"Fuck! At this time? Are you kidding me, Snowy?"

Gillian just blurted out, she hoped it wasn't true.

"I have a feeling that the plagues will be here soon, I have to leave!" The Snow Emperor said quietly.

"Leave? Why? If you don't leave, I'll be able to take care of you, and as an ice attributed soul beast, if you ride out the plagues here, you'll have a better chance of surviving if you borrow the Ice Spring! For the child..."

"Stop! I'm not an idiot! I can't go through the plagues here, or the Eye of Fire and Ice will be destroyed!"

Saying that, the Snow Emperor floated in the air.

"Ha?! Is it that scary?" Gillian said, surprised and amazed.

"I don't know, but my feeling is ninety percent..." the snow emperor's eyes were haunted.

"Ninety percent... is that a direct reduction of ten percent?"

"I'm going, and if I'm late it'll be too late to get out of the fire and ice. The plagues aren't something you can just squash, it won't give you a chance!"

A few minutes later, the Snow Emperor arrived at the Sunset Forest near the center.

She was still on her way, but in the next moment, the sky changed.

It was just into the afternoon, and the sky was bright and clear with white clouds floating.

Now, however, in an instant, the entire sky was dark, clouds were everywhere, and a lightning bolt crisscrossed the sky.

The Sunset Forest wouldn't have as many soul beasts as the Far North Lands, nor was it as large, which meant that the soul beasts were denser, not as empty as the Far North Lands, and didn't have places for soul beasts to live.

And most of the soul beasts in the Sunset Forest weren't powerful, and there were very few ten thousand year old soul beasts.

Of course, the thunderstorm was aimed at the Snow Emperor, and the only thing that had killed the other soul beasts was this Heavenly Might.

Whirling around, I saw the thunderclouds begin to shrink rapidly, although the sky was still very dark.

Soon, thick thunderclouds were suspended in the sky around the Snow Emperor's location, emitting terrifying fluctuations.

The area covered by the thunderclouds was smaller, but it was just a gathering that was even more terrifying.

The Snow Emperor laughed disdainfully and clapped his palm out, the space cracked and a blue-white icicle rose into the sky, blasting into the thundercloud!

She actually attacked first.

"Boom-"

Thunder exploded, and a large, dark purple spherical lightning bolt fell from the thundercloud, intersecting and colliding with the blue-white icicle. Immediately the two dissipated in unison.

Seeing this, the Snow Emperor's thoughts moved, and the Snow Dance Frost Domain unfolded, turning the area of ten thousand square meters into a world of ice and snow in a flash, with snowflakes flying and the temperature dropping drastically.

Lightning hissed, and in the blink of an eye, a deep purple thunderbolt descended from the sky towards the Snow Emperor, as if the Snow Emperor was a focal point and the lightning was connecting!

Some bits of lightning fell before the earth around them, instantly falling in large craters and scorched blackness.

Snowflakes surged towards her head to gather and coalesce a white shield of snow to block it.

Lightning fell, one, two, three... until the seventh ended and the snow shield dissipated with a bang.

The Snow Emperor's eyes were cold, and she knew that this was just the first wave! And this first wave wasn't over yet.

She couldn't let the lightning fall on her, or else she would hurt the child.

But this definitely had nothing to do with making the Snow Emperor's chances of surviving the plagues diminish again; as a 700,000 year old soul beast, how weak could the Snow Emperor's body be?

A palm was launched again, and the snow then surged, but it was so messy that it formed a torrent of ice and snow surging towards the lightning!

Collide and wear each other down!

The deep purple lightning was no match for the torrent of ice and snow, it dissipated with a bang, and the first wave of thunder tribulation was blocked.

The thunder tribulation wouldn't give the Snow Emperor a chance to breathe, the second wave of thunder tribulation descended again, this time purple-black and even more terrifying, even as a spatial crack appeared around each lightning bolt!

The Snow Emperor's eyes glazed over as he whispered, "Worthy of a 700,000-year thunderstorm..."

Then she looked down at her stomach, determination appearing in her eyes.

Then, looking up at the lightning, the Emperor's Sword condensed out, ice blue light flashed, and the sword cut out, the snowflakes in the entire field shattering for it, the icy cold Qi in it pouring into the Emperor's Sword cutting out!

The blade shattered the lightning that was in its way and struck the thundercloud, rushing into it and causing it to tumble for the sake of the thundercloud.

This clearly weakened the thunderclouds a bit.

However, the Snow Emperor's move seemed to anger the thundercloud as well, and a black thunderbolt slashed down brazenly, fear seeming to obliterate the Snow Emperor!

The Snow Emperor smiled mockingly as the snowflakes in the sky condensed into a giant white snowflake and collided with it!
