Bandit, Be Ambitious! To Accomplish Kingdom Revival!

SA-045 Warham kingdom to the west

The season is summer. I can hear the annoying cicadas.

Still, it is easy to spend because the temperature is not higher than in summer in Japan. I guess it will be around 30°C during the day, but the temperature drops quite a bit during the night. I'm going to catch a cold if I don't just hang my blanket on my stomach and sleep.

Built on a small high ground, Fort Aldes has a pleasant breeze, so you can be comfortable if you're wearing a cotton top or bottom during the day.

If it's a fight, you'll have to wear more, but if you're in the fort, you'll have no problem.

"And you have no movement. That's all the fire arrows are fired in, so I thought it would work a little bit."

"That's all there is to it. Nearly one of the three battalions that attacked the Kingdom of Cardina is buried. There will be no choice but to close the gate and wait for reinforcements."

"I guess there's a little more enemy force, but that's the way it is. If it still moves, it will be autumn..."

Mr. Zairas is giving up his face. It wouldn't be so hard to drop the fort at the foot now. But I struggle to maintain it. Besides, there are quite a few casualties to drop a fort that has consolidated its defenses.

Perhaps we should be happy now that we are able to easily enter and exit the original village of Altenham. I don't even seem to have a policing unit in place now. Sometimes they seem to do it, but they just buy in booze and cigarettes.

"When you're drinking in a village liquor store, the merchants tell you a lot about the situation. They also said there were more merchant carriages entering and leaving the Wang capital and fort than before. That said, the loads of the big merchants with the wagons won't arrive inside."

"Looks like the hive bandits are working hard. If you check the load and there's no suspicion, you're getting 10%."

Is that a traffic tax? Mr. Torrell and Mr. Zairas are holding a cup and chirping while saying that.

You've been drinking wine since daylight, so you have a tight eye for Mr. Marian to see the two of you.

"Do you have no problem dropping the spices, etc. taken from the load of the big merchants in the village of Altenham?

"When the merchant who's going to sue you for this fort comes, you just have to tell him you got it better than the pedestrian. If you confirmed the appraisal of the Chamber of Commerce guild and bought it in, you can't pursue it any further. There are quite a few people who were doing business within the Kingdom of Cardina."

Wholesale seasonings and spices to the grocery store and buy our essentials instead. A portion of the grocery store's money and a portion of our sales costs will be returned to the villagers as they give it to the clergyman who manages the small shrine in the village.

The denominational headquarters are quite teasing of greed, but the clerics at the end seem to live a life of purity and poverty, adhering firmly to the doctrine of the denomination. You should cooperate with such clerics because there are circumstances that make them feel connected to the Church.

"I also hear you say you gave it up quite a bit from the merchants in the realm. Looks like an act of break-in robbery has been committed."

"Instead of property, it seems they even took the lives of their families. Some children have been sold to slave traders."

Too bad we didn't save all the slaves. Still, I guess that means some of the slaves I saved have such children.

"Harassment, in a way, can lead to a loss of morale in enemy forces."

"Are you saying there are other battles besides fighting with weapons?

Nod at Mr. Zairas's words.

Have you come to understand a little? This is one of psychological warfare. If the enemy forces increase their aversion within the Kingdom of Cardina, even if the commanders are in command of the battle, the soldiers at the end will not move as they thought.

If they were, they would think that they could live more luxuriously than they have arrived in the military within the Madenian kingdom. Whatever you say, you're a conqueror. You must have thought that wealth could be exploited all you want.

But the transfer of the exploited wealth is inconceivable, and I can't help but leave the fort. Besides, if the meal doesn't taste good, the soldier at the bottom wants to go back to his hometown.

What would happen if we fought in such a situation would be more obvious than seeing fire.

"You also want to regulate alcohol and cigarettes. Tell the heavy infantry in the nest hole."

Mr Torrell is suggesting while drinking wine.

I laughed at it and Mr. Zairas is nodding, so I think I can tighten it even more.

As we talked about it, the hall door opened and Mr. Lady came in.

Haven't been in the fort for a while, but have you been somewhere far?

"I'm back now. I went out to check out the west, but I was worried about the west, so I spent a little time exploring it."

With such a forethought, Mr. Lady began his conversation with the inner shape of a fortress like a walled city at the foot of the west mountain. Apparently, he pulled the merchant Rabba's reins and walked into the fort.

"Merchants come and go relatively slowly. Neither did we examine the load………"

They said it was quite busy, but they didn't taste the food in the dining room. The quantity is quite high and the price seems to be cheaper than in the village at the foot.

"It would be because the merchant brings all the groceries, etc. The alert to merchants seems extremely thin. And that, as far as I was concerned, seemed to be using soldiers from the Cardina army who had surrendered to mine mining. There is also that, and there seems to be about one battalion of Madenian troops stationed in the fort. There are a few soldiers in town watching."

I want to help you somehow, but don't have too many people in your situation right now.

At least one squadron seems to work it out.

"The problem is this place. Merchants have told me stories from the time of the Kingdom of Cardina that weren't very good relations with the Kingdom of Warham in the west, but thank you. The Kingdom of Warham and the Kingdom of Madenium seem to have the same relationship. Instead, it seemed to be getting worse, and I moved a little west."

So what Mr. Lady saw, he said, was an army of more than one battalion.

The terrain around the barracks seems to be responsible for the army's inability to move. Sekiguchi is at the exit of the narrow road, apparently.

"The narrow path itself lasts about 4M (mill: 4M = 600M). With streets like the one that scraped off the rocky mountains, the road width is so different that it's finally possible to prevent one battalion with one squadron."

This seems like things are going to get a little troublesome.

The decline in the strength of the Madenian kingdom could also lead to an invasion from the Warham kingdom.

Mr. Zairas and the others are roaring. I know it means harm with almost balanced forces by the kingdoms around us, but if you don't have ambition, that's ideal.

Things are going to move in chains because one kingdom has perished in this situation.

"Banter. What are you going to do?

"So far, you can ignore the Kingdom of Warham. Breaking through narrow paths is not easy. More than that, I want to do something about the surrendered soldiers in the northern fort. I can't act right now, but I want to do something in the winter."

"Priority is to reinforce the enemy?

Mr. Zairas unexpectedly asked me questions about my answers.

I can understand that I want to do something about the soldiers of the Kingdom of Cardina being engaged in heavy labor, but I can't make a move in the present situation.

"It's still a little too early to attack the northern fort. It would be a little easier if the fort and town were separated, but the whole thing is inside the walls...... Plus, reinforcements will be harder and harder to drop the northern fort if we don't do something soon."

"Well, I'm not giving up."

When she heard my words, the princess asked me just in case. When I replied by nodding loudly in silence, he nodded back and smiled at me.

Giving up is against my mood. It doesn't change the fact that it is only a retrieval.

"Mr. Lady. Can you check around the north fort? If you can, I just want information on this map position. Mr. Zairas was in the north fort, wasn't he? Can you draw me a map inside the walls?

"Oh, let Baltz draw it. Baltz was holding the brush in his spare time."

Now Mr. Baltz is going to be stuck in his room for a while. He's nodding at me, so let's wait and see what we can do.

"The merchants will teach you the inner details of the Madenian kingdom. I think we can report it before the reinforcements leave the Madenium Kingdom."

"My apologies, thank you"

Turning his head down to my words, Mr. Lady left the hall.

Looks like you're doing a great job gathering information using a merchant.

The brave army from the Kingdom of Crabble has managed to remember how to use our bows and stone bows.

I feel like I can intercept reinforcements at any time, but it must still be ahead of me to do it.

In the meantime, shall we work out a strategic plan for the northern fort………….

"Nevertheless, is Lord Banter really going to attack the northern fort?

Mr. O'Brie asked me to get myself out of the princess's left hand.

"Yeah, I'm thinking next year......"

"The Madenium guys seem to have attacked the hall all at once with soldiers in the merchant's luggage. Sure, but if you didn't, it would have been hard to pull out a battalion of walls around town."

That's a Trojan horse-like operation.

You mean if one detachment went into the fort, the rest would have been easy? With that said, you were talking about the commanders' necks and decorating the gates.

Paralyzing the chain of command would have made the offense that much easier, but the damage must have been quite a bit too.

Hey, maybe the northern fort has considerably fewer troops.

Mr. Lady's seen a lot of soldiers around town, but that doesn't even smell like a fake plan.

If it is easy to defend the barracks, the forces in the fort will at least do something about it. I wonder if that means we have a lot of soldiers on patrol because they are in trouble to know about it?

Maybe we need to explore the fort a little more.

"If what the man in black said earlier is true, it would seem to be placing more than one battalion. The Cathedral Knights, by contrast, are not enough for one squadron. Now, do you think they'll destroy you before the attack?

"I think the Madenian kingdom has dropped the fort of difficult defeat for good. I was thinking the same hand, but if the enemy had already gone, you'd be spotted. Think of other ways."

I didn't answer the question, but I meant to say I didn't give up.

The princess is snorting at me, so let me ask you a little help.
