Bandit, Be Ambitious! To Accomplish Kingdom Revival!

SA-178 Messenger from the Kingdom of Carmesia

The invasion of Yolem in the Kingdom of Warham seems to have been frustrated by the participation of horseback riding troops from the Kingdom of Carmesia.

You will never plan an invasion again. You lost more than half of the seven battalions of invaders. A soldier on his way to the reconnaissance told me that the Carmesian army is also resting horses a few km away, although it now appears to be building a stopping line east and west using the government as a fort.

"Absolutely, it's a shame. We had a lot of horseback riders, too."

Mr. Zairas is staring at me that he should have been settled a long time ago.

It makes it a little hard for the other troop leaders to look at me with the same eyes as Mr. Zairas.

"The horseback cavalry has different degrees of practice. The treatment of horses differs in the first place between armies set up by our settlers to protect their land and armies with ethnic groups that move large areas of the land with livestock while nomadizing. Because their lives are with horses."

"You think we'll lose if we fight?

"If you get bumped in the front, it's definitely a disastrous failure. And there are ways to fight them in their favor."

"That's that dirt base? We can't expand our territory to the west!

"If you want territorial expansion, I'll pull up my troops. Don't all three kingdoms have enough land to feed their people? The land of Sylvania is a little bit problematic, but trading with your kingdoms will not starve you."

It's the height that breaks the common sense of the earth base I've seen. The first time I saw it, I remember everyone was surprised.

"You mean stop the Carmesian horseback riding squad by stopping at a dirt base and shooting arrows..."

"Their weapons are the mobility that freely handled horses. A stopped horseback rider is a good prey for lightweight infantry."

It's not understandable that we don't even have teeth in the horseback riding squad that we raised ourselves.

Most people drink wine with a bitter expression.

"With that said, I want you to work hard at making dirt bases. Torresti's engineers are coming, and they're coming to make money from the countryside because they're idle."

"I guess we'll get half a soldier out of our unit. The earth base itself is easy, but no matter what the size."

When Mr. Uyle takes a gooey breath of wine, he's asking the military to replace him.

I can understand what you're trying to say, but I want you to stay in the long term.

"Nevertheless, you will need to discuss this with the Carmesian army for once. Mr. Lady says he's supposed to come from the other side, but if he doesn't seem to come for a while, I'm going to try."

"Wait, wait, the banter is here. By and large, it's a problem in the first place to come all the way here and take our lead. He is the husband of Her Majesty the Queen of the Kingdom of Sylvania. Weigh yourself up a little!

Mr. Zairas is angry, but I'm not aware of that, am I?

"I agree. Better wait for the way out from the other side. If we have a meeting, we will all stand guard."

The squad leaders are nodding at Mr. Uyle's words.

I tried to look around a little bit, but right now, that's not something I'm allowed to do.

We have been working on earth bases and open moats for some time after that.

Eventually, 500 or so construction units arrived, but most of them seem to be peasants.

Since I am used to handling quails, the drilling of empty moats happens to be progressing. The mobile infantry marches over the dirt base in the morning and evening, so I guess the dirt is pretty tight.

"It's starting to take shape, but it's going to be a few years away."

"For once, the equipment we built to stop it will also help, so I'm ready for about three years."

It seems like it is going to become the state business of the kingdom of Torresti.

Nevertheless, Sylvania and Krabble can also be troubled if the crisis comes to Torresti. I guess we're going to need some help.

The division of roles around here should be under discussion at the Krabble Royal Palace. Sylvania managed to get word from Sadie that the sharing fee, so it would be Mr. Fina who's out there. I hope you bring your son-in-law home at last.

"So we're going to be making dirt bases here until we're done discussing the three kingdoms?

"That sounds like it. We have to build watchtowers and garrisons, not just dirt bases. We carry timber from the western ridge of Sylvania, but there's a lot of it."

I think it's more peaceful than the war, but the guys gathered at the command post are sighing, right?

There have been no casualties of war in more than six months of battle so I think we should be happier......

Every day, Mr. Zaylus and his men gather at the command post in the evening to stress me out and go home.

I can hit my grievances with a glass of wine and I'm half drunk. Where should I direct my stress?

One day, a report from the watchtower jumped in.

A Carmesian army horseback squad is coming for the Torresti border.

I gathered the squad leaders as soon as I could, but everyone's face is burning. I'll have to fight in some cases from now on, but do you think it's better than digging holes or hauling dirt?

"I hear you're here. We've already got our troops in place!

"Neither is mine. I told him to wait east of the garrison, but also to prepare enough food."

"Half of our troops are standing by at the earth base. If it starts, we can send a standby squad right away."

You think it's a war?

Let the soldiers prepare the tea and get everyone to the table for now.

"The current situation is that the Carmesian horseback squad was seen from the watchtower. They'll probably sign up for talks. They don't want to fight us either."

You've turned into a discouraged expression in my words. Some troop leaders are sighing.

"You were talking about that. But it won't break. We are also proud to be knights. Even if it falls, there's nothing to be ashamed of if you fight a horseback riding nation with the help of another country."

Everyone is nodding at Mr. Wyle's words. There's an immediate agreement on that, isn't there?

When he was impressed, the commander of the fort approached the command post early.

"Report. Several people from the Horse Riders of the Kingdom of Carmesia are asking to see our commander."

Did you decide you couldn't handle it yourself?

As Mr Lady said. If so, it will be said that people who understand the story to a certain extent. There's nothing you can do about being a barbarian.

"Will you let me through here? Probably means negotiating."

"You're saying the banter was waiting. Why don't we just stop by the edge of the table as escorts?

"I don't think I can get that far, thank you"

As the squad leaders move their chairs and arrange five chairs across the table, they reach the table a little further away.

There's two of us standing by, left and right, at the command post door, too, but are we going to get that far? If we get off the horse, we're just people, and if we use the sword, I think Mr. Zairas and the others are way up there.

I relaxed and enjoyed the pipe and watched the commander of the fort leave in a hurry.

Eventually, I heard a little footsteps going in line.

Mr. Zairas blinds me. Do it well! I guess that means.

The door opened and it was Mr. Zairas and the men of his age who came in after the fort commander.

He looks a little small but doesn't have any extra luxury. He's a tough body.

It is the fur of bears and wolves that keep their curved one-handed swords down on their hips and cover their bodies. There's probably an iron plate on the back.

He wears a helmet on his head that looks like a big wolf's head was made from scrap.

Dark hair and a mustache look just like me, but I'm not of the same race.

"Welcome, please hang up first. Sergeant, get me some wine!

Tell them to lower their hips and they won't have to struggle with words because they sat right down.

"You look just like us, but you're the commander of this army?

"Right. It does resemble each other, perhaps because our ancestors came from far east lands. I'd like you to spare your ancestors a little bit of bargaining."

Listen to my words. Show your teeth with a funny look.

"Do you understand? My name is Raydem, and I'm the leader of 500 rides. A man on the left and right is leading 200 rides."

"I'm a banter commanding a contingent of three kingdoms. Get to know me... So, what do you do with Carmesia?

"What if I told you I was going to attack east?

"I will do everything in my power to stop it. I understand your army's weaknesses. You'll get enough of them."

To my words, Raydem opened his eyes.

The next moment, I laugh out loud.

"Wahahahaha...... Otherwise, it's not even funny. But I guess that confidence is also corroborated. We don't know. Our weaknesses."

"That's the place. Still going in?

Zylus and the others surrounding the table are turning their faces to me and watching what happens, but don't feel like they're expecting our negotiations to be frustrated.

"It's a sentence from King Carmesia. I will never forget the fact that we supported our compatriots from the side."

He bowed his head to the letter he sent out of his nostalgia and gave it to me over the table.

The sentences received……. Don't mean a thank you note after all. Check again at first reading that there is nothing else.

"I did receive it. As you can see, we are clear on the western border. We do not intend to advance westward than we currently do. If Warram invades Yolem again, Mr. Raydem and the others will be relieved."

"The political office of the former Empire of God will be our northern end. But even if the army doesn't come, the merchants want to be free to come and go. There is no salt in our kingdom."

"Open the gates of the fort to the merchants and get up. But I just want you to assure the King of your identity as a merchant."

"This will be good. It's called Paral."

As Raydem blinded the man on his left, the man took a dozen medals out of his nostrils.

"We are free to do business anywhere in our kingdom. If we attack those who possess it, we will wipe out what we have attacked, including our relatives."

I guess it's like a paisa. It says something in writing, but I'm guessing this engraves something that the king would guarantee his identity.

"That concludes our purpose of visiting. Early, I almost forgot. A reward from the king will be this."

I put the leather bag the man on my right hand took out on the table. It's not that big, so there must be a few gold coins in it.

I thankfully lowered my head.
