the knight with the naked eye noticed it, he enjoyed the weird movement of his tail as he gradually shifted his gripping position upwards.

What are you doing?

(Mr. Rekka is getting along with everyone without a problem, and I just got here, but I think I should go home to my mother already)

I knew I was just a toddler and it was time for me to get sleepy, just like the Rekkas.

But I was about to say good night to the knight of the ship's eyes, and I saw something black on the edge of my sight.

It's a little hole in the bickering room wall.

I think there's a rat's nest in the back of that hole that's open close to the floor. When I tried to peek into that hole when I was just coming to this fort, it was a traumatic hole where rats came out and screamed.

Shortly afterwards, the plate was struck by Mr. Teena, who, like me, was not a good rat, and the hole was blocked, but the rat again grabbed the board and drilled the hole. But Mr. Teena also re-stretched the board with a loss.

So finally the rats gave up or made other entrances and exits, grown up. No more holes in the walls, no more noises or squeals.

Rat vs. rat, I thought the fight between me and Mr. Teena was over.

But it is.

Recently, he was drilled again sometime.

I don't know if it's the original rat or if a new rat came, but it looks like they built a nest there again anyway.

What a horrible time I've had in the meantime.

I lay down on the couch in this talking room because everyone was working and I was free, and when I was napping alone, there was something touching my back leg.

I woke up thinking something, and I woke up, what a brown mouse there was! He came out of the nest hole and was about to grab my leg!

I jumped right up as I screamed and as I rolled off the couch, I opened the half-opened door with my head poked and evacuated to the hallway. I escaped to the knight of the ship's eye with confusion and had my legs checked, but there were no missing meatballs, and I was safe.

The Kicks who were on my side were laughing at my haste, because I was really scared.

Can you say rats never eat fox meatballs? Mine looks thin pink and puffy and delicious, so maybe I mistook it for food.

"I asked you to plug a hole in it."

I looked up at the knight in the eye and said:

But the knight with the eyes just blurts "holes" as he stretches my tail.

I don't have a solid voice, and things are a little strange.

(Could you be drunk?

The ship's eye knight is surprisingly vulnerable to alcohol, so it feels good to just drink a little.

However, because her complexion doesn't change much, it is difficult to tell from the side that she is drunk.

"Hey, hole, block it!

"Right, let's plug it"

The Shigeye Knight tries to block my ears with both hands.

No, not ears. I don't want you to block the hole in my ear.

"No, it's a rathole."

"Rats? Mills aren't rats."

I know!

It doesn't make sense. Giving up on this, I decided to disperse before the Shigeye Knight became a kissing demon.

Let's ask for the rat hole again when the knight in the eye is not drunk.
