Knock~! Knock~!

"Niall, go open the door!"

"We’re busy!"

Loud voices sounded inside the Rust Sharehouse, and at the couch, an irritated-looking Niall groaned loudly.

"Fine!"

He shouted, climbed out of the couch, and walked over to the front door, but he looked lazy, like walking alone was a chore he didn’t want to do.

"Who is it?"

Niall swung the door wide open, and at that moment, his eyes widened in a surprise as he saw who it was.

"Yo."

Fang Raon raised his hand as a greeting.

"Raon, you’re back!"

Niall excitedly shouted, and people heard his shout and came to look, and they were all equally surprised.

"Hey, it’s Raon. He is back!"

Fang Raon entered the sharehouse and did some handshakes with the members of Rose Records.

Everyone in Rose Records was gathered here.

The lines had stayed pretty much the same.

The first line had changed a little as some people got promoted, and the second and third lines also had some changes.

Fourth Line was completely the same, and Fifth Line was new with Chaewon, her friends, and a few newer members that Raon hadn’t seen before.

The new members, who didn’t know about Raon, just looked over curiously as they had, of course, heard about him.

"Raon..."

At that moment, a soft voice called out to him as happy-looking Della walked down the stairs of the sharehouse.

She wanted to hug him and kiss him badly, but her relationship with Raon was still a secret, as they decided so.

They knew that Raon would just get in trouble with Rock if everybody knew, as someone would eventually spill the beans.

While Rock wouldn’t like it, he would probably be fine if it was just Della and Raon in a relationship, but then there was Chaewon.

Raon would just look like some kind of two-timer!

"Guild master."

Fang Raon said with a smile.

"Raoooooon!"

Out of nowhere, Chaewon jumped onto Raon’s back and wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a deep kiss on the neck.

"...I’ve never seen Miss Chaewon act like this."

The new members of Rose Records whispered; as for them, Chaewon was like a goddess.

They had, of course, heard about her being in a relationship with Fang Raon, but they never thought that a goddess like her would act like this!

"I did receive a word from Rock that you’re heading over. We need to have a meeting."

Della said.

Fang Raon nodded, and they all then gathered in the living room and sat down wherever they could.

With over fifty members, people had to even stand in the hallway so it wouldn’t be too cramped inside the living room.

"Things had changed quite a bit, Raon. We’re now 35th ranked guild in the Global Guild Rankings because some guilds got destroyed by hackers."

Della said.

’I thought that Rose Records would drop spots since Dead Redemption’s former members were going to create their own guilds.

’But I guess the hackers have caused more damage than I thought.’

Fang Raon thought.

"We’ll be attacking the hackers tomorrow. It’ll either be hackers or us that won’t make it out alive, but we all want our game back from them."

Della said.

’It also irritates me that the Black Online is suffering so much. We need to put an end to this once and for all.’

Fang Raon thought.

He also knew about the interest that the public had towards Rain Online so far, which wasn’t what he wanted.

To him, it seemed like it was a really great thing for Aizen and the Rain Family that the hackers appeared.

A very coincidental thing...

’If I want to escape this whole arranged marriage thing, I need to make sure that the hackers will be gone forever to restore Black Online to its former glory.’

Fang Raon thought.

"We’ve been waiting for you to come back, and now that you’re here, there will be some changes to the lines."

Della said.

Everyone tensed up, as they had been waiting for this for a while now.

It was time for some promotions and maybe even demotions.

"The first line is currently me, Rock, Miranda, Waylen, Dogger, Jax, Hank, Tanner, and Adam, and we will be adding a few new members to the first line."

Della said.

’From what I know, Hank, Tanner, and Adam used to be part of the second line. Adam was the team leader of the second line. It looks like they got promoted a while back.

"We got two spots, and we’ve decided who will get them."

Della said, and then her gaze landed on the guy at the back.

"Machary."

Everyone’s eyes fell on Machary, who didn’t look all that surprised, and nodded with a slight smile on his lips.

He’d been stuck in the Fourth Line because he was the temporary team leader, and promoting him would make things difficult for the Fourth Line.

Nobody looked all that surprised by Machary’s promotion, as he had shown his strength many times already.

He had reached level 5 and was already among the strongest in the guild and had proven his leadership abilities in difficult situations.

He had definitely grown.

"And then for the last one..."

Della trailed off, and many Second Liners tensed up, as they had been working tirelessly for this promotion.

At that moment, she spoke.

"Fang Raon."

This time around, everyone was surprised, as they turned to look at Raon, and they had confused looks on their faces.

Unlike with Machary, they didn’t know how strong he was currently, even if he was team leader over a year ago.

He’d been gone for a long time.

"I don’t want to question your choice here, Guild Master, but we have no idea how strong he is, and neither do you. I don’t quite understand this choice."

The new team leader of the Second Line, Jesse, said.

Many nodded their heads in agreement with his sentiment.

’He’d been training over a year with Rock in private. You all know how great of a teacher he is. And yet you’re still questioning this choice, idiots.’

Machary thought with a scoff.

He thought very highly of Raon, and he had also learned Read in the past year, and when he tried to get an understanding of Raon’s strength, he failed to do so.

It was either that Raon was maybe the weakest person in the entire tower or he masked his strength masterfully.

To do that, he would need an extremely high level of Read, which was most likely the case, as Rock was master of all Five Pillars of Power.

And he must’ve taught them to Raon as well.

"He could beat all of you with his hands tied behind his back and his eyes blindfolded!"

At that moment, a sudden shout came, and they all turned around to see Rock standing at the entrance!

"It’s Rock!"

"He is back..."

"Grandfather."

Della smiled.

While she was happy to see her grandfather again, the members of the Rose Records were trembling in fear.

’He can beat me with his hands tied behind his back and his eyes blindfolded? As if... I am not some pushover.’

Jesse thought with a frown.

"That’s the final decision, everyone. We’ve got a few more promotions. Chaewon and Kevin from the fifth line get promoted to the fourth line.

"The new team leader of the fourth line is Chaewon."

Della said.

Chaewon smiled, and even though the members of the fourth line had been in the guild longer than she was, they didn’t oppose the new leader.

It was because they really liked her.

She had that kind of presence that made everyone like her, and she had also shown great leadership qualities.

It was why she was chosen as the team leader in the fifth line over Kevin in the first place.

"Goodbye, guys..."

Aella, Marina, and Bobby looked sad as they were now separated from their friends.

"Don’t be sad."

Chaewon hugged the cute Aella, as she looked like she was about to burst into tears, and Aella hugged her tightly.

For Aella, Chaewon was like her big sister, so when they hugged, she couldn’t hold back her tears.

"Now, regarding tomorrow’s raid on the hackers. We’ll be part of the Purple Team that is attacking the city. We’re just in an assisting role there.

"Don’t play a hero and try to take on a hacker by yourself. That is a recipe for certain death."

Della said.

They all nodded.

"Raon, you don’t have a weapon yet, right...?"

Rock sat next to Raon and asked with a whisper while Della went with the rest of the details with the rest of the guild.

"I don’t."

Fang Raon said, and was curious about whether Rock had a weapon in mind for him.

He’d already been thinking about visiting a weapon store, but since he’d been stuck in the training camp, he really didn’t have a lot of gold coins.

"There are several hackers that have hacked themselves a Mythic Weapon. Hacker Mira has a weapon called Twin Swords of Stardeath.

"They could be a good fit for you."

Rock said.

"...So you want me to go after her all by myself?"

Fang Raon asked with a wry smile.

"If you can’t kill hacker by yourself, I’ve wasted my training on you. I’ve pushed all my knowledge into you. You got it."

Rock said.

"Haha, don’t be mistaken. I am not doubting myself. I will kill that hacker, but what if Della is against me going solo?"

Fang Raon asked.

"I’ll tell her to let you be."

Rock said and gave him a hard pat on the shoulder.
