Boundary Labyrinth and the Foreign Magician

Outside 1578, heading for King's City in the Underground.

It's been a while since I talked to Tolbit and everybody. As for the content, there was a promise with Navel, so it was a chat rather than a very intrusive content or something that would lead to something important.

The environment in the waiting room is not so bad, and we can relax the tension and prepare ourselves for the next time we were on guard or physical strength.

I didn't worry about being attacked by monsters in the first place, and it was easy to move around the magic path, but I was unfamiliar with it.

Everyone seemed to understand the importance of relaxing tension and to rest well.

The samurai will contact us when Navel returns.

"I think he'll be in the waiting room soon. Some of you are accompanying me."

The samurai taught me that way. I see. The messenger came with Navel. As for the correspondence of the martial arts officers, they are careful not to cause anxiety to us, and their movements are consistent, so I am convinced.

Navel and the others will be in the waiting room soon.

"Thank you for waiting."

Navel thanked me for saying that and introduced me to the person who had accompanied me. The companion has the same body and form as Navel. However, the head is shaped like a rookie hat, and the face part is also a rounded eye that holds blue light in a milky mask.

Should I say that there is a more public atmosphere than Navel? I don't know if I can change the exterior, but the samurai are relatively fit, armored, and mobility oriented, and Navel and his messengers have an atmosphere of magician and civilian types.

There is a possibility that it is the result of choosing a position in accordance with due diligence, or that it is a descendant or appointment system by the family line, so there are parts that cannot be said without knowing their social form.

"No, the waiting room was also easy, so I took a short break. In the meantime, with the protection of the Spirit, I was able to confirm that there was no problem with my behavior in the ground."

"Above all,"

Navel laughs brightly and responds. So I will greet you and introduce myself before listening.

"Let's start with the results, shall we?"

Following Navel's words, the messenger greeted him and stepped forward.

"I convey the words of His Majesty the King. His Majesty wishes to speak in person with His Majesty Leandro and Lord Theodore. I know there are many questions about how we live and what's happening right now, but first, I want to see them with my own eyes and check them out with words."

"I don't want that. I would like to talk to the messenger... perhaps in a similar situation. I would also like to thank Lord Navel for his mediation."

"No, I'm just telling you what happened. Or I thought I was making too much judgment."

That's what Navel said... the sparkle in his eyes gets thinner. I feel like I'm closing the lid of my eyes.

"Your Majesty said it was a good decision about Lord Navel. If the underground disturbance spreads to the ground, it is convincing that there are no other personnel on the ground, and it is originally said that support for injured people is possible. As for our appearance, even if we were to be seen, if we insist on being a magical creature of the magician, we would pass through."

I see. I'm sure it is. I came to collect materials with the use of a magician, and if I said so, I would pass by.

If we look into the records of the local Adventurer Alliance, we may have some good examples on the record.

It is also possible that some ground-based information was collected for such convenience.

However... in Navel's case, I couldn't afford to disguise myself and support him from the shadows, and I realized it was different from a magical creature.

I have also built a space for dialogue, so I have conveyed my desire for treatment with that view.

And... the Rutgers interact with me, and they know something like the Papetians. Lucky stars and adventurers... know my policies and activities.

It was not judged by preconceptions, and the impressions and responses to highly conscious magical creatures were different.

Inspired by Navel's words, the ruggers fought. It may be that Navel decided to guide her after seeing it. Either way, if we have to talk to the King, we have to go with him and actually face to face.

I have a lot to worry about, but it's all from there.

"Now... let's come together. The road leading to King's Landing is not a good environment for the people on earth, but first of all, there is no need to worry about monster raids, so patrols and crusades are well done."

"That's reassuring. Thank you very much."

Navel and the others came here in small numbers because bringing too many soldiers would make things worse. But that's not the case if you're sending us away. Therefore, when I returned to King's Landing, I was told that I would accompany my escort from the tower.

"I think I'd better wait."

"No, maybe Trabit would be more grateful if you didn't."

Trabit tried to decline, but nodded to King Leandle and told him that way. Because we were talking, it's safer to know somebody.

Besides, it became easier to understand that I didn't lie during the chat, even in emotional terms, so it was a good decision for both of us.

As for Trabit, I don't trust him in that regard, but I was afraid that he would convey it in such a way, but I think it would be better if we could show that there is no back cover around here.

"There are mutual benefits in terms of mood and profitability."

When I said that, Tolbit also smiled a little and said, "I wish it were me." Okay, let's move. The formation of an escort unit from the tower didn't take much time, so we all moved on.

"We have a ride across the bridge. It won't take long to reach King's Landing."

A messenger from the royal castle taught me. When I got out of the waiting room... the outside environment was still the same. Nevertheless, there is no problem with the people accompanying you thanks to the protection and magic equipment. Let's just keep moving.

Travel through the spiral passage around the tower and across the bridge. The road leading to King's Landing - quite well developed. The ground is also flat, like a square tile, and is slightly spacious. The light sources were installed at equal intervals and a straight path was seen as far away as possible. It's more like a tunnel than a cave.

There's a vehicle parked at the entrance to the tunnel... but some strange creatures are connected with gear. Is that Okela's monster?

Round eyes and head form. Characteristic front leg suitable for stirring up soil. Yeah... it's Kera.

The abdomen is also covered in a solid outer shell and has an atmosphere of full-body armor. Apart from the size of the kera on the Earth side, there is also a difference. It has magic that seems to have a high affinity for the magic of fire and earth.

I've never seen that monster before.

"Magma cricket. Because it is large, smart and easy to get used to, and it protects the load from lava, it is also used to getting hit by vehicles. They love our magic wavelengths."

I see... In the natural environment, lava deposits deep underground are the habitat? I'm not familiar with it on the ground. I am also convinced that it is compatible with fire.

We may be collecting information if we compile a labyrinth nucleus database... When Corliss and Amber raised their hands to say hello, Kera responded by raising her hands. Hmm...

Anyway, we're moving to King's Landing on the Okela ride.
