So he compressed the energy to its extreme, turning it into a slender ice cone twenty centimeters long. With Phantom’s cover, after the Executioner fired a shot, he seized the gap to get to the Executioner and thrust the ice cone into the breach opened by Sword Star.
The ice cone penetrated the Executioner’s body, whereupon the cold Power of Root erupted, instantly freezing the Executioner, causing his body to stiffen and form an ice shell.
Cold Mountain did not hold back on this strike, using his full power; even if it were an Extraordinary Steam Engine’s burning boiler, a jab from him would instantly freeze it.
If it were other steam-modified humans or Steam Councilors, even with steam rules for protection, they would be frozen into ice sculptures.
But the Executioner was different; he had consumed Jack of All Trades, granting him incredibly strong Life Force.
Before Cold Mountain could follow up and consolidate his next attack, he saw the Executioner under the ice shell, with gears inside his body slowly starting to rotate.
The Executioner was adjusting with unbelievable speed to the extreme cold created by the Power of Root.

The three mounted the horses, Cold Mountain said, "Stay close to us, don’t fall behind."
