Su Zhi also successfully upgraded his Beast Taming Space to Tier Nine, becoming another Epic Level Beast Tamer after Shen Zechuan. Together with his Pet Beasts, he thwarted the Abyssal invasion conspiracy, reached the pinnacle of the Beast Taming world, and became one of its most dazzling jewels.

Shen Chuqing had no choice but to honor the bet and admit defeat, opening her family’s treasure vault to the new god, Su Zhi.

"I’m sorry, I was blind and failed to recognize your greatness. I just hope God Su can show some mercy..." the young woman begged pitifully, her face flushed red.

"Heh heh heh! Did you ever think this day would come!" Su Zhi cackled wildly.

Su Zhi’s gaze swept the room and quickly locked onto the treasure in the very center of the vault. It gleamed with a golden light, its exact form obscured, but an item this conspicuous had to be something good.

"That’s the one. Bring it here!"

Shen Chuqing went to get the "treasure."

Su Zhi waited in place. Suddenly, his eyes widened as he realized something seemed off. ’Why does my laugh sound just like a villain’s?’

’And why do the special effects on this treasure look like a bad Photoshop job?’

’And how did Shen Chuqing become so obedient all of a sudden...’

"God Su~ I’ve brought the treasure~" Shen Chuqing said sweetly, handing him the object that gleamed with golden light.

The glowing effect faded, and the "treasure" revealed its true form:

A blue maid outfit with a white apron... white thigh-high stockings with garters... small leather shoes... lace underwear... and other indescribable accessories...

Su Zhi’s eyes went wide, and he plopped right down on the ground. "I-I don’t want it!"

"How could that be? This is what God Su chose himself~" The young woman pulled out a voice recorder, her syrupy-sweet smile instantly turning murderous.

"Behave, and put it on."

"Put it on!"

"He’s hanging out in the latrine again?"

"What’s so great about the latrine..." Su Zhi muttered, scratching his head in confusion as he got out of bed.

It was only after a reminder from Shen Chuqing that Su Zhi remembered Vice Alliance Leader Gou was also there.

Next up was breakfast.

"No need. I have Mimi." Shen Chuqing snapped her fingers and deftly pulled out a pair of chopsticks.

"Mee!" Mimi leaped into Shen Chuqing’s arms.

Then, to Su Zhi’s stunned gaze, Shen Chuqing lifted Mimi and began to slurp down big mouthfuls of rice noodles.

Shan Bao was frozen stiff. Yu Bao, terrified, tucked its tail between its legs and shrank behind Su Zhi.

"*Burp*." Shen Chuqing glanced at Su Zhi. "Want some?"

Su Zhi was completely floored. "You... you ate your own Pet Beast??"

"Nope."

Shen Chuqing held the empty bowl up for him to see, then casually tossed it aside.

The empty bowl righted itself in mid-air, landed with a "Mee!", and started munching on the grass. A holy-golden-light special effect began to glow from within the completely empty bowl.

"The bowl is Mimi’s actual body. The rice noodles inside will regenerate after a while. You just have to make sure Mimi gets enough to eat."
