"The village of Illumhilt, good in a peaceful place"

Walking around the village, Sheila says.

"I didn't say much, but I was worried about my parents because they wouldn't accept me when I left. Even I have a good memory of my parents."

That's for sure.

Grace and the others are also smiling softly at Sheila's words.

"But lately, he said it was lively and fun."

"Mm-hmm. Me too. Fun."

Smiling at each other with the flying Serafina, Sheila tilts her little neck with her on her shoulder.

"Illumhilt is a little relieved to be with people who seem to be having fun."

Claudia narrows her eyes.

They say the villagers will celebrate Illum Hilt's return home and set up a banquet with whispers.

This expedition was a big one, so we can't eat it ourselves anyway. So I decided to let them provide the ingredients, too.

The villagers are going to prepare for the banquet, and we're out of time, so they're giving us a tour of the village for a walk.

The landscape is not only reflected, the sun feels warm, and the sun moves as time passes. The village is dyed red at sunset.

I originally said it was a crop-growing compartment - no.

There are small sized forests outside the village, with ponds, fields and orchards, and... the whole lot is quite wide and varied.

I also have a luna worm and some houses seem to be weaving with it. I guess that means I can cover the necessary amount of clothing and lodging.

Many have mastered wood magic, earth magic, and water magic. I wonder if the food supply is stable because there is no need to purposefully recreate bad weather.

"Mr. Theodore, you're ready."

Ilmhilt, who was supposed to be spending time in the water with his parents, came to get us.

When I returned, the bonfire burned and the villagers were out in total, gathering in the square in front of a large mansion among the villages.

The roasted sea urchins and roasted fish smell fragrant.

Sautéed mushrooms in seagrass salad. Steamed and crushed cereal...... some cooked like nan or pizza dough. Surprisingly, there are variations in cooking. A table was arranged in the square and fruit liquor was available, making it a feast seat for a long time.

When Claudia goes to the center of the square, she calls on the villagers.

"Today... it's been a long time since Illumhilt made it home. Her friends are with her. I gave them a welcome and set up a banquet for tonight. Everybody eat and drink as much as you like today."

Applause comes from the villagers. They are all demons... but true, they are calm.

Irmhilt was crying when the villagers called out to welcome him home.

The banquet begins and the instrument can be played. I see. Home of Illumhilt, if you ask me, is a convincing sight.

"So... enjoy yourselves."

"Thanks"

Claudia tells me to smile and answer. She seems to be enjoying her meal herself.

But I wonder what. Claudia feels sophisticated every step of the way. That of the upper class...... That's a lot of mystery.

Well, okay. I'll enjoy my meal, too.

"Speaking of which... I feel like I don't look like much of a child"

The feast went a long way. I was curious, so I asked Claudia about it.

It's not like he's not here. Harpy and Lizardman kids are still watching this one from the shadows seem intriguing and far-fetched, but they seem to have fewer.

"We're losing population."

"Side effects of the bracelet… I guess"

"... Yep. I know, but it's hard."

If you keep your emotions down, will that happen? I guess that means that the relationship between villagers will also be modest. Claudia understood that I was following the story closely, and although I blushed a little, I coughed it up a little before I said it.

"You can spend some time off your bracelet."

Is it like a season of love for the inhabitants of the village?

"Can it also be Claudia's role to ensure safety then?

"Yeah. Right."

I see. Then you shouldn't usually rely on her to cooperate in a demon-entangled emergency.

I can tell by the words that I care about this village, and I can see why if I think about it a little bit. The fact that Illumhilt has looked the same since she was a little girl and knows her face is probably a long life too.

That means... I've been watching the inhabitants of this village for a long time. If marginalization goes on like this, I'll be alone in the labyrinth. It wouldn't be a good thing to scorn.

"Okay. I don't usually ask for some kind of help or anything."

When I say, I look up like I've been told something unexpected.

"So, okay?

"Claudia will have Claudia's convenience."

"... thanks, Theodore"

Claudia has narrowed her eyes and lowered her head. Then... he looks at me like he's sorry somewhere.

"... I would have prepared for the number of people if the bracelet had the effect of avoiding demons even when facing them. I'm sorry I didn't do you much good."

Mm-hmm. I mean, emotions are suppressed.

I feel like I'm going to make a mistake judging it's not the way it usually is... I wasn't going to ask you to lend me your bracelet though.

"I don't mind that. There are places like training where we collect materials and fight demons. More than that, don't you think you can help me out too much and make it seem like a betrayal to the Labyrinth?

"It's... it's okay. At least I'll be glad to show you the way to the sealed door of the Devil's Light Watercourse."

...... oh. Is the position of the door unchanged? Then I guess I can show you the way because it's in line with the purpose.

It was originally done to destroy the demons until they got there. There can't be no denial there either.

I would like to continue working with Claudia.

- Well.

Claudia and I worked together for the Demon Crusade and stayed in touch.

We had to tie the line more than just stay in the village, and anyway, let's let the bracelet go and make it a festival period in the village... the demons were calm and cheerful even when we removed the bracelet. I can also snort that Illumhilt was a resident of the village.

However, Claudia was dormant for a while after completing the directions for the doors of the Demonic Watershed.

I mean dormant until spring, so it's not that long though. I will contact you from the other side when I wake up, but what are you going to do? Is it a good idea to have her share of the magic comms?

In addition to labyrinth attacks, I often make things from Nautilus and Archeron materials and decrypt codes. We have to get rid of what's in front of us.

Spring opens the doors of the Great Decay Lake. Then the Devil's Light Water Vein. At the end of the day, it seems to be in the order of Fort Hot Castle.

But Fort Hot Castle is difficult. I just want to work out more of my people and get the safety margins right.

"Good morning. Dear Theodore, you're getting warmer."

- Morning. Ashley greeted me like that when I came down from my bedroom.

"Morning, Ashley"

Ashley smiles when she makes a small extension. Mm-hmm. As the cold gets looser and warmer, I can't sleep deeper. It's late at night because of the decryption.

"Hmm? What's that?

In Ashley's hand, there is a potted plant. There was some kind of plant bud.

"Is this it? It's Ibilweed."

Ibilweed...... it's a weed demon. If you look closely, it has a small but mouth.

"I was taking care of the garden... Sheila said that if I grew up as a little girl, I wouldn't be able to get used to people. I was wondering if it would be interesting if I could put it outside the window and use it to prevent crime."

So, potted plants?

...... yeah. That's a bit of an interesting attempt. If you had obviously left it outside the window, the empty nest would also step on two feet.

It goes hand in hand with declaring that they are installing security cameras. A house that's hard to get into, if it's passed on to the thief, that's good.

"That's funny. Ibilweed had trouble processing it."

If you can use it, that's it.

If that's the case, I think we should prepare a few bottles and sort and multiply the individuals that people are easily familiar with. I'm not going to say anything as dramatic as improving the variety.

When I told Ashley that idea, he was nodding with a serious face.

"Theo. We have customers in sight. Well, I need to talk to Theo inside."

Grace, who had my breakfast lined up at the table, calls out in the living room with her face.

"Mm-hmm. Okay. Tell him I'll be there in a minute."

"Okay."

Visitors, huh? Well, there are a lot of absences during the day.

Sometimes my morning was late, and it wasn't just insane, was it about the time?

If you need to talk to me, I'll have to catch you in the morning or when you get back from the workshop. Then it would be more certain in the morning.

Sooner I got my taste fixed, then I put my face on the doorstep... there was a man I didn't know.

"Sorry about earlier in the morning. Are you Dear Theodor-Gartner?

"Yeah, I'm Theodore."

And when he answers, the man bows his head and says,

"I'll see you first. I'm a member of the Marquis Broderick family."

... Mmm. Broderick? Kathleen's parents'? Speaking of which, I was totally out of my mind... but what makes that Marquis use come to me?
