Shen Chuqing gestured with her chin. "This *is* the Battle Hall. The entire street is built on top of it."

His Beast Tamer device pinged. Su Zhi’s expression turned serious as he looked down to check it.

From within the Light Array, a small, roly-poly Pet Beast, crimson from head to toe and looking utterly ferocious, slowly emerged.

True to its name, it was a Pet Beast that looked very much like a yellow habanero pepper, except its skin was fiery red. Its roly-poly body was complemented by a pair of large, pitch-black eyes, and two little fangs peeked out from its mouth, giving it a comical appearance.

Yet, this adorable Pet Beast gave off a menacing vibe, reminiscent of those "I’m super fierce" Chow Chow memes.

Immediately after, the second Beast Taming Light Array activated. The pale blue light receded, and a bowl-shaped Pet Beast gradually took form.
