Black Summoner
Episode 156: Tea Party
- Kelvin Mansion/Rooms
I beg your pardon.
"And excuse me"
Tea and confectionery were placed on the dining trolley and it was Rosalia and Hoover in maids' clothes who showed up in the room. Behind me sitting in a bench, my mentor, Effil, is gazing at me as usual. It's been a few days since I got back to Pars and these two have been pretty much following the board for the first time. I'm not as devastating a cook as some three daughters, and I'm growing up as a maid of honor. I'm welcoming Azglad to my house today to make sure you see the improvement. Usually you go straight to an underground workout to fight my people, you battle freak. I tried to get him to fight in combat order first, but so far he seems to be losing all to Dahak, although he will win against Boga and Mudfarak. I haven't gotten out of my frame yet. The turn of Lion and Alex is still ahead.
"... you're seriously made-up, you guys"
Azglad seems to be leaking much of a sigh of inspiration. I'm not in any way frightened. Probably.
"I've lived as a dragon for years, but I've never let anyone do this before."
"I feel busier than when I was in the force..."
Rosalia laughs bitterly as she pours tea into the cup and a little teary-eyed hoover.
"Hoover had a habit of skipping where I didn't see him. Wasn't it hard to teach?
"Don't worry, Effil's coaching you. I promise to make you a fine maid in public."
"Oh well. I feel the spirit is changing, but good luck..."
"Ugh, I regret that bribery is delicious..."
Take a sip of cookies where the tea is good. It still doesn't extend to what Luca made, but it's usually delicious. It would be great if we could build something up to here in a few days.
"So, are you used to living here? Royalty is cramped with lodging, isn't it?
Rosalia and the others work in the dwelling, but Azglad has his name lay down and he is sleeping at Mr. Claire's "Spirit Song Pavilion". The outfit also becomes the departure of the adventurer of the stream, and the collar is hidden in a scarf, so it is not visible to the eye.
"That's not true. The camp is the norm in the army, and we're just as happy as we have a roof. Omake and delicious rice. There's no point in complaining."
"That was good. That inn is my push. I used to take care of her when she was in New America."
"Damn, not very much, but not the treatment of a defeated general. I wonder if the sensation I developed in Tricene is the other way around."
Azgrad has been asked to do adventurous things until he attacked Tricen's home country. Azgrad and Hoover were asked to sort and persuade his trusted men to join the line as mercenaries. By the way, I'm not the first to betray Serra because I'm making her confess a lot after sorting her out. It is the formation of a nascent "Dragon Cavalry Mercenary Regiment" by dozens of people and their partner Dragon.
"Mercenaries have a good reputation. He praised Rio for doing more and more crusade requests."
"Isn't that just as good for you and this party... well, for the prep movement"
"Oh, uh, I'd like to go out once in a while too..."
"If only I could stand alone as a maid."
"Ugh..."
Doesn't it make sense that you're deliberately disguised as a maid when you get out to Hoover? The guy who understands about Azglad understands immediately, so he's just letting him lead the troops and become a force for war. Have them take care of your eyes for the most part.
Speaking of which, I haven't seen Colette lately.
When I first came back to Pars, I came to visit the Mansion, but lately, I've been a bit dizzy. Melfina and others are getting anxious the other way around. The food didn't seem to advance due to my feelings, and I only had five replacements yesterday.
"Are you the witch of Delamis? You must be busy because the army has arrived from Delamis. In a few days' time, the three countries will be ready."
"I hope so..."
"... I heard from Stra before, is Kelvin and the witch in love?
No, she's a fanatic.
"No, I'm not."
"I don't care either way, he said Stra was a good colored man who would drop a witch about you. I suspect you made a connection to Delamis. But what? And Hallench."
………
"Hey, deny it."
Quite off target, but not in the wrong direction. This guy's sister's information network sucks.
"Well, I guess it's time to go. Rosalia, Hoover. It was quite delicious tea and confectionery. Have another treat."
"Yeah, I'd love to"
"Are you going to try Dahak again? He's not in the Mansion today."
"Oh? If you come, there's a black dragon working on the field or just pruning the garden?
Don't say much to me. Even then, he has the ability to have 'architectural' skills.
"Looks like you went to see Pretty. I'll take care of the game today."
"Seriously. CH, then change the day."
Azglad takes a seat.
"Oh, wait a minute. If you have time, will you do what you're asked to do? I want him delivered to Rio, the Adventurer's Guild."
"Is that a letter? Why don't you just deliver this yourself? Right there."
"I'm in a hurry, too. I beg your pardon."
I send a letter to Azglad.
"Well, I'm just going to go pick up a request from the guild. To the guild chief, right?
Azglad received my letter and left the mansion behind. Me and Effil snort at each other. Now, would you like me to move on to the example operation? Whoa, before that...
"Rosalia, Hoover. Me and Effil are coming out for a little while. Listen carefully to your senior maids, Eli and Luca (...)"
"Yes, sir."
"... is it another date?
It was Rosalia slapping Hoover in the head with a puffiness as me and Effil looked indescribable.
- Pards Adventurer Guild Guild Manager's Room
"I mean. I did give it to you."
As promised to Kelvin, Azglad gives Rio the letter he was receiving. Well, I've got business to do. Azgrad tries to leave the room even if he asks.
"Sorry, Kelvin, what time did I see you?
I was inadvertently stopped by Rio reading the contents of the letter. That look is harsh for some reason.
"It was only half an hour ago. What's wrong with that?
"Thirty minutes, you're not going to make it... no way, they're going to go with this..."
To Rio thinking with his head in his arms with a grunt, Azglad did not understand what it was about.
"... look at this"
"Was that an earlier letter? What is this?"

- To the guild leader.
Looks like it's taking longer than I thought, so I'm heading to Tricen's home country first. Come here as soon as you're ready to invade the Three Kingdoms, too. The enemy is that demon king, you can take your time! Let's do our best to each other! Okay, then.

"I hear you couldn't stand another few days. No, from the literal point of view, was this what you were after from the beginning? Either way, not at all, Kelvin, you're out of your control."
Receptionist Ange later tells me that day there was enough oddity to rock the ground than in the guild leader's room.
