Bandit, Be Ambitious! To Accomplish Kingdom Revival!

Make the SA-143 barracks bigger.

We pulled a rear support carriage in a circle about 10 m (1.5 km) east of Derim Village. Immediate reactivity will be sufficient because we are facing west with a carriage for mobile infantry in one row ahead of us.

The horseback riding squad rests horses and tents east and west of the ring formation.

It's too much vigilance at the moment because the horseman squad is alerting in three directions around the circle formation.

Create an incendiary fire in the center of the ring formation and assemble the squad leaders of the horseback squad and the mobile infantry to reconfirm the situation.

Crabble and Torresty's lightweight infantry will also be called mobile infantry from now on because they will be deployed in carriages.

"Is the garden close?

"From here, a little further south. The distance is about 100 m (15 km). You're moving?

"Even tomorrow, let's move. The defense of the village of Derim is sufficient. A hundred meters south will be just the right place..."

They say 300 people in the village of Delim have bows. They say a lot of people have spears besides bows, so they don't get ravaged that easily.

I hear you're in charge of a detachment of one light infantry from the Royal Torresti Army. Since we have three comms soldiers, we would say that the liaison system is complete.

Later, it's a simple map of the border department, but it doesn't seem to have reached this area yet. That being said, it's not a matter of time.

"If there were to be a war, it would take the form of an invasion of the Divine Empire. I don't think there's going to be any break-ins from Warram to Torresty."

"What are the grounds for that?

"Until now, there have been no reports at my place of sighting troops of the Kingdom of Warham near the northern border of Torresti. Looks like we're moving backwards with a border guard unit if we don't fight aggressively."

Maybe you should ask Lady to investigate just in case.

Troop size behind the border between Torresty and the Kingdom of Warham needs to be held back.

"But you're really a wasteland. I never thought I'd have to carry horse food."

"It doesn't rain much. If it rains, it will be..."

It's troublesome that the leaves have to be transported, too. But on the contrary, would the enemy's horseback squad be in the same accident? I will have to investigate the situation of the Divine Empire. I'm going to ask Mr. Lady for this, too.

"In the meantime, we are building a barn near the garrison to carry the leaves. This is the only military horse I have to add..."

"Later, drinking water, right? Can't you even dig deep wells?

"There's something wrong with the fourth well along the street. But it was originally for the merchants, so there's no big deal about the amount you can draw."

Would you say 40 km from the border?

The enemy will also know for sure its existence. In that case, the first town on the streets is also likely to be expected to have heavy fighting.

"There are three wells in the town of Lidmac along the street. It's about 25D (7.5m) deep, and that's what makes over 3,000 inhabitants."

I still want one deep well.

Do you want to make one behind the garrison... My well will be able to dig quite deeply, and if the water comes out, I will be able to draw it up in a squeeze method.

"And are you detaching two militias……. My kingdom will be able to give you a little too, so I'll check it out."

Mr. Lexus' use of words is more polite than it was from the beginning. If there were even more in one detachment, that would increase his defense, and backward support should be easier.

The next day, the troops are moved to a garrison created in the rear.

The garrison is a barn-like substitute built in the style of a log house. Still, there are floorboards, and bunk beds lined up shifting like two shelves to the left and right of the entrance, one platoon seems to be able to live together. It wouldn't be so cold even in the middle of winter because there's an iron stove in the middle.

There are three such huts and two barns without floorboards. I wonder if a one-room building in a classroom would be a command post? There are four large handmade tables and the benches surrounding them.

Upon seeing all the buildings, I decided to assemble the unit leaders who were the main ones at the command post to inform them of my current assignment.

"There's another garrison, isn't there? Use the materials from that garrison to enrich your home. We also need a fence. Reinforce the west and north side, I think it's okay to thin out the east and south. After that, we need a well. Let's dig it at all costs!

That's when the construction began.

The hardest part is digging wells. The ground must be dug in a reverse conical shape about 30 m in diameter. The excavated soil is piled up near the fence and finished into a dirt wall.

That's all the defense equipment is going to be, but it's a lot of work. The mobile infantry are working hard, but there are a lot of stones coming out of the position of children.

The demolition and movement of the other garrison will be the work of the horseback squad. I took the carriage and headed northeast. Seems to dismantle and transport materials.

After a few days, I hear the sound of building from all over, even at the command post. They can build five new barracks and one barn. If you still didn't think it was enough, you would have said that you would increase your capacity by putting a bunk shelf for sleeping in the barracks in three steps.

If we have eight units, three squadrons are going in. Our unit just said three squadrons on horseback, plus five platoons for mobile infantry and one platoon for militia, so we're going to need to build another one.

Speaking to Mr Zairas, he said that he had already completed the material arrangements. It looks like there will be two more barracks.

"It's not a little village. With wells, we could use this garrison as a future base."

"Maybe the king thinks about it, too. I was contacted a few days later to send the seedlings of the groceries."

Sadie and Mr. Lexus are talking about that at the command post.

That certainly sounds like a good story. Then the well becomes more and more important.

The well digging hit the water vein more than twenty days after it started digging. The depth of the well is over 10 m. The amount of water itself seems to be quite abundant, but I can't say enough without trying to draw it out on a trial basis.

Make a stone set so that it is about 2m in diameter well, apply lacquer and fill the surrounding area with dirt and sand.

The height of the stone set is about 2m, but the water accumulates in the seventh minute or so. If we draw more and more and replace the water, cloudy water will also become transparent.

Quickly pumped water is put into an elongated horse water ok, and the military horses drink it deliciously.

"After three days, you'll be able to boil it and drink it. That's a lot of water."

"What about scaffolding for suction?

"The Dwarves are making it. You'll be able to do it tomorrow."

Now, I think we can work something out. It would be helpful not to carry water.

As I watched our garrison improve slightly at the command post, comms jumped in.

Over the table, standing in front of me and breathing out loud.

"This is a communication from the village of Derim. There are refugees coming from the empire of God!

"Got it. Can you communicate with Wang Du?

"As it stands, it will be via Lidmac. They've already sent a message."

"Copy that. We might have the next comms. Continue, please."

A telecommuter leaves the command post in courtesy of a knight.

Expand the simple map and imagine how it goes, but it still looks like you should come and see it.

When I looked up, Mr. Lexus and I gazed at each other.

"You're looking good. I'm going out."

"Please. The problem is the number of refugees and what kind of people they are."

When you snort at me, you leave the command post immediately.

Dozens of kilometers away, so it's going to take half a day. It's almost lunch, so it'll be near sundown on the way home.

"Aren't you a little early?

"But when I became a refugee, I attacked... I guess that's what you're gonna say."

Mr. Zairas is hammering Mr. Rick's words.

I wouldn't have gotten that far yet. I guess we should see the negotiations broken.

It is foolish to attack the Empire of God while the Kingdom of Libram is doomed. It will take a little longer to use the surrender soldiers of the Kingdom of Libram as foremen.

The kingdom of Tornia seems to have its stomach, and it seems to be working out the surrender soldiers of the three kingdoms carefully. I'm guessing you see that none of them can be used within the ranks of the dead.

Looking at the map, the telecommuters came in again.

"It's from Lidmac. Waiting for the arrival of the carriage convoy to be transferred to a new town. That's it."

"Copy that. Take a good look at Lidmac and Delim's light!

Now instead of thanking me, I snorted home.

I know it's a guy named People, but would you like me to tell him to thank him properly...

"Are you saying you were ready?

"Sounds like it. It's a long way to the bend of the Radell River, but a carriage wouldn't take five days. Maybe by now, you'll be asking Crabble for a wagon carriage."

"In some cases, we have to create temporary camp sites. We need to check the area, too."

You're right, Mr. Zairas. Will it be like a tent village?

If you make it not far from this garden, you will be able to replenish the water. We'll have to split the meal for a little bit.

Ask Sandra to make immediate arrangements.

One carriage should be loaded with food and water turtles and delivered to the merchant. I haven't been unfavourable with that amount of money.

Mr. Lexus came home before dinner.

The total number of refugees is about 300. They said there was a mix of peasants in the lowly clergy.

It seems that the farmer's carriage and luggage are loaded with household property tools like mountains, and he didn't have such a sad look on his face.

He must have left the country without any damage when he heard there was going to be a war.

Many will stay dressed after the war. It is likely to be said that it has not been fought yet.
