Boundary Labyrinth and the Foreign Magician

516 Business meeting with the Queen

The trade talks involving the Labyrinth Chamber of Commerce… I had time to discuss them with Alfred and Miriam, with Princess Viola and Elkham, and with the Dwarf craftsmen.

There are various things to talk about, but the Dwarves were a little excited when they first talked about how to handle Grantios' specialties.

"No, that booze is really great"

"Hmm. Absolutely."

And Dwarf artisans raise their hands and admire the marine aged liquor.

"I also asked you guys for your ratings after drinking. Unanimous and delicious."

Miriam laughs bitterly at how those dwarves look.

"Mm-hmm. I'm glad you appreciate it. After I have kept the Duke's liquor and matured it, the conversation is wrapped up in the direction of shipping it… I want it handled by Termwilds as well. Even if we were to discuss the terms later with the Duke of Driscoll's deputy, we wanted to meet and greet the Labyrinth Chamber of Commerce owner in person."

As for Grantios, he wants the Demon Stone, so if he's going to have a stronger connection with Termwilds, he wants the Duke family to actively take the deal.

Even for me, the link between Verdogal and Grantios will be stronger, so it would also be a philosophically welcome story for ambassadors from different walks of life and the Labyrinth Chamber of Commerce.

"I'm honored to know. Even for me, I would be very happy to handle that alcohol at the Chamber of Commerce."

Miriam respectfully salutes. That courtesy is perfect and makes us see that even the upper class opponents have had enough experience in doing business. Is there only one person around here that Alfred trusts?

Queen Eldraine snorted disgruntled at the response and proceeded further.

"Next... I wonder about the paint used for Grantios building materials. According to the Duke of Driscoll and the ambassador, it's worth a lot of use on the ground."

"Prevent weapons and building materials from being damaged by sea water or sea breezes -"

"Sure, demand would be high in coastal areas. I feel like I can use it on ships."

Miriam shows her hand on her chin to conceive, and Alfred tells her as impressed.

"I need demon stones to make paint, so it's a necessity even as a Grantios."

"Does it mean that increasing production requires a reflection on the price in order to further import Demon Stone?"

"I won't say much about greed, because this is a necessity, something that concubines and waterguards are magically making. As for this one, it's just a matter of not breaking the cost. I believe it is more important that you receive the advantages of Grantios specialties than that and become familiar with our country"

I see. You want to use it for friendship rather than profit for convenient pricing?

"If that's the case, I'd like to reflect His Majesty's intentions, too."

Miriam answered, grinning and shaking hands with Queen Eldraine. Hmm. You look like you're proportionate.

As for Miriam, I suppose we should keep the intermediate margin as low as possible. I guess there are places where we have to multiply transport costs and other necessary things, but it seems that we are only going to be thorough with intermediaries.

"So this is the place for specialties? I've already got a sales channel for water spider yarn and textiles, so I was wondering if I'd buy the objection of handling it here because I've gained sire and acquaintance."

"Hmm. Maybe."

Queen Eldraine nods as if she was good at Miriam's words. So you have to worry about the connection between the merchants.

"Shall we talk about the chessboard at a later date?"

Miriam talks to the Dwarves and takes the chessboard out of the luggage.

"Oh, chess? My concubine let me play too but it's deep and funny. I asked him about his reputation when he returned to Grantios, but he seemed to be doing well inside. Especially the martial arts officers."

Yeah. That's more than anything. Then, in Grantios, the road to diffusion stood, so if we don't think about diffusion later in Verdogal,

"Nong et al let me play too, but it was certainly interesting. But what the ambassador made is a very elaborate decoration of the pawn."

"Hmm. When I come with this goblin face,"

"It's like you're alive. I remember fighting them with an axe when I was younger."

And, Dwarf craftsmen take chess pawns and put them in the light, and so on. Especially since goblins are often hostile to dwarves, or they look slightly better uke.

"But... these kinds of craftsmanship are my favorite category, but whether it's carving wood or making sculptures out of stone, I feel like the more elaborate they become, the more luxurious they become."

"I was wondering if it would be a good idea to make it with a template or simplify it if we were to lower the price"

"Hmm. Templates are good."

It would be nice for artisans to handle luxury items as a single item, but I don't think I need to hold them that much to their original form if I'm going to mass produce them. That's how it would be easier to put your hands on it if you had a policy in place for now.

But... simplification is a Dwarf craftsman. If you can do it soul wise, you might want to avoid it.

If it comes in the form of making a template and producing it from it, there will be parts that will convince you that the decoration can be finely done and the manufacturing costs can be reduced. Then you'll be able to give it the characteristics of every craftsman, and it's going to be highly motivating.

"Later...... right. If there's a good reason to stick around to capture the movement and work of the pawn, I think you might want to switch to another demon. For example, unification with sea demons, right? You wouldn't be so confused if you put symbols or letters in the lower part of the pawn to make it easier to understand the role even if it looks different."

"Hmm. Then it would also be possible to bring different looking pawns to play with each other. It would be nice to have a set of pieces."

"If so... we need to unify the size of the board and make sure that the pawns get as far as possible."

And the Dwarves seem to be having some fun inside if not like this. In the meantime, the cheap version of the road is likely to be tight and above all. I think the collector element is coming out... but I don't know what will happen.

"Theo, you were talking about wanting to spread common play on land and sea, weren't you? Then it might be a good idea to demonize the template. I think it would be useful if we could change not only the metal, but the vitreous, the wood, the stone, and the materials to suit the location."

"Uh, sure. I wonder, then, if it would be a good idea to have a template made and then demonize it... and make a pawn out of it and sell it."

Nodding at Alfred's words. Demonic props that produce pawns to match the templates and ingredients...... hmmm. If you apply the technology of golem creation, it's not that hard to magically propagate, is it? Let's put together a surgical ceremony soon.

Is this the place as far as chess is concerned? Later...... oh yeah. Do you want me to take that measurement because I need to make protective equipment and magic equipment to match Weltes and Eckels' body?

Finish all your stories with the Knights of the Demons' Armor and new Demon Props.

Queen Eldraine also said that this was the end of all the stories to be made at Term Wills first, so they all got loads of shoulders down.

After this, there may be talk from King Melvin about inviting him to the Fire Springs and Botanical Gardens once the story is wrapped up and welcoming the faces of Grantios. There's nothing different about me around here.

King Melvin also means to rendezvous at the Fire Springs after the administration is over, so let's say we take a carriage to Hot Springs Street.
